Horrible customer service. They have no way to accept calls they claim or call you back. What kind of shady business takes your money, doesn't deliver product and is non-responsive and when they do respond they are clueless about your order? Now after over 10 emails and inquiries they are going to ship next week they say. Let's hope they do so. Their business practices must change or they will not be around long. Horrible management. At the present it seems like a scam but only time will tell.

This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. I'm also a victim just like others. They will sell your their junk and if you're not happy with it, just returned it for full refund right? WROUNG you never hear from them again. They never respond to your emails or nothing. This company should be out of business.

Waited a VERY long time to get my order and when it didn't come, I finally reached customer "service". I was lied to by the rep. to get me off the phone and given the run-a-round to put me off 'till "later". Now I finally have the product and the damn thing can't find my car keys I left in the car in the driveway 50 feet away! 87 bucks down the drain and I'm not going to ask for a refund cause I can't stand the idea of dealing with these people.
