We purchased a Vizio D50-EtelevisionWhen looking at this tv on their website they show that it has the ability to have the *** prime as an appHere is a link https://www.vizio.com*** When trying to find it, after hours and phone calls with Vizio tech support, I was informed that it is not available and can not be addedI find this absolutely ridiculous and misleadingI currently have Vizio TV's that have this appWhen purchasing this last tv, having the ability to watch *** prime was the basis for buying this tV I feel that during this holiday season, there will be many people purchasing this tv as presents, thinking that this App (one of the largest streaming companies) is available based on Vizio's advertisements It is flat out misleading and taken advantage of us

I bought a VIZIO 60” E60-Esmart TV in march of The TV worked very well until the first part of June of and one day I turned it on and half of the screen was white and the other half was partially white with lines running through it for no reasonI knew it was past my one year warranty but I though a $TV should last a longer than a year and months So I called VIZIO and they said since I was out of my warranty they would not stand behind their product I started sharing my experience with VIZIO on the social media and they responded to me that they would sell me the same TV at a discount of $but they still would not make it right with my broken TV I told them if I was going to spend anymore money it wasn't going to be on a VIZIO brand I researched this issue and there has been many other people with this issue I do not recommend anyone to buy this brand name Look towards *** and *** flat screen TVs

I sent pictures and proof of purchase for the product, and was informed by Vizio that my problem was not economically feasible to repairI was offered a discount on a replacement product, which is simply not good enoughI have already paid almost $on a faulty product from this company and refuse to spend another dime more on anything manufactured by VizioA company that prides itself on it's claim of a low failure rate that refuses to replace a product when it does fail is not one I would continue to do business withDoing the right thing by standing by their products and accepting responsibility when they perform below standard used to be the norm for corporations in the pastNow, the bottom line is more important than their customers and even their own reputationI can ill afford to purchase another television even at a discount, while covering this cost would cause no fiscal harm to VizioMy duty as a consumer is to make sure that other consumers are fully informed
before making a purchase of a product that is poorly manufacturedI will ensure that everyone I know personally and follow through social media become aware of my experience with this company and it's products

We purchased our Vizio 4k Ultra on 11/21/However this past week we came home and turned it on and to no avail no video was visible but sound was presentThere are nothing but lines that are showing , it flickers in and out then went all the way blackWhen I called Vizio they told me that it was not covered in warranty and if they paid to send someone out then it would be the cost of a brand new televisionThey immediately hung up and did not respond anymore after thatMind you this wasn't the first time we had this problem with the same device, when we called trouble shooting about the screen they told us to do a hard reset by pressing and holding power button, this no longer solves the problem now

Vizio forced a firmware update to the TV which broke HDR support and hasn’t given a fix or timeframe when this is to be repaired

I purchased a inch VIZIO TV from my local WalmartTwo years later the picture on the screen was not showingI called the company and they said it was out of warrantyI did research and this same model TV had a KNOWN defect in itThey refused to replace it even though it had the defect and they did not bother to send out a recall noticeI contacted the Revdex.com and they immediately called and offered to replace itI received my replacement (3-weeks later) and they sent a refurbished TV that had lines going through the screen when turned onI refused the TV and made them take it backThey finally sent me a brand new TV and now less than months later this TV has a gray screen with lines going through it and you cannot see the screenI called and they told me that I was outside of manufacturers warranty and beyond their day warranty and all they could do was offer me a discount on a new TVI was never informed that the TV only had a day warranty, as I was told it carried the one year manufactures warranty and in my logic, that means from day of purchaseIf they sent me the TV less than months ago, how is that out of the one year warranty? I suggest NOBODY PURCHASE AS VIZIO TV as you will ultimately have an issue and they will be sorry that they cannot help you except for to offer you a discount on one of their new TV's that will have problems againI am fed up with this company!!!!
