Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Vizio is insisting on replacing the television for a second timeThis process will take several weeks to completeVizio says that my TV is not communicating with it's servers to download the proper firmwareThe tv I purchased, the replacement, and the repaired tv all exhibited the same issue when connected to the soundbarThe audio modes rapidly switch on and off, causing the picture to flash and turn offThere is also a green patch of pixels in the top left of the screen that won't turn off I've asked Vizio to just replace it with a different model, and I even offered to cover the cost difference, if anyInstead, they are sending another one of these problematic, end of life modelsVizio says that it will be a new TV, and there will be a new boxHowever, the paperwork I was sent refers to a brown box swap.Vizio has been very friendly, but I am still no further along with this problem than I was in late April when I first contacted VizioI really just want this to be resolved, but I cannot agree with Vizio that the case is closed.

I purchased a new new Vizio 60-inch tv on Amazon on August 2, 2015, which is still under warranty: http://www.amazon.com/VIZIO-M60-C3-60-Inch-Ultra-Smart/dp/B00T63YMGK
About two months ago, the tv started freezing up once a weekThe picture stops moving, and a minute later, the sound stops as well (and whatever image was on the screen remains there frozen)No buttons on the TV or remote work; I need to unplug the TV from the wall to reset itUnfortunately, I only use this TV at night, when Vizio's technical support is closed
I contacted Vizio on April 3rd, 2016; they updated the firmware on my TV and told me to call back if it froze up again, and said if it happens again they would send out a technicianIt froze again, so I called back on April 11th, and they then told me there are more troubleshooting steps by phone, so I should call back when it's frozenWhich, unfortunately I can't do, since I only use the TV at night when Vizio is closedI asked to speak with the manag

I purchased a inch vizio smart TV from Sam's club in auburn hills, MI in December of Since purchasing I have had to call vizio on numerous occasions, due to the TV not turning on or having horizontal lines I was told that an on site swap could not occur due to me not having pictures of the lines, so they instead did an onsite repair The repair man came to my house on May 13th and replaced the two board inside the TV I was told that if the lines happened again to take a picture in order to do an on site swap Well, it happened again to a tv that is less than months old! So today, May 23,2016, I called to get an on site swap of a NEW TV and was told that can't happen because they need more information WHAT! I provided pictures like I was originally told and was still rudely told NO! Plus, they told me that I would be getting a reconditioned TV, not a new one if this on site swap were to happen after I provided more information, like if the menu button works when

I purchased a (first) P55-Con 11/26/and the TV was defective (restarting bug) after 1/weeks of use I exchanged it for for the same model on 12/07/(second P55-C1) and in three weeks this tv was also defective and was unable to display a movie without freezing every hour At this time the return window has closed and I warranty the second P55-C Vizio sent me a replacement P55-C(Third P55-C1) that was delivered on 1/6/which came pre broken and had horrific black lines/spots throughout the entire screen
Vizio wants to send another P55-Cbut I won't accept a 4th TV of this model as it seems the ips panels are a problem with these TVsI wouldn't mind exchanging it for the P65-Cwhich uses a VA panel or a refund at this point

I purchased an M50-Cfrom *** *** on November 11th About a month into owning the TV, I had little white horizontal lines on the right side of the screenCalled Vizio twice and was told it was signal in the TV and to hold the power button down and it would go awayThe white lines went away for a few weeks and would come backSaturday, June 4th 2016, I was playing PS4, the bottom left corner of the screen started to get discolored and in the middle of this discoloration, these pixels formed, then the screen went blackI could still here the PSon through the Vizio soundbarI called Vizio but their customer service was closedI called Sunday and spoke with a customer service repWe went through the trouble shooting steps and the screen was still blank, but sure enough PSsound was coming throughThe rep sent me and email and had me take pictures of the screen, all corners, and the trouble areaI took the pictures and sent them inToday, June 8th at 2:30pm EST, I

We bought our Vizio TV (Model NoE65-E1) on March 8, from Walmart in Janesville, WI Unfortunately for us, we did not get a warranty through WalmartFor about a month now, we have been in contact with Vizio's customer support because our tv started showing black, vertical lines that eventually turned white (with a few red, green, and yellow lines) and black circles at the bottom of our television screen, accompanied occasionally by the screen flickeringVizio claims this is due to physical damage, but there has been no physical damage to this TVVizio says our television isn't covered under a manufacturer's warranty due to thisHowever, these lines, as well as the circles, appeared while the television was on and being watched with no one/nothing near it(Please note the circles did not appear at the same time as the lines)They gave two or three suggestions of things we could try, which were appreciated, and then claimed it was just because we physically damaged the

The representative did contact me and said there is nothing that can do to repair the television screen but the could offer me a pay inch TV for a charge of 700 dollarsFirst I should not have to pay in additional money for a defected productSecond I have a inch television so they are offering something subpar to what I have at a priceThird the representative I spoke with was very rude, stating, "He did not have to offer anything."

Vizio company are knowledgeable that their t.v.'s have defaults and that they tell businesses to push extending warranties knowing that their product have defects and that the product will experience defects after one year of purchaseThey tell consumers that if you didn't buy the extended warranty there is nothing they can doThis company does not stand behind their products please do not buy vizio products
