I bought 8 TrackRs through the "Buy 4, Get 4" sale. The TrackRs shipped without a return label or invoice. I attempted to contact the company in order to speak to them about returning the product due to its lack of function. The customer service phone number is a recording only. The recording tells you to go to the website to chat with someone, but the chat function is impossible to find. The product has a range of about 1-2 feet. Do not buy this product.

I did contact your latest agent and communicated the same information again on the issue as you requested.
I am rejecting this response because: Multiple tickets do not resolve anything.  You have both created, closed and merged support tickets after your own predetermined time frame or after failed attempts to resolve my issue.  Therefore you start a new agent to request the same information to annoy or deter anyone from returning your product.

I ordered TrackR and had engraving put on all 8 and bought a carabiner and waterproof pouch for one. $150 total. I did get everything and I put one in each of my kids cars to track them but, my phone can never find where they are. There suggestions didn't help and now I'm just tired of trying to get them to work and want a refund but, no one will return my emails anymore. Terrible customer service. will never buy their stuff again.

You have to keep pinging the company to get your product. They delete negative posts/comments from their FB page and they block you if you don't post something positive. My bravo device quit working within the first month. I wish I had searched for reviews before I bought it. Save your money. Buy a different device. I don't know what kind of company this is but they can't possibly remain in business for long at this rate.

HOWEVER, I do believe this is a fraudulent company.  Just look at their facebook and all of the negative posts and complaints about the same issue I had.  I believe they should be investigated by authorities and their scam operation shut down.  They are taking hundreds of thousands of dollars for bogus product that does not exist!

Purchased a TrackR Bravo device on 11/28/16. Received and activated it on 12/3/2016. Performance was spotty, distance was about 20 feet. The next day it would not work at all. Removed the 3 volt battery and found it to be 1.47 volts, or dead. Emailed the company about receiving the device with a dead battery and their response was a sales pitch for the device and that they considered my complaint resolved.The next day I went to their website and started a chat session and they kept telling me to reset the device. I had to insist that you can't reset a dead battery at which time they asked for my order details and then left me hanging with no further response. They do not stand behind their products at all. I cannot recommend this terrible company. I wish I would have looked here and saw their "F" rating first before I purchased.

I have bought 5 units for 100 dollars on December 2, 2015. Bought it early so I can get it before Christmas. 20 days later and nothing. I have made a complaint on their facebook page. One customer responded me saying she wanted to help. She ask details of my purchase, her answer was it has been ship. She could not tell me where it was or even where it was getting ship from.
Very surprise from a company that sell a tracking unit to track lost items that they cant even give the client a tracking number of the purchase so they can track where is the package is now located.

I am rejecting this
response because:  In
summary it seems odd to me that all of a sudden my orders ready, engraved, and
shipping after I finally complain/ask for a refund 4 months after never receiving
my order.
 Another thing that Track R failed to do was to
check if my shipping information was still current. Being stationed overseas
working for the US Army means we eventually have to move. So my current
address is now different. This means I'll
never receive my shipment due to TrackR negligence in
handling my order and complaint/refund.
The latest response here
providing a USPS tracking number seems to be another tactic to buy time to get
my ordered shipped. All the tracking number means is that TrackR has printed
out an electronic shipping label online. This doesn’t mean it physically
shipped.
This is completely unacceptable
to me and based on the following I demand a full refund as expeditiously as possible.

Pay Pal charge on grounds of never receiving product. Also submitted
complaint to Revdex.com after reading others with the same problem.

This tells me that the item has not even been prepared. If it
was already engraved it should of shipped long ago. This has been reported to
the Revdex.com and shall be elevated to a class action case if need be.
5.11/28/2015 - I get
this e-mail saying item has already been shipped USPS First Class with no
tracking number provided.  I ship things a lot living overseas with the
military and companies always provide a tracking number
when notifying you of a shipment.
