Previously VIZIO had determined that the VIZIO television in question suffered a non-manufacturing defect. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have all already purchased a brand new tv from Vizio that did not last over 18 months. I am not spending any more money on a Vizio product,  whether it be refurbished and discounted or new and discounted. The first one did not work and I am not in a position financially to buy anything else.  I am not the only person who has had this problem from my research. If this tv was not practically new, I would not be so upset. Thank you.

[redacted], go ahead and close it.  I finally got the retailer to take the TV back.  I just will not buy another Vizio product due to them not backing their product.  I still want to have the complaint listed on your website for them, so other consumers will know what to expect with this product.

After speaking with Harley at Vizio and expressing that I was not happy with his resolution either as he stated it would cause legal issues if I was given the refund as offered originally and I accepted I am still not happy with the response of legal issues being brought up if they gave me a refund as I was offered.  What legal issues ?  People go outside the warranty all the time especially if customer service offered it to begin with.
I'm not satisfied with this resulition attempt by Vizio and would like to know who else I can write a letter too at Vizio.

VIZIO has offered to repair my TV at not cost to me. A repair has been scheduled. However, this matter isn't fully resolved until the repair actually takes place.

This is obviously a "copy and paste" by the company, of their prior message/response.  I reject this as the issue is not just monetary, but having to do with customer service lacking by their company. I would be happy to hear any attempt at an apology or explanation, as this was not a standard "warranty coverage" as their recent response suggest, but rather a long "battle" I was forced to undergo in order to be made whole due to their third party (HD Repair), damaging my television and causing me a lot of stress and countless hours of dealing with this.

I purchased a 70" tv 2.5 years ago. Within the first few months we got the blue screen with sound. /The store exchanged it for another one. within 6 months that tv Model E701I-A3 same exact problem no screen just sound. Vizio replaced it and gave us a 1 year warranty now one month over the one year warranty we have a blue screen and sound once again. Contracted them they refuse to help but the will discount another 70" tv by a few hundred dollars!! The tv repair people said they can try to fix it but the T con in these TVs are junk so it may not be repairable and if it is repaired cant guarantee it will last.
Contacted Vizio again and same response.
We have a two smaller Vizios We had purchased earlier together One a 42" and a 55" one is already in the garbage and the other one needs turned off and on because it looses its sound. Those tv worked good for the first 2 years. So we purchased the 70 and now we know VIZIO tvs are junk.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VIZIO PRODUCT AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ONE EITHER!! Unless you dont care that it will be garage within the first 3 yrs.

When I bought my house I bought a 70 Vizio smart tv from Walmart. After 15 the screen went black. According to Vizio this TV has been recalled since chip issue and screen will go black. I have got the run around for months about this issue and recall. Knowing there is a recall on my model, they refused to fix my TV nor will they replace it. So I have a 70 inch, $1,600 boat anchor. I will never do business with Vizio ever again. Terrible customer service.
