My husband and I purchased a Vizio television through *** (**) less than a year agoLast week the television screen began turning blackIt originated with a thin black line that over the coarse of three days became several black lines( varying in increasing size)On day three a black circle appeared at the bottom of said linesDaily the size of lines are getting bigger and at this point is almost become a solid black out on approximately 1/of the screenVizio is denying this as a manufacturing defectClaiming an outside trauma cause itThis is untrue and insulting

In the interest of providing customer satisfaction VIZIO has contacted the customer and has offered the customer a partial refund
on their purchase of a replacement VIZIO television. In order for VIZIO to issue the partial refund we need to obtain a proof of purchase for the replacement VIZIO product that was purchased by the customer. At this time we have not received the necessary proof of purchase

Vizio violated the good faith agreement on the warrant of a purchased Vizio Smart TVWhen the TV stopped working, Vizio offered to send a replacementThey waited for four months before sending the replacementThe replacement was completely defunctThey sent another replacement that died within four hours of initial useThey sent a fourth TV, refusing to extend the warranty for their negligenceThe fourth TV does not work properly, but since Vizio ran out my warranty by sending dead products, they are refusing to handle my caseThey offered that they could help meif I pay an additional $on top of my original purchase price

I was told by customer service representative I would be refunded for my 70" E series TV that was already replaced timesThe first time it was replaced I was told I would receive a different model TV than what they brought to my residenceWhen they installed it they also took my PlayStation cables with them, thanks2nd TV they brought has had many glitches and constantly has to be rebootedSometimes it can't keep the internet connection, the volume will not change, the screen freezes or other random glitches
I was told by a customer service rep that I would be refundedThe supervisor went back to the recorded conversation to confirm thisHe then came back to me and said yes I am correct that's what I was told but I will not be refundedEvery TV I have received from Vizio has been beyond defective and very low quality

I have a Vizio M60-Cand Vizio M55-CUltra HD Televisions Purchased 9-24-for $after apllying $of my Best Buy Rewards which is just like cach out of my pocket, with a Standard year parts and labor warranty from the manufacturerBoth TV's are receiving a signal from out local cable provider Paragould Light Water & Cable with a coax cable connected directly from the wall to TV and no external tuner box is required from our provider and they do not encrypt any signal they transmitProblems from day are Black screen with volume on boot up occasionally and have to turn off and back on and have a recording of the phone call where customer service admits the problemAlso after a channel scan is performed and all the channels are found, both TV's suddenly lose to channels and another scan has to be performed to get those channel back for a undetermined amount of time until they are gone again and you have to go back and delete all of the Standard Definition Chann

I am dissatisfied with their decision stating they covered their end of the VIZIO warranty and consider the case closed. The case is not closed because we have not yet received our warranty refund of $399+ tax refund as stated by VIZIO on Oct 2, under reference code # ***. They were issuing us a check and we could call back to check on it within a week. It's been well over two weeks and still no check in the mail. I did receive an email from them stating they were sending "something" out on Oct 7th but when I checked the "shipped" date, I kept getting a notice stating it was not yet shipped out. So, we called tonight and they asked us if we still needed a box. We told Presley that we had not yet received our check for the refund; she said they can't issue the refund without them receiving the TV first. So, she is now sending out another attempt for a box, same exact email was received as the first one on Oct and is below (from VIZIO)
I am not happy about having to box up and ship out the package not knowing if they will actually receive it, claim it might be lost, or damaged during shipping. I will not be held accountable once it leaves my house and to further aggravate the situation, they won't send my refund back until they receive the TV
So, my question and plea now is NOW WHAT?
Appreciate your assistance, but in any circumstance, no one would feel comfortable doing this. They can't even tell me WHEN they will mail the refund out. And I was under the assumption it was already mailed out. Unacceptable. I would appreciate the refund FIRST and then they can send out a box to be picked up by Manna Shipping

I have twice been burnt by this company and made the mistake of forgiving the first offense
I bought a Vizio smart TV once before for $and after years the picture went out on it and I was told it was not a repairable issueI needed to replace the TV
I decided to buy another Vizio thinking this was just a freak incidentI spent $on a 55" smart TV years agoThe picture just went out on it and I contacted Vizio support and was offered another TV for $that I argued down to $
Buying a TV from Vizio is a scamThey last maybe years and you have to buy a new one
I gave them an opportunity to make it right and I felt taken advantage of insteadIt's very disappointing

