[redacted] from Vizio called me on 3/22/15 and said that she "has heard about this on going  issue with all Vizio tvs and that there is nothing she can do about it". She says that "it is a [redacted] issue and again not a Vizio".   [redacted]  had me check the Vizio system app and found an outdated version of [redacted] and said that it is out dated. Vizio refuse to take responsibility for the issue. The outdated version of [redacted] issue appears on all of their tvs that they make current and old. Vizio keeps blame shifting instead correcting the issue. Update the app Vizio to a current version of [redacted] and I will be happy end of case.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept the response because the response contains inaccuracies.  First, my television does not lean forward slightly, it leans back slightly.  As a result, the television is thus defective since Vizio claims the tv is designed to lean forward.  In addition, the company offered only a $20 credit for the universal stand, which I declined, since this would result in the company making additional money as the universal stand costs $70.00.  I'm not sure why anyone would pay additional money to this company as a result of their defective product.  Should the company wish to pay the entire amount, I would happily accept the offer.]

Vizio's last message on this complaint on 9/12 was a exact duplicate of the message they sent on 9/2 asking for a copy of my receipt and photos showing the issue, which I have already provided.  Their 9/12 response was a repeat of an ask for information I already provided thru the Revdex.com and should NOT count as an answer to my complaint.  I did answer this, and they should not count as responding by repeating the Exact same message.  I honestly thought it was a mistake and didn't bother typing in my response again because I already answered it once.
I have worked with Vizio through this process spending 45 minutes on the phone with their tech support to prove the TV does not turn on.  During the Revdex.com complaint process I have called their designated contact 5 times on 9/13 and 2 additional times without a call back.  They don't leave substantive voicemails either.  They have systematically stonewalled on fulfilling their warranty and giving me my money back on their defective product.
Please don't let them skimp out and make me start this whole process over because they submitted a duplicate form letter that I already answered to exactly as they asked.  I just want to get my money back.

I talked to a VIZIO manager regarding to a non working 60" "LED SMART TV and this manager to fix my problem told me he was going to send me a 47" Smart TV in stead of the 60" and I agreed, I was so happy with that. When I installed the 47" TV I realized that the TV was not an smart TV, so I called them to let them know about this issue and they just told me " they send me this non smart TV because they did not have any 47" Smart TV in stock, so I asked them just to send me the right TV and they say no because the TV the sent me was free of charge, but I was told hey were going to send me a smaller TV but it was going to be smart, but it was not. then they told me if I don't want the TV I could send it back to them but they were not going to send me another TV.
I just want them to send me the TV I was told I was going o get. the 47" SMART TV
