Warranty; which covered any accidental burns, rips, tears or stains. While I apologize for any confusion Ms*** may have experienced, we did not offer the *** *** warranty she has viewed on the website until June of in her location The 7-year Fabric/Leather Protection warranty does not cover any manufacturer or structural damages and the manufacturer warranty expired on 9/12/ Due to Ms*** no longer being covered under the manufacturer warranty, we will be unable to service her merchandise Unfortunately, it is impossible to confirm what was stated at the time of sale and we will only cover what is confirmed on the warranty certificate According to Ms*** invoice, the Fabric/Leather Protection warranty certificate was enclosed in the warranty kit delivered on 09/08/ We apologize for any misrepresentation Ms*** feels she may have received The General Manager has authorized a refund of her 7-year Fabric/Leather Protection Warranty as she is unsatisfied with the coverage The General Manager has advised that she has contacted Ms*** to confirm the validity of her Credit Card to proceed with her inquiry

The value city technician did arrive at my residence and took pictures of the damaged furniture. He advised that I would be contacted within hours The technician arrived 2/16/approximately 9:15am, however, as of 2/24/I have not been contacted by a representative of the Value City Furniture team