I had a Vizio SB4051-Dsoundbar kick the bucket in less than months from manufacturing date My experience with Vizio started out greatI did everything they asked me to do to trouble shoot the problemIn the end they told me the unit had to be replacedAll I had to was send them a copy of the sales recite and I didThis is when the fun startedIn the end they told me I had to return the product and they would decide if I would get a refund or notSo I pay for shipping to east bumblast so they can decide if I should get a refund not a replacementSo if they decide not to refund I don't have anything! $dollars for a soundbar that lasted weeks set it up right after Christmas

This company has zero customer service skills whatsoever and did absolutely nothing to help us resolve the issues under warranty or any other meansThey treated us as if we were trying to scam them out of a free unit referencing another company who scammed them years agoWe had better luck with the retailer who went over and above and broke policy to refund us our moneyVizio did nothing.

The worst customer service I have ever experiencedI called from day one about the TV having a white line and having static, no picture quality and they still will not replace they TVThey "will sell me one" seriously? I even talked to a manager about itHe blamed the DVR, not the TVUnbelievable when you spend a grand on a TV

hi, they come out to repair my tv,put they put a motherboard in it for a in tv not a in like I have and what was in it before they came out.it shows a different model number and serial number it shows in stats in the tv info.and it says dtv not hdtv.they tell me the parts are interchangeable,but why not put the right part in for a in tv.the guy that came out to fix our tv told us his next job would be easier it was a in tv,so I think he put there part in our tv and ours in there tv.I contacted vizio to let them know they tell me there is nothing they can do.I told them if they sent the guy back out to put the in part in I would be very happy.I did not pay for a tv that shows tv stats.it had the right stats before they came out so it should have the same stats now.they make a motherboard for that tv with the right statsif you want to call my number is *** thanks *** ***

A bottle of Osiyo TV from Walmart at that time the amount was $plus taxes when I first purchased the TV I noticed a white line at the top I called *** in the man that I spoke with told me you could just be that channel it's on the channel and it went away although it has appeared multiple times ThereafterThe tv was also cutting off by itself! I asked Walmart if the tv had been used they answered no even though the box was retapedAfter trouble shooting with Vizio several times to no avail I gave upWalmart wouldn't take the tv back because I lost my recieptBut I obviously have a manufacturer problem and Vizio has been careless RUDE and unresponsive! I have 70" in my home and I will NEVER BUY another Vizio! Customer service sucked and they basically told me I don't matter! During tech support the man didn't tell me to turn off the circuit causing the tv to shock me pretty badHe laughed like it was funny and continued his instructions SAD COMPANY

I purchased a 60" Vizio TV and it has a manufacturing flaw that they do not want to fix The T.VModel number is D60N-E When the T.Vis receiving over the air broadcasting the sound does not come in on some channels and sometimes the spoken language is Spanish Please search for this model number at Walmart.com and look at other user comments concerning the no sound on certain channel issues, there are many complaints similiar to mine I've called Vizio customer support at 1(855) 833-and spoken to separate customer service individuals escalating it each time and each level says its not a Vizio issue I have other T.V.s in my house and I do not have this issue with any of them My VIZIO case number is:This was a black friday T.Vand I would like the T.Vto be fixed or a replacement of similar value $ Can you please help

My name is Andrea *** and I am writing this complaint against VIZIO products I purchased a television for my son in April and per Walmart the television is still under a 1-year manufactured warranty My son is currently in school at Montana State University were the television was purchased, he is currently recovering from a labrum tear is his arm from an accident playing sports While moving the television he made a mistake and press the bottom of the television and a crack appeared and cause the television to completely stop working I contacted VIZIO on August 25, and was transferred from manager to manager with no results I finally got thru to a supervisor in technical support name Jesse, he stated that the television was not repairable and that the only thing they could do was sell me a television exactly like what I purchased but an upgrade for $which would also have all the features as the previous tv being a Ultra 4K Smart TV, he gave me a call ba
