Dear Revdex.com Representative:VIZIO, Inc. (“VIZIO”) is in receipt of the Revdex.com’s (“Revdex.com”) notice regarding complaint number [redacted]. As always, VIZIO takes any complaint reported to the Revdex.com very seriously.Please be advised that VIZIO has determined that the VIZIO television in question suffered a non-manufacturing defect. [A Corporate Rep from Vizio has contacted me.  We did additional trouble shooting steps and I tested the TV last night and the issue still precisest.  The TV either needs to be repaired or replaced.  The Representative seems willing to help but this issue has not been 100% resolved, therefore the case should not be closed until then. ]

[The reason I am rejecting the Vizio statement and warranty statement is the 8 month out of warranty comments. The date listed below is from the original purchase date, not the replacement TV (I care about this current product that has been in my home less than a year). I am not looking for a new TV, I just want them to fix the replacement 8 month old TV. They provided 2 TV'S that did not last the original warranty of a year. The latest compensation was not to fix TV but have me purchase another TV at discount price - this offer makes no sense for them to ask for more money or to purchase another product. If I need to buy a replacement TV again it would not be from Vizo who doesn't stand behind their products.]
