I am rejecting this response because:
This has been going on for far to long....I trusted this company to stand behind there product and they did not.
Of course if they had included a PHONE NUMBER to talk to them I would not be using this approach.
The product does not work as ADVERTISED and I sent my money to them .
It took a better part of 60 days to have it delivered to me only to find after downloading their APP in my IPhone and IPad and following the instructions.
It did not Work !
After several email's to this company I finally received instructions on how to send the product back for a full refund, I sent it back with registered letter which they received on Around June 22,2015.
I have not heard anything from them concerning my refund as of this date July 29,2015.
This company should be stopped from all the false  advertising and fix this problem or just quit.
 
I had to go through the Revdex.com of Santa Barbara because I had no other recourse.

I was able to get my devices quickly and they were easy to set up. I ran into a problem where I was unable to ring my phone from the device and contacted support. They got back to me within about 1 day and resolved my problem

I am rejecting this response because:Due to the inconvenience caused and time wasted, good business practice (and the correct thing to do) would dictate that you supply me the product free of charge. It is unclear that you actually have a product to sell. By providing the product I would have confirmation that his is not a scam.I don't understand  how your company can still accept orders, when you have no product to sell; this is not stated on your website and deceptive business practice..
