I feel that after several weeks of trying to talk to someone above the store level and could not this issue was not resolved correctly. No can see to even call and treat me as a human and apologize. Funny the snotty response written here I did except payment for the damages caused by the delivery company that was owned to the property manager. However did that consider any of the time I was inconvenienced or without a place to stay? Also they referr to the delivery of a couch shows the reseach done that wasn't what I was speaking of. This company could truly care less about how badly they treat you and get away with it.

The issues surrounding Mrs. [redacted]’ Revdex.com complaint has been resolved on our end. I spoke with the representative and I picked out a chair to exchange the defected one for. When we went to schedule me to get the new chair she asked when my old one could be picked up and informed me that someone had to be home. My husband and I both work and it is not feasible for one of us to stay home a day to wait for a chair to be picked up. It is not our fault that the chair is missing legs and VCF should be working to resolve this issue with as little disruption to us as possible. I am extremely frustrated because this has now been going on 3 weeks and I either want a replacement chair or a full refund. This is very poor customer service. The representative and I were able to agree on a day that VCF could pick up the chair (which is a super inconvenient to my family and I over the holidays) and the representative said she was going to call the local store and asked to place me on hold. I was at work taking the call, so I asked if she could just call me back. She agreed. That was at 2:30PM yesterday and I have not heard back. I tried to call her when I left work and there was no answer. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had and I feel very ripped off. I want my money back ASAP. I will reach out to the Attorney General tomorrow if this has not been resolved.

On 6/21/2015, Ms. [redacted] purchased the 5-piece Adventura III Grey sectional and the additional Pure Promise warranty. The sectional was delivered on 7/08/15. In reviewing this claim with our Uniters represented, we uncovered that in March 2017, Ms. [redacted] filed a warranty claim on her sectional. The...

technician made an appointment, took photos, and fixed the only visible damage on the sectional. For the additional issues Ms. [redacted] reported on, a denial letter was sent, advising that those damages were normal wear and tear. If Ms. [redacted] would like to dispute this claim, she may do so in writing by emailing [email protected]. If Ms. [redacted] would like a refund on her warranty, we are able to offer $129.99 plus tax to be refunded to her original method of payment. I specifically asked mr [redacted] when I was offered a warranty , if I can have pet damage covered and he said " yes its covered" I still didnt recieve any terms saying it wasnt covered. I put my trust into the salesman and was told I was getting what I asked for. So if you now say no its not covered, then I was very much decieved, especially since I was wlling to pay for itRegards,

As stated before, the leather was ripped/torn initially which is what caused it to peel. As there are no clear definitions surrounding those terms in your warranty terms, you have no basis for not covering it and now we are disagreeing on the definitions.

Greetings Revdex.com,I spoke with [redacted] on Tuesday, May 5th, 2015. She told me my chairs were complete and that a refund check would be issued and that she would follow up with that next week and have it mailed to me. Value City called me today to let me know that my ottoman and chairs will be delivered tomorrow. [redacted] has been very helpful throughout this process. In the interest of customer service, the General Manager has offered an apology and has included the matching dresser and mirror to the Beckett King bed to the order at no cost. warranty coverage. Ms. [redacted] was advised that her service date was scheduled for 04/05/2016. Ms. [redacted] cancelled the service appointment and was rescheduled for 04/20/2016. On 04/09/2016, Ms. [redacted] contacted Customer Care and spoke to a supervisor. Ms. [redacted] was advised at that time she would need to have the service appointment on 04/20/2016 to determine the resolution. On 04/09/2016 Ms. [redacted] contacted Customer Care and advised she wanted a full refund of the Pure Promise warranty. Ms. [redacted] was refunded the Pure Promise warranty amount of $219.99 on 04/11/2016. The refund was completed back to the card used at the time of purchase. Ms. [redacted] is no longer covered for service on the Wyoming Saddle 5-piece sectional. I apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] may have experienced. On 11/7/17, Dr. [redacted] made a purchase at our Value City Furniture store in Toledo, Ohio. The deliveries of the furniture were completed on 11/14/17, 11/20/17, and 12/14/17. occurred with Dr. [redacted]’s furniture. Unfortunately, the Kingsway Stationary 2-piece living room set was purchased as an As-Is item. Any furniture that is sold in this manner does not carry any warranty, so repairs or replacement are not possible. The amount noted by Value City Furniture to refund is not the total I quoted in my original complaint.  My refund should include all money paid for the extended coverage as listed on my receipt, which is the figure I originally quoted.  Also the refund should be mailed to my home address in a check as I no longer have the card account that they are going to credit.  The card has been paid in full and closed.  I also will not be using or reopening that card.

the store would like for me to pay to have their broken couch delivered. We dont own a vehicle to return it. Your broken stuff my inconvenience? why should I have to put money out to have this return and reissued?

After discussing Mr. [redacted]'s rejection remarks with the Store Manager, we can only offer the option that was initially given to Mr. [redacted]. The amount of $300 is still available for Mr. [redacted] to utilize as an in-store credit towards a new purchase.

Cracking and peeling is typically considered normal wear and tear and the store Manager has gone above and beyond by offering a full reselect for Ms. [redacted].At this time, American Signature has offered the best resolution to Ms. [redacted].
