We tried doing it the way they said in the demonstration and it will not come offWe tried soaking it over night, scrubbing it, and getting one of them pan cleaner things and it wont come out.As to the calling and leaving a voice mail, service at my home is terribleNote: we live out of town like in the countryyou have to sit in certain areas and none being around the kitchen where I would need to be if it was about the pan and due to barely any service I dont get alot of my calls or messagesSometimes things will pop up when I go to town but thats usually text messages
