Vivint Solar has attempted to get required documents sign by the customer since September 10, Customer was refusing to sign these documents until a compensation was received for loss of time and savingsAfter working with the customer, it was agreed on March 16, that we would compensate
them and he would then cooperate with us to move the account forwardThe check was sent and cashed by the customerThe customer has since refused to move forwardWe have made various attempts to contact them through the phone and email with little to no response

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 3/31 and an agent has been assigned to be their direct point of contactVivint Solar is currently working out a mutually accepted resolution with the customer within the terms and conditions of the agreement

response because:i wish to resolve the defective solar panels on said appointment dateI also wish to receive reimbursement for thousands of dollars of unnecessary electric charges this has incurredAt which point then will resolution be made.

Vivint Solar has reviewed the customers complaintThe customer was provided a timeline of 4-weeks from the time the system was installedVivint Solar is still within the provided timelineWe have already submitted the request for Permission to Operate to the customer utility companyOnce we
receive approval from the utility company, Vivint Solar will contact the customer and assist them in turning the system on.

Vivint Solar is working to obtain additional information regarding the alleged roof damages and the needed repairs. A claim manager has contacted the customer to provide an update regarding the repairs, and a voicemail was left. We would like to receive the customer's estimates to review
further and compare the scopes of work to be done

At this time, our Damage Resolutions department is working with the customer to perform a damage assessment We will continue to work with customer to address all concerns and requests for resolution

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and will be submitting an adjustment to customer's August invoice for overbillingAdditionally, we answered all the customer's concerns related to their Vivint Solar experienceProvided direct contact for any future questions or concerns

We are reluctantly closing this file against Vivint Solar but will reopen it if they fail to comply with the contract. It will be one year this August 20th that Vivint and myself had agreed to add solar panels to our houseYou can rest assured that if I am not on-line with the power company by August 20th of this year I will reopen this claim and also consult legal advice as to my options against Vivint.Thank you for your time, effort and quick response regarding this complaint.With ThanksJanis and Michael M***

Vivint Solar has spoken with the Sales Manager, and he has ensured that the payments will submitted to the customerTwo scheduled payments to the customer have been set for July 31st, and August 9thVivint Solar has also retrieved the Nest Thermostat from the Sales Manager and have shipped it to
the customer's propertyVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until payments have been submitted and the thermostat has arrived.

We are at the final stages of the compensation review process and we are close to being able to submit it for approvalOnce that is finalized, the compensation will then be applied to the customer's account on the subsequent billing cycleVivint Solar has updated the customer with this status and we will notify them once the approval goes through

Vivint Solar is considering the customer requestWe will contact the customer on 04/05/to finalize a resolution

Vivint Solar notified the customer via his invoices on 5/7/2018, days before he was billed, that he was being billed based on estimated output and asked him to call customer service to resolveVivint Solar attempted to contact the customer on 6/21/via phone and emailWe will continue to work with the customer towards a resolution within the terms of his contract.

Vivint Solar is unable to cancel the customer's account nor has Vivint Solar promised any sort of cancellation to the customerVivint Solar has offered to relocate the customer's conduit to be installed in the location that Vivint Solar told the customer it would be installedVivint Solar has tried to relocate the conduit but the customer has refused to allow Vivint Solar on the property to do so. In regards to the leak, Vivint Solar could not determine whether the damage to the customer's roof was caused by the installation of the solar panelsVivint Solar has spoken with the customer's attorney and is still working to address the customers' concernsVivint Solar is still willing to relocate the conduit so that it can meet the specifications that were provided to the customer

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer on 9/to discuss their complaintThe customer informed us that they had found a buyer who was willing to assume the agreement, pending closing on the propertyCustomer will be sending our Solar Workout team a copy of the agreement signed by the customer and the buyer of their property.

Vivint Solar has looked into this customer's concernsIt looks like a credit inquiry was made to Transunion credit bureau on 3/12/Our company has officially terminated the customer's Power Purchase Agreement, closed their account, and mailed an official letter to Transunion to remove the
inquiry that was madeIf the customer has further questions regarding this, she can contact us at ###-###-####

Vivint Solar is in constant communication with the customer regarding the complaintThe customer is requesting cancellation of the Power Purchase AgreementVivint Solar explained to the customer that they are not within their right to cancelThe customer is aware that they signed an agreement with a term of twenty (20) yearsAt this time the customer is requesting something that is not within the terms of the agreementVivint Solar and the customer are working to come to a resolution within the terms of the agreement
