WellJust another NEGATIVE reviewI ordered a bouquet of flowers for over a hundred dollars for my mother's birthday I ordered a completely different bouquet and what she received was a jokeSTAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Wish I would have checked reviews on YELP and here BEFORE I used this company!

This company refuses to refund money for a flower purchase that was a completely different lower-quality arrangement from what was advertised, in addition be being delivered on the wrong dayThe website is also misleading, as it describes itself as a local florist for the area I searched for, but is actually a call center in New JerseyThe flowers received were not what was advertised and consisted mostly of filler greenery, and did not contain most of the listed flowers
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral, but they informed me via phone call hours before the delivery time that the were unable to fulfill the orderThe representative told me they would only be able to deliver the flowers the following day, which they interpreted as me "giving permission" to deliver on a different dayThe flower arrangement delivered was extremely low-quality and completely different from the advertised arrangement that I ordered, so I called the company to complain and request

Ordered flowers for a memorialFirst Troy's Florist accepted my online order, then I got an email stating they couldn't deliver to that address without another $for the delivery feeI had already paid $for deliveryI replied and said I would not pay the fee and to cancel my order They did not cancel the order
I was at the home where these flowers were supposedly delivered There was nothing there like the bouquest I orderedI even asked the woman who was the receipient and she said she never received a bouquet from me
I have contacted Troys Florist several times and they refuse to take responsibility

I placed an order with this florist two days ago I was called and told they would have to charge me an additional $over the advertised price or cancel my order The whole thing sounded like a scam Their reason was that Mother's day was coming up so they had to raise their price Of course, I ordered the flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day I am concerned they have all of my personal information, credit card included When I called the business number they provided the company was very disorganized I had to wait for them to find someone for me to talk to I whole impression was this was a scam and their excuse did not make sense What floral company would not be prepared for Mother's day They also added their advertised prices were in the process of being raised, but the new prices have not been posted yet They did not seem concerned about the order being cancelled I think it truly was a scam and now I wonder what I need to do to protect my information

If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would They advertise they are in Rusk, Tx Ordered flowers on a Monday morning early to be delivered on Tuesday early as no one would be home on a Monday due to funeral Tuesday came and wentNO flowers delivered I called late in afternoon on Tuesday to inquire where the flowers were Response: Well, I just didn't get to it"" we will get them there tomorrow, morning." Frustrated I agreed to have flowers now delivered on Wednesdayhours after order had been placedWell guess what? NO delivery on Wednesday I called and was informed you will have to pay more money because the delivery is too far What? Your website shows you are in Rusk, TX (very small town)… come to find out they are in NJ What a SCAM! PAY MORE MONEY - I don't think So!
Never Again will I order flowers from this fly-by-night company - They should be shut-down for their lack of honesty and service!

This company is dishonest- notice that their address is NOT posted in their webpageThey are located in NJ however when we placed an order using their number they swore they were local to the zip code of deliveryThe promised a delivery by 10:am, delivery never arrived at allWhen called about the delivery whereabouts they said it “was in the truck”- it never arrived and they completely liedDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and always verify the business address

Ordered flower arrangement on 12/11/for a funeral to be delivered on 12/12/The incorrect arrangement arrived on 12/13/at the funeral home (which was the day after the funeral) I received no notification that the original arrangement had to be substituted for a plantI also received no notification that the arrangement would arrive later than the date promisedI called for an explanation on what happened and was told I must email in order for there to be a paper trail of the situationI emailed on 12/14/to find out that they may substitute when they deem necessary and don’t owe the consumer an explanationSince the plant was not of equal value, they responded and offered a 10% discountI responded stating that the order was not placed to the local florist (by Troy’s) to be delivered until the day after the funeral, that is my biggest problemThe local florist you placed the order with stated that Troy’s florist ordered the plant (didn’t even ask for the flow

A great example of lying and bait & switch When I spoke with them on the phone, they assured me they were a local florist in the VA area where I wanted flowers delivered What I wanted was in stock and available for next day delivery The next day I received an email at 6:AM telling me I had minutes to respond or they would be sending a "florist choice" arrangement instead of what I had orderedOf course, I didn't see the email until noon When I called back, they couldn't tell me what had been delivered or who had done it Since it was a sympathy arrangement, it is a little indelicate of me to call and ask if the recipient even got flowers They refused to give me my money back, said they could only refund 10%, but I haven't even gotten an email confirming that Buyer Beware - my fault for not checking further before I trusted them! I'm disputing the charges Negative stars!!!

