I ordered flowers on a Tuesday for a memorial on a SaturdayThey failed to deliver on SaturdayWhen I talked via email on Monday to someone in customer service they assured me they would be delivered on MondayOn Tuesday they emailed again saying they were now refunding the money and sending out a bigger and better bouquet for it not being delivered Sat and MonFast forward to today we haven't been credited and the flowers haven't been deliveredNow no one is responding back about the situation
This Florist did not send my delivery that I have been calling about for days and then tried to charge an additional 15$ on top of the 22$ delivery charge plus flower feeNow I'm told business days for a refundI'm so angry
My wife ordered flowers from Troys FloristThey have no address, just a phone number and when I spoke to the customer service person she told me that she couldn't give me the address of where the flowers came fromI was going to take them back and get a refundMy wife paid $dollars for a bouquet of flowers that were supposed to contain one dozen different types of flowersWhat I received looked like it was hand picked by a child in an inch vase with some flowers already dyingMy wife called and said that we would return the flowers for a refund because the flowers I received were not worth dollars and certainly not The woman on the phone couldn't give me an address for where the flowers came from nor could she give me an address for where she was located She also said the manager was busy and couldn't take my callThis happened twiceThis company is very shady and I believe that this business, despite their nice website, is a scam
I ordered flowers online from this company that apparently does business with contractors around the country They could not fulfill my order without increasing the price from what I agreed to They emailed me and indicated that I should contact them to go forward or not with the order I emailed them back within an hour cancelling the ordere They then responded three hours later that they would go forward with the delivery but they then would waive the upcharge I told them I already cancelled the order and again stated that I wanted the order cancelled They went forward with the delivery regardless and told me that I could not get a refund They indicated that it was there right under their "policy" to do this If you order on line, their policy, hidden at the bottom which is not seen when checking out (ie if you don't look to get additional products you would not scroll down to see that this "policy" alert existed), states that you have a right to cancel if an upcharge i
Troy’s Florist is an online site that says they deliver locally to the Quincy ca areasThey did not place my order with the local florist in town which is called Grays FlowersWhen I emailed them they said that the florist was closed that day so they couldn’t get the order outThe next day I received an email saying a similar statementWhen I researched them online I realized that they have done this to people beforeI emailed them after that and said I wanted to cancel my orders because they had not provided the service I wanted and in their email they said I could cancelWhen I called the local florist they said that they have had this problem in the pastWhere people order from Troys flowers and that local florist isn’t called, or the order is not for what they say you will get
Once I learned this I called Troys flowers at the number listed on the websiteThe woman told many lies about my previous interactions with themI have the emails to show that

I got this message after ordering: Good Morning ,
I really do apologize in that area the location has a higher minimum on the flowers we would require an additional $and it would go towards the cost of the flowers, so it would be a larger size with more premium flowers, we are truly sorry for thatPlease let us know how to proceedIf you do wish to cancel, please call in, as we do not accept cancellations via email
Thank you,
Kayla

I paid $for a 'with sympathy" arrangement of flowers by *** card on December 19th The business is unable to produce a receipt which I need since it was a business expenditure and the person never received the flowers
Their website says:
"Please call us at *** or email us at [email protected] where you will receive a reply within seconds!"
I have sent emails and spoken to someone by phone without resolution
Complete advertising and lack of customer service Overcharged and not refunded

Waste of time and money and did not help with an already stressful situation
Manager was rude and acted like they did nothing wrong
I ordered the "It's My Party" arrangement to be delivered on 4/6/Unfortunately, the arrangement we paid over $to have delivered was on time, but not at all the product we ordered
The website promised the "recipe" of the following rich bouquet:
each roses, 40cm, red
stem roses, spray, dark red
each gerbera, red
stems chrysanthemums, button spray, purple
stems chrysanthemums, daisy spray, lavender
stems statice, sinuata, purple
stem hypericum, red
1/stem copper beech, burgundy
1/block floral foam
each cube, plum
I realize that sometimes minor, insignificant, substitutions have to be made, but the arrangement sent instead of these flowers consisted of nothing but a few cheap carnations (which aren't even a part of the "recipe" let alone the ENTIRE recipe) The arrangement was supposed to have types of flowers, when instead the bouquet delivered included ONE type of flower and two fillers (fern and something else)

I ordered flowers for thanksgiving from this florist via their websiteThe morning of delivery, they emailed to tell me they needed an additional $in addition to the $i had already paid on their website for the orderI have confirmed with american express their charges have processed, as well as registered a complaint
When I contacted their operations manager, she was both rude and dismissive, saying I could either provide the additional funds or not receive my orderWhen I challenged her that I had already held my end of the bargain and transaction, she told me she would refund the charges when convenient and disconnected the call
Below is the confirmation email, as well as the email from this morning:

Well, I certainly wish I had seen Revdex.com's site before I ordered flowers from Troys Florist It is amazing to read that everyone has the same complaints!! First of all, not a local florist -- which is what I was looking for originally Secondly, flowers not delivered on time -- a day late and after calling getting very little help from them They would not give me the name of the florist who actually delivered the flowers Thirdly, they didn't send the arrangement I ordered and paid for Now I'm going to attempt to get a refund but don't expect that to be easy as their customer service email address doesn't seem to be workingHow is it a company that has so many complaints is still in business??
My father passed away on Sunday, November 13, We are located in ***, and the funeral was in Nebraska We found Troy's Florist on the chapel website, and decided to order a floral arrangement from this particular "florist" We placed the order on the 14th of November We chose an arrangement of white roses and carnations with baby's breath and a glass cross My brother lives in Nebraska, and was handling the arrangements He sent a picture of the actual arrangement that this company sent It was NOTHING like the arrangement my wife and I chose There were zero white roses in the arrangement, and no cross Instead, they substituted (without our consent) lilies and a concrete angel that looked like something that would be sent for a child's funeral This is unacceptable! My wife began researching Troy's Florist, and found out that they aren't even a florist They are a call center which takes money from consumers and then contacts local florists to tell them a genera
Store was advertised as local to *** ** online when I purchased a spring arrangement with African violets, & several other flowers in a basket for my 85th Birthday She received the wrong flowers a day late (tulips)?? I didn't order tulips at all & come to find out this shop is not local to *** ** I called to complain & get my money back & was asked to take a picture of the flowers which are in another state than I am and they will see what they can do
I ordered flowers online through Troy FloristI paid using a gift cardI have an e-mail confirming my order and the address that the flowers were going to be sent toI have a human witness at my employers that states that they did not receive any flowers on 12/from TroyI have an e-mail from Troy Florist that states that the flowers were delivered on 12/at 6:and signed by DSI informed Troy that my employer office closes at 5pm and the doors are lockedFurthermore, we do not have anyone in the office with the initials DSI requested very nicely that Troy deliver my flowers
Ordered flowers online that were never deliveredThey charged my credit card and said they would refund me but that has not happenedI have emailed and called but nothingI have since read online that this florist is a scamI.cannot afford to lose this money
They use a deceptive website listing "we deliver to" and then name several local hospitals, and funeral homesThey make it look like they are localI ordered flowers for my sister-in-laws funeral and got a call the day they were supposed to be delivered stating that they don't deliver in that area anymore, so it would be an additional $delivery fee on top of the one I was already chargedI then realized I had been scammed and asked for a refund
