I truly feel like I have been robbed of my money, because I have went a month with no television but they already have my moneyIn no way does anyone care when I call customer servicePeople from corporate called me and still came to no acceptable agreement but to pay more money for a warranty extensionI am still waiting on a NEW replacement TV, that was supposed to be here days ago but it's NOTI have actually been waiting on a TV since April 6, Im just tired of this hassling process that is not benefiting me in any way

Vizio has been sending me countless emails for salesI have followed the unsubscribe procedures that show I am not subscribedI have tried to modify any account that exists to unsubscribe yet no account existsI have personally contacted Vizio customer support on numerous occasions to be removed from the marketing list and have been promised I will no longer get an email advertisement from themThe email advertisements have not stopped despite repeated notifications to Vizio to cease email advertisementsI am filing a complaint against vizio for failure to unsubscribe me from their emailing advertisements when initiated by myself and by them on numerous occasions

We purchased a inch Vizio TV at Walmart in Marion, NC A year after the purchase the TV starts going dark I contacted Vizio and they sent me a refurbished replacement months after we received the replacement it developed colored lines through the picture I contacted Vizio and they sent me a brand new replacement Within an hour of the delivery men leaving the new TV developed colored lines through the picture I contacted Vizio and they send me yet another one of the same exact model TVs I sent them an email before they mailed this one out and asked Vizio to send me a different model or give me a longer warranty to give us peace of mind Vizio never responded to my email and sent us the same TV with a month warranty I contacted Vizio on Facebook and they asked me for the case number, when I gave them the case number, they deleted my comments and never responded I have been VERY nice with Vizio and they have ignored me throughout this ordeal I am asking them for

The Department purchased a Vizio SmartCast Monitor on June for use in our new training room When the monitor was used for the first time, it did not work We reported the problem to Vizio Customer Service on June 26, They stated they would sent a replacement monitor On July 9, the replacement monitor arrived There was a hole in the box and when the monitor was removed from the box, the monitor screen was broken and totally unusable When Vizio was contacted again, we have been told that a replacement monitor will not be delivered until July In the meantime the Department cannot provide any training to its staff, The Department paid for a monitor and to date we have none

I purchased a new inch TV for a new home on October 26, I paid to have the TV mounted and when the cable company came to install cable discovered that the TV had an electronic problem I immediately called customer service gave them the information and was told that because the purchase was less than days I could have them come repair the TV or request a replacement I informed them that I would like a replacement and that I was off of work for two weeks to receive a replacement I was informed it would be 7-working days before one would be received After hearing nothing from VIZIO about the situation I again contacted them on Monday, November 19th to see what the status was Again informed I would not hear anything until the end of the week as the 7-days was still in place Contacted them again on November 23rd to find out what the status was of the new delivery After a request to speak with someone in person was called and informed the delivery would be T

I feel that vizio is not doing as promised on warrant also they are specific about what it covers and what it doesn't cover

I am paying the $price of a new television that died after yearsGoogle "backlight failure" and "power board failure" for Vizio and you will find thousands of complaintsYes, I admit, my warranty expired, but this is pretty much a class action lawsuit waiting to happen based upon how frequent the problems are with these systems in Vizio televisionsI called their customer service and they basically laughed at me and directed me to third party repair shopsTHAT was their solutionThey basically told me to eat poopSo, this is an expensive lesson that I learnedBuy a *** or *** and spend a little extra on the extended warrantyJust don't buy a Vizio....EVERSince Vizio doesn't give a crap about me as a long term customer, I am sharing my experience with all my friends and family and fellow service membersSTAY AWAY FROM VIZIO!

I purchased a Vizio tv from *** about years agoThe TV stopped working, when I went back to *** to resolve my issue, the representative informed that my warranty of days with *** had expired but if I called Vizio, they have a year warrantyI called Vizio and they told me they only have a year warrantyThe Vizio customer service rep offered me the phone number for one of their repair shops but told me that since my warranty with them had expired that I would be responsible to pay for the repairs of the TVHe made NO EFFORT TO HELP ME and was very dismissiveI WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

The backlights went out on our television after months, apparently a known issue with this model It was still under warranty and they replaced it The problem is that they replaced it with the same model, and the same thing is happening again Now that the warranty is no longer in effect, they refuse to fix the problem It is like they just put on a band-aid until the warranty ran out When there is a known issue like this, they should make it right This is an 80" television, not a cheap 40" that we can afford to replace every months

We got some of the sorriest customer service todayWe had an issue with our tv that isn't even a year oldWe had a red line in it to the left of the TV and my wife called in to see what we needed to doShe talked with someone name *** he walked her thru the steps of doing a factory reset I unplugged the TV pressed the button behind the TV for the seconds plugged the TV back up and turned the TV back onAt that point he told me to see if I could press the menu button on the remote and find out what it would do, it did nothing black screen at that time I told him that there was a weird spot at the bottom of the TV he said at that point I needed to get the receipt to show a purchase date and take picturs of the TV to send the information to VIZIOWe have sent in all the required information and they state it's not a factory issue

Bought a in Vizio TV that had power issuesThe TV kept turning off unexpectedlyI contacted Vizio Support and every other agent kept telling me something different and giving me the run aroundIts been over weeks since my TV has been delivered and the issue has been discovered and Im still waiting for a Tech to come out and fix the problemLast time I ever purchase a TV from VizioFor future reference just avoid Customer Support agent named StormiShe or he is rude and could care less about any of your problems

We bought a 4K television and a year and days later it no longer worksIt will not power on and the button dimsWe spent $on a brand new tv and they told us that this is an isolated incident yet offered us no other solution than spending $more of our hard earned dollars on this televisionAfter looking online I found that this is not an isolated incident
