cause of the delay. Although we do our best to reflect accurate shipping times, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date on international orders. Once your package has arrived you may return to sender for a full refund if you are not interested in keeping the devices. I truly apologize for any frustration this has caused. As for the discrepancy in your charge goes, we did not charge any additional money beyond your sale price. As our website indicates, all orders are in USD. After calculating the currency conversion, it appears that the charge on your statement may be reflected in Canadian dollars. You were charged the correct amount totaling 48.56 USD. Hello [redacted],I understand that you do not have the entire order to return. It is fine to send back the devices that you do have along with the water resistant cases for a full refund. If you would please print a copy of this correspondence and place it in the package along with your returned items, this will endure that your refund will be processed in full as our usual policy is to only refund for the amount of items returned. Although I understood that ordered Trackr devices were not going to arrive immediately - and that was never a problem to me - I have been stymied for almost a year now with a company that just does not deliver.The product does not work - it apparently has no battery - or faulty batteries? I receive constant marketing emails from them, but can't reach anyone for help with devices that do NOT work. This whole idea is a wonderful but total farce and I'm out a good bit of money, having stupidly believed the initial hype.

Delivery was fine but device unreliable, not beep as advertised then battery dead in couple of months so when keys lost device not work to help find they keys
Very dissatisfied-a scam.
