I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  The issue is not resolved until today, kindly find below all the email that I cc'd also your office. As mentioned below, I would like now to get my money back as they already wasted most of the warranty period of 2 years as since October I contacted them of that bad quality TV. I really don’t know how to deal with such companies with bad quality products. Kindly advice with what you think I should do next. Best regards, [redacted]
