A television I purchased within the warranty parameters is defective and I would like a new television as a replacement The only resolution being offered is a refurbished television without any extension of the warranty

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I did speak with a Vizio representative who indicated they would talk with their second party provider as part of their contracted review process They (Vizio) believe that my complaint was handled under their warranty and I believe their warranty is part of the problem While they will review with their second party provider, it doesn't change anything about the time I was without the use of the product nor the frustration I had to deal with in trying to get the product fixed No compensation was offered by Vizio for that No promise that this would not happen again, only that I could call their supervisor directly if I had anymore problems Based on my experience with their warranty, I will not purchase a Visio product in the future nor would I recommend such to anyone

I purchased a Vizio 75” M75-c4K HD LED Smart TV on 03/06/I bought this TV from Sam’s ClubNow at the Mar I started to experience problems with the TVOnce the TV was turn on, the HDMI would lose signal repeatedlyI tried different inputs and noticed that on HDMI and were the most frequentWhile the TV was on I could see the picture but could not hear the sound or I would hear the sound and no picture (black screen or screen skipping)I would get a strange discoloration of the entire TVWhen I purchased the TV from Sam’s, I purchased a Protection plan, and the TV came with a year warranty from VizioThe only downfall for me was that my protection plan doesn’t take effect until my year warranty expires with VizioSo this is where all my headaches began, by having to call VizioOnce I noticed all the problems with my TV in May, I had no choice but to contact VizioThey sent out a technician to look and repair what they believed the problem wasA month later

In Oct I purchased this item from ***: *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** The item is still under warranty but *** *s refusing to honor their warrantyThe TV has been installed high on a wall and has been working great until a few weeks ago when a digital crack appeared in the screenNo one has touched the TV since install (we can't even reach it from the floor) and the screen is perfectly pristineThe crack is 100% digital - no physical cracks on the screen are showingNo one has hit or touched the television - it is simply faultyI contacted ***; since the return timeframe has passed, they connected me with ***, who issued case number *** and said they'd get back with me within hoursAfter a week of silence from ***, I called them againThey had required I send in the following items, which I did: Photos of the digital crack in my *** TV, Photo of the serial number on the back of the TV, Copy of my order with *** *** *** ***

When watching my television, the screen flickers and then turns black
Several months ago, I contacted Vizio via e-mail They provided me with a series of steps to perform I performed these steps and the TV was working However, on July 14, 2016, I chatted online with *** She provided me with case number *** After the chat, I received an email requesting a copy of my receipt OR photographs of the television I promptly emailed photographs of the television
To date, I have not received any telephone call from Vizio and my television continues to experience problems

So I had bought a Vizio Tv about 8-months ago and it had started showing dark spots in the screenCalled them and sent them picturesThey had then sent me a replacement tvAfter about weeks they came and swapped tv's outHad the tv on for hours and the screen starting freezingHave to unplug the tv then it will work againGave them a callThey said they will replace it againI do not want the same tvI then asked for a different model and said I would pay the difference if it's more expensiveThey said they cannot do thatSo then I asked for a refundThey will not give me oneThey will only replace it againI don't want to keep waiting for another tv while mine is brokenI want them to refund me and take the tv backThey will not help me in any way except keep sending replacementsIt's still under warranty and have all the receiptsThe tv they had sent me was refurbished, not brand newWould like them to do what's right and refund my money

Recently I contacted the BBC in reference to my vizio smart television that was purchased years ago the tv is just out of warranty and stop working.vizio contacted me after I filed the complaint and sent a technician out on Dec to repair the television after replacing parts the technician stated that the television is not able to be repaired because something is wrong with the main system After receiving this information I contacted Josie the vizio rep who contacted me after the complaint and she stated that at this time she is aware of the problem and the only thing vizio can do at this time is offer me a tv for dollars a new version of my television.I did not except this offer because my television is broken because of default from the maker not because f damage on my behalf vizio should take full responsibility of the productAnd why should I put out more money for a product that might have the same problem. replace the television and I will purchase the ext warranty
