I ordered TrackR devices as gifts for our company this past February. After seeing many negative reviews I was concerned about ordering from them. I spoke with a sales person who was aware of the negative reviews and went over each concern I had, explaining to me how they have improved their processes. I gave them a chance and I'm glad I did. The order took a few weeks to arrive since we had our devices engraved but they look great, they work, and our customers have been pleased with receiving them as gifts. The follow up was great during the process and I always received a quick response with either an e-mail or a phone call.

I am rejecting this response because: The devices were given as gifts for Christmas, so I cannot retrieve several as they were sent out of state to family members. I can return possibly five devices, but expect a full refund as none of them work anymore. Please let me know if I may return the five devices for a  full refund of $183.57. I will return the "water-resistant pouches" as well, as they were described as "water PROOF" when I ordered them ... but later changed to water resistant, which I cannot use on dogs.So again, I can return five devices and the two pouches for a full refund of $183.57. Please advise.
