this complaint without additional information from the customer.  VIZIO has been unable to reach the customer regarding this matter.  VIZIO is requesting that the Revdex.com contact the customer and ask them to provide VIZIO with the following information:   (1)   Proof of purchase or receipt for the VIZIO Product and Serial number of the unit (2)   Pictures of the purported issue with the VIZIO Product (3)   The customer’s name and phone number that was used when the customer initially contacted VIZIO. While at a meeting on monday evening, I received a call from a Vizio Representative. I believe he said his name is [redacted].  I asked him to call the next day as I was otherwise occupied. He said he would.  I have not heard from anyone since.

Still is making the same motion blurr suggested they upgrade the seris to 960 clear motion tv so that have highest refresh rate. also this is making me want to go to arbitration over tv order and fix until the tv is corrected or replaced I will not close out

Vizio's last message on this complaint on 9/12 was a exact duplicate of the message they sent on 9/2 asking for a copy of my receipt and photos showing the issue, which I have already provided.  Their 9/12 response was a repeat of an ask for information I already provided thru the Revdex.com and should NOT count as an answer to my complaint.  I did answer this, and they should not count as responding by repeating the Exact same message.  I honestly thought it was a mistake and didn't bother typing in my response again because I already answered it once.
I have worked with Vizio through this process spending 45 minutes on the phone with their tech support to prove the TV does not turn on.  During the Revdex.com complaint process I have called their designated contact 5 times on 9/13 and 2 additional times without a call back.  They don't leave substantive voicemails either.  They have systematically stonewalled on fulfilling their warranty and giving me my money back on their defective product.
Please don't let them skimp out and make me start this whole process over because they submitted a duplicate form letter that I already answered to exactly as they asked.  I just want to get my money back.

The tv was delivered and set up. The picture does not have the sharpness or clarity as the previous one. despite the installers trying to clear it up. Also the picture chops off the top of their heads. Also the horizon is off making the side look awkward or abnormal. I was told by the Vizio representative that this is NOT a new tv but one that may have been in the warehouse a while OR may have been returned (for what????) and they checked it over to make it like new. (again????) The representative from Vizio said to call her if there were problems, but no new tv or refund. Rather than go thru another 2 weeks with no tv and no compensation for the inconvenience of another "recertified tv that is just like new", If I call Comcast to see what they can do, that is $40 out of my pocket. No, I am not pleased or satisfied at all!!!!

We purchased a Vizio TV had it 2 years starting experiencing lines in the picture. I also looked online and found a lot of complaints with the same issue. I contacted Vizio they offered 49 dollars off a new TV. I will not invest in any other products from this company. The customer service area did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. Seems the company has had numerous complaints on picture quality but are unwilling to take responsibility for the issue.

VIZIO customer service again contacted us with the same useless "offer" as before. Seems like a poor deal for consumers to purchase a product in good faith, receive the product damaged and then be given the option to spend MORE money on their products. This is unacceptable. Why would any consumer want to continue their business relationship with a company that treats them this way?The only viable solution to this is a refund (partial or complete) or replacement of the unit. Outside of that we are at an impasse, and VIZIO is not willing to negotiate in good faith. If VIZIO can't stand behind the quality of their products then I think their Revdex.com reputation should reflect that. Please file my experience with VIZIO products and customer service as a ZERO or an F or whatever grade can be given to warn off other potential suckers that might fall prey to VIZIO's predatory business practices.

I purchased a 39" smart vizio tv 2 years ago from Sams club. I called vizio in regards to the tv malfunctioning. I literally bought the smart tv to only stream netflix in our bedroom. I purchased it and watched netflix for approx. 2 months before my show was over so I didn't use it for a good 5 months. Turned it back on and nothing worked. spent 3 days on the phone trying to solve it. Transferred multiple times and still nothing. Then finally was told there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty! I'm extremely disappointed with not only the quality but the customer service!!! After ONLY owning Vizio's, I will not own another.
To me 1-3 years old is still NEW, stand behind your product and offer an exchange or replacement! After Calling Sams Club, they mentioned this is a HUGE issue with this exact tv so this to me is a RED FLAG! I want a replacement or mine repaired, free of cost!
