I am rejecting this response because:they asked me my information to make the refund and I sent them an email...

on 19th of may with my order number and my paypal account. Until this moment they haven't replied me  and I don't have my money yet.

I am rejecting this response because: The devices were given as gifts for Christmas, so I cannot retrieve several as they were sent out of state to family members. I can return possibly five devices, but expect a full refund as none of them work anymore. Please let me know if I may return the five devices for a  full refund of $183.57. I will return the "water-resistant pouches" as well, as they were described as "water PROOF" when I ordered them ... but later changed to water resistant, which I cannot use on dogs.
So again, I can return five devices and the two pouches for a full refund of $183.57. Please advise.

I ordered an 8 pack of trackRs on April 4 2015. There was an expected 4-6 week waiting period for shipping. However they charged my debit card on April 7th. Here we are July 17 2015 and my order status still says processing. Quick to take your money, but never supply you with the product. They don't respond to email and there is no phone number to contact them directly.
Avoid this company like the plague. I have disputed the charge but need to wait 90 days to see if I will actually get my money back. They are thieves, pure and simple.

From the arrival of this product it didn't work well. I have attempted to contact them many times by phone and email and always get the message they are very busy producing the product but will get back..........NEVER HAPPENED. They are a total scam and should be put out of business..

I am rejecting this response because:After a long, drawn out return process for a defective product (it took approximately 6 months), I have still not received a full refund for the Trackrs I returned. I have returned 4 Trackrs to the company totaling $120 (each device costs $30). The refund the company provided was only for $68. Thus, the company still owes me $52 for the products I have returned. It should be noted that I specifically asked this customer service representative about the product return and what exactly needed to be returned for a full refund, and followed her instructions exactly. After emailing the original customer service rep I was originally in contact at least three separate times, and receiving no response, it seems as though I have no other option but to again file a complaint for poor business practices, poor customer service practices and not fulfilling the refund for the order I returned. As a note, the customer service I have received up until this point has also been horrendous, especially for such a pricey, sub-par product. This company has a terrible business model and overall company mindset, it is clear that customers certainly do not come first.I would like a full refund of the $52 owed to me by the company credited to my card immediately, and then no further contact from this business.

I am running into the same problem as many have. I was wanting to return as the functionality of the product is not as they advertise. They fail to return emails or answer their online support. I would stay away from this company.
