In review of the complaint received by [redacted], Ms. [redacted]’s account went into default and was sent to Collections for non-payment on March 31, 2016. In her complaint, Ms. [redacted] admits that she changed her phone number and never informed us of that change so we were never able to contact her...

to discuss her account. Monthly statements were sent to the address on the account informing her of the past due payments and defaulting on the loan. Attached are the last four statements that were mailed to Ms. [redacted]. The loan was opened back in February 2015 and since then, 9 automatic payments have declined. Since the account was sent to Collections for non payment, the Independent Distributor, [redacted], has the right to try to collect on the account. We do not nor have we ever instructed the Independent Distributor to contact Ms. [redacted] to make any collection efforts for the past due balance on the account. Should Ms. [redacted] want to clear up her outstanding balance, she will need to deal directly with the Independent Distributor [redacted] to do so. This is a lie I did call within 3 days and I did not make that payment I haven't put any money down out of my pocket the sales person who did the sale put the money out of his pocket and his manager Ricardo knows that they supposedly filed a report of fraud on him or so they told me they did and just last week when I tought they were coming to pick up there merchandise his manager told me this type of things happened frequently and that wasn't the first time that sales person did that.

[redacted] So essentially they have sales representatives going around and giving false information? The man told us that we would have 6 months interest free, we again, were also told it would not be a hard check on his credit. So the sales representatives just get to say whatever they want while you’re already signing the papers. How can they go around saying things about the vacation vouchers if they don’t know anything about them? And it’s not even handled through their company? We will be sure to let everyone know what happened to us from both parties that are now involved. What happened is not right, and is absolutely no way to conduct a “business.” They have sales representatives flat out lying to your face and saying things that they have no clue about. We will be sure that anyone who listens, will hear this story.

I told them about it and they said regardless if I was tricked into the contract that I'm still liable to pay I'm happy to pay.  But, at the 0% their sales rep stated, this kind of practice by royal prestige and it's bank is falsely giving to lure individuals into contracts with high interest. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11957911, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was contacted by the company and told that they no longer have replacement handles and/or vents for the lids because the pots and pans that I have have been discontinued (7 or 9 ply).  They told me I could mail my pots and pans to their company at their warehouse address with a note in the box referencing their ID# and a list of the pots and pans included in the box.  Once they receive that they will mail me their 5 ply pots and pans (equivalent to the ones I have mailed to them) as a replacement.  They will not pay for shipping to their Middleton, WI warehouse.  I do not feel I should have to mail them my old pots and pans with the broken handles and missing vents on the lids and especially pay for the shipping of those pots and pans.  That would be extremely expensive.  There is suppose to be a lifetime guarantee.  I asked them if I could deliver the pots and pans to their warehouse in Middleton, WI since I live in Portage, WI which would be much easier than putting them in the mail.  They told me I could not do that because they couldn't do that.  I do not feel that they are being very accommodating to me in the replacement of these pots and pans.  I believe they should pay to have the pots and pans picked up and for the new ones to be sent out, or in the alternative, let me drop off the pots and pans at their warehouse so I can see what the replacement pots and pans look like, or just mail me the new set to replace the old ones.

If Mrs. [redacted] has received any kind of threatening calls about the merchandise, those calls have not come from Hy Cite Enterprises. We have forwarded the issue of the phone calls that Mrs. [redacted] has received to the Independent Distributor’s office for them to investigate. Since we do not have any dealings with the shipping of the CookWorld merchandise, all related inquiries and issues with the merchandise will need to be dealt directly with CookWorld’s Customer Service Department or the Independent Distributor’s office.

I do not believe that I the consumer am at fault for the seller selling faulty cookware, who now wishes to do anything but reimburse me or replace it with something of equal value, not somethings of equal value.

I find it very convenient that this company shows no record of our request for payoff. All I was asking for as a LOYAL customer who has NEVER ONCE missed a payment nor been late on a payment was for the courtesy of that $35.40 finance charge to be wiped off of the account and for the account to be closed.  I was asking that perhaps you would be able to remove the finance charge since I sent you a PAYOFF of over $1,700, and have paid your company well over $2,000 since opening this account in June of 2015.  I just want this account closed permanently.

By the third time you ship the box  to me, I will file a claim for harassment. Do whatever you wish with the account. I will not be making any payment and I will not be accepting the product. Again, my problem is not the product, my problem is the people behind the product. Again, you need to revise your contract, it states you have three days to cancel without any penalties or obligations, there is nothing on the contract that states anything about returning or that the sale is final if you don't cancel within three days of placing the order, not even after receiving the order. The customer doesn't even have a right to decide if after receiving and trying the item, if they want to keep it. AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT IT IF YOU GUYS DECIDE TO CONTINUE TO SHIP IT TO ME. I WILL NOT BE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS, PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT OR TO COLLECTIONS OR WHATEVER YOU GUYS WANT, BUT I WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE YOU WHITE COLLAR THIEVES MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED A LAWYER SO I KNOW VERY WELL WHAT YOU GUYS ARE ALLOWED TO DO AND WHAT YOU GUYS AREN'T ALLOWED TO DO LEGALLY. ALSO, I WILL BE TAKING MY CLAIM TO TELEVISION, HOPEFULLY I CAN FIND OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE GOING THROUGH THIS SAME SITUATION WITH YOU GUYS AND MAYBE GET A CLASS ACTION AGAINST YOU THIEVES.
