I am rejecting this response because:
To resolve that complaint, the company promised to send me a replacement for the defective product (that in itself was supposed to replace the defective products THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REPLACED FOR NEARLY A YEAR FROM THESE SCAM-ARTISTS. The company has AGAIN not done so. The company is AGAIN not responding to emails or phone calls. Give me a working product within 5 business days or give me a full and complete refund. Every day that I don't get any response, I post another negative review online or social media.
