I purchased a Vizio smart TV from *** on line with my preferred credit card and it was invoiced on 06/28/I was very happy with the purchase until the leg broke on the right front side of the TVThis caused the TV to fall to the floor, damaging the TV and the new TV stand that I had just purchasedI was in another room, heard a noise and went into the living roomFirst I contacted *** to return the TV, but they have a days return policy for damaged goods, and this happened on 07/29/They said that I needed to contact Vizio and that they would take care of the problemI contacted Vizio the following Monday, and sent them pictures, invoice, and told them about the damage done to the TV and new standThey sent an email stating they would review my claim and try to contact me within two business daysI did not heard anything, so I contacted them on Friday of this last weekThey said that they had reviewed my case and the problem was not covered under their warrantyT

The television I purchased is broken, Vizio refuses to repair it although there is still a warranty on the productIt was purchased in October and still has a warranty on the television
Comcast says the issue is not there repair issue

I purchased a Vizio Tv from walmart years agoBack lights burnt out on the tv, so I called the Vizio companyThey said that they would send me a new tv as long as I send the old one back and they would put $on hold from my card until they receive the broken tvSo I received the new tv which was a refurbished tv and has mechanical problemsOn top of that I was supposed to receive a shipping bar-code with the new tv to send back the broken tv I never got that it looked like the bar-code was accidentally ripped off during shippingI called the company to let them know about the new tv and about the bar-code being missingThey said that they would email me the bar-code so I could print it out but I never recieved itand I called about times after that to ask them to send it to me via email again and again and I still never recieved itFrom that point I called them and said I just want my $back and they said I could not have my money back buecause I did not returne the t

*** *** i'm fully aware of the warranty but the warranty is not fixing the problem I m paying close to for a tv that isn't working and after reading all reviews I m not happy with a tv that's brand new breaking down like this and want to send another one that has been refurbish a tv of the same make and model to eventually do the same or worse and i'm out of my hard earned money I will accept a different make model that's new I bought a new and I should have a new one replaced or was this new?i don't want a open box tv as soon as the tech guy seen it and open it and shut it at the same time he even know this set is full of problems and after the so call days warranty it does this again then their goes my tvthese tv are been distributed to all this local places in hopes that it last the year cause they know its a problem with themplease read reviews

I bought a brand new M501d-A2R (50" 3D/Smart TV) on May 28, from Best Buy in Towson, MD for $On 1/24/16, the screen went black and the TV no longer functions at allThis is a common issue, according to many other online reviews & complaintsI contacted Vizio, and they refuse to provide any repair or replacement services since the year Manufacturer's Warranty has expiredI understand that the warranty period may have lapsed, but I also believe that a TV that costs over $should operate as intended for more than monthsWhile it's very unfortunate that Vizio has chosen to ignore what is clearly a common and costly issue, I wanted to provide this info so others can be aware of the risks involved when purchasing a Vizio TV

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meVizio contacted me and agreed to replace the TV with a newer version of the same tv However, when the company they hired to deliver, uninstall the old one and install the new one, it arrived at my house, they told me they could not install it because they didn't have enough men and they left with the television set I contacted vizio again and I'm waiting for their new resolution

I have always enjoyed the Vizio brandI placed on online order on 14OCTOnce the order was placed I was informed that delivery would take 7-daysWhat was not made clear was that Vizio uses a company by the name of *** to handle the deliveryAt first this company wanted me to wait till 05NOVto receive my productI made a complaint with both Vizio and ***Vizio then stated that there was nothing they could be as *** was responsible for the shipping of the itemI then contacted *** to complain about the speed at which my product would arrive, the customer service representative was not helpful at all and stated that they would try to have it to me on the 29th of OctoberWhen I then re contacted Vizio to inquire on how to lodge a formal complaint I was just told that they would file it with the correct department and that my order was processed on the 15th so the delivery would fall right on the day windowThe Vizio customer service was of no assistance and just passed the buck to the shipping company taking no ownership for using a sub par shipping companyNow the product I ordered is less then one hour from my home however I have to wait an additional days for the delivery company to come to my areaBottom line Vizio makes good products but has horrible customer service

I just got off the phone with Vizio Support I explained my issue which is the left half of my screen is darker then the right side to the point where I cannot see clearly what is showing on the left side On the right side, the upper right quadrant flickers making it difficult to view and may be affecting my eyesight The TV was purchased March and has not been dropped or banged It is a living room tv with virtually no movement I went through all of the trouble shooting steps to no avail The person helping advised that it was out of warranty and that I will have to purchase a new one I find this unacceptable considering this is a none problem that has been going on for years The gentleman offered a 65" at the cost of $ What happens if years passes and this happens again? Rhetorical I have other TV's in my house, of them are Vizio's that I are older then this one that have given me no problems I respectfully request a replacement 60" or greater with

I purchased a television approximately months agoI understand they have a 12-month manufactures warrantyAfter spending $for a television, you expect to be able to enjoy that television for at least a couple yearsI contacted the company, and reached an extremely rude and condescending support rep from VizioThey must have a lot of complaints about this issue, because she was very quick to tell me they won’t offer any support for my deviceAnd as a “courtesy” she would see if she could offer me a discount on a new television insteadThe discount amount offered, was MORE expensive than what I could purchase that TV again from a local retailerThat is incredibly unethical business practiceI have asked for other options from the company, and have not received any other responseWill never purchase another TV from Vizio againNeed a solution from a higher level customer support member