I really do apologize in that area the location has a higher minimum on the flowers we would require an additional $and it would go towards the cost of the flowers, so it would be a larger size with more premium flowers, we are truly sorry for thatPlease let us know how to proceedIf you do wish to cancel, please call in, as we do not accept cancellations via email

This is ridiculous! Ficticous charges AND not honoring the delivery dateThis I NOT the company to do business with!

I ordered a funeral arrangement of flowers and a crystal cross that was shown on their website called the Divine Peace Bouquet and upgraded it and asked for some lavender flowers to be substitutedI went to the visitation today and there sits a scraggly green plant with a ceramic cross in it way oversizedWasn't even close to what I ordered to represent our company at a year employee's funeralThey even had my phone number to call me if there was a problemI can understand the need to substitute on some of the flowers in their company statement but to replace a flower arrangement with a potted plant is a bait and switchThey are out there as a website trying to tell you that they are a local florist and they are notThere are many complaints on the internet about their bait and switch tactics and they need to be shut down now

As of Friday, 10/27/17, the refund issue was resolved All money was refunded. Their advertising methods are still very much in question. Thank you so much for your help

This business is a scam including advertising, lack of customer service, and neglectThey advertise as a local florist in Middleton, WI and they are notThey have no physical address listed on their websiteI ordered a rose bouquet and what was delivered did not have one rose in itWhen contacted to resolve the situation, send the correct flowers or a provide me with a full refund, they did neitherTheir website is misleading and falseAfter research, I've discovered others have had similar problems in receiving their correct orders or even receiving anything at all

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's birthday on Thursday to be delivered on Friday....they weren't Called Satat 8:am...got the run-around...called back at noon....more run around....called back at and was told they never got to my order! This is ridiculous! Never use this florist!

Ordered flowers online 1/9/for a funeral on 1/11/ Flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home on 1/10/ Troy Florist called me 1/10/in the morning and told me they could not deliver to the funeral home because it was full, but they would deliver to the cemetery in time for the funeral I agreed to this arrangement I just found today (1/14/17) they were never delivered I called The florist and asked them what happened and they told me they couldn't deliver them I asked why I was not contacted and received no reply to this I then asked them if they were planning on keeping my money for the order also They said they would refund it to me I will see if this happens

I ordered a Deluxe Pink Daisy floral arrangement with a bouquet of balloons ($74.00)The floral arrangement delivered didn't look like anyting I had ordered online and the balloons were not delivered

I made a huge mistake and used Troys Florist, they contacted my on the the day the flowers were to be delivered and said they couldn't find a florist in my area, second day same thing I am finding out they are a scam, these people need to be shut down..I contacted credit card services to launch an investigation and to see if I can get refunded How do people like even get the opportunity to use credit card services

Placed an order for a floral arrangement , Paid with credit card They said they were local to the delivery area I requested Come to find out they are not I recan email the day of the scheduled delivery The email stated they had been trying to call me on my cell phone They never did The email requested an additional $for my order This is in addition to the $I already provided They said the cost was for the local area could not provide the arrangement for that price
I cancelled immediately Called my credit card company and they are monitoring my account
I then found a local florist near the delivery location, and solved my issue for $arrangement They had no issue doing the arrangement requested

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my momI googled a florist in her townThis was the first one that came up -- even had sponsored ads -- I placed an order to be delivered on her birthdayThe confirmation email came and the delivery date was missing, so I emailed them to confirmThey responded within hours to let me know that they had updated the delivery date and that the flowers would be delivered on her birthdayThat wasn't the issueThe issue was when they called (on the afternoon of her birthday!!) to tell me that "location" was closed and they could not deliver the flowers and would refundedIt was already too late in the day to order same-day delivery from a reputable / well-known serviceVERY disappointingThe whole point is to have the gift delivered on the special day and they even confirmed over emailYou can't refund an experienceHorrible

I went on line to order flowers from what I thought was a local florist- trpys apparently is a nationwide companythe arrangement I ordered for my best friends fathers funeral looked absolutely NOTHING like nor did it have the same flowers picturedI do have photos of both if I can submit them*** offered me or 35% off what I paidthe arrangement I ordered I could have purchased at a local grocery storeThe arrangement I ordered had roses, delphinium, daisies etc and priced at over $I have ordered this arrangement through MY local florist many times because it is beautiful, has quality flowers and I feel conveys the depth of sympathynot a little vase of flowers like what I got!
