Yodle has done a fantastic job working with our business. Completely professional and caring to help us make the right impression.

[redacted] was able to get my start up back on track in a swift and exact manor. Thanks [redacted]

Review: I received a call regarding purchasing their services on 2/**/2016. I scheduled a conference call for 2/**/2016 to see their services. I was so interested that I actually referred my wife to the service as well. I told the guy I need the night to simmer and let him know the next day. In reality I would've gone back to work and probably called back the same day to purchase.

However, instead he responded with a hard sell. I told him I needed to think and I will get back and that I was 90% going to purchase. He kept pressing. I told him I need to work. I then said, he was risking 2 sales now because he was making me mad. He still continued. He lost 2 sales because of his hard press. His name was

Jason A[redacted]

Sales Representative

T/F: [redacted] told him to back off and preserve the sale, but he persisted like a boilerroom operator. The whole thing led me from purchasing it and using it across my multiple businesses to being extremely mad and never wanting to do business with this company. I would beware of this company.Desired Settlement: I want my contact info deleted from their database. I also want my wife's phone number to be deleted from their calling list.

I want an explanation of how you can have a boilerroom operation when it appears the service has merits. I was literally going to call back in a few hours to buy and this guy kept pressing disrespecting and ignoring what I was telling him. If I was going to run a boilerroom operation selling penny stocks this would be the man to hire. I wouldn't be surprised if that was his other job.

Response:

Dear Revdex.com: First, we would like to apologize to [redacted] for the poor experience he had with a representative from our sales team. We have added his contact information, along with his wifes, to our do not contact list. We have also looked into this situation, and have addressed this with the representative internally. We have high standards for professionalism, and this type of behavior is unacceptable. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best, [redacted].

Review: I Signed up with yodle on may [redacted] after a sales call with an aggresive sales representative, who totally misled me and showed me all bogus facts and sold me a ton of false promises and information of what they can do for me.

She showed me a graphic of how may phone calls and new clients I can get every month if I was willing to spend 2000 dollars every month with them. She said that based on the amount they can promise and deliver about 10 -15 new clients every month.

She said that they will build a beautiful, full optimized completely customizable website, which will drive and generate a lot of new clients into my business.

She also promised to claim new business listings in over 50 different sites ( [redacted] etc) for my office, which in turn would further optimize my business presence on the internet.

I ran into problems right from the first week, after setting up my account.

My business was listed in [redacted] in the previous owners name and including all his negative reviews on it. when I contacted them , they initially claimed that they do not have any role to play in it and I should contact [redacted]. After insisting for few days with phone calls and emails that it is they who created the listing and they can rectify it, they said that that they are in touch with [redacted] and can solve it, they kept me waiting for 2 months and finally said that they have tried their best and nothing can be done and it is not their fault and they are limited in working with [redacted] as they are their competitor. When I finally managed to contact [redacted] and asked them, they said that all I needed to do was create a new listing completely and not mix my listing with the previous owner ( which yodle had done for their convenience). When I brought this to their notice, they washed their hands off saying that now they can create a new listing after 2 months ( really either they are illiterate fools in the company or they dont really care about customers and just want their money). So now I have lost 2 months of time without even a listing on [redacted] and to compound problems more I have a listing with wrong reviews and wrong service provider names.

I sent them a lot of material for the website ( I sent them ton of emails with the stuff I wanted on the site) and also had a couple of phone calls decribing how I exactly wanted to have stuff organized on the website. All I got was a push back from them saying that they cannot do a lot of changes to the website and that they cannot organize the way I wanted and that they cannot add the links and drop down menus I wanted and their website design does not allow this feature. They said that if I add all the stuff, it will have a negative effect on the search engine optimization and also at a point I was told by the representative that they are not a website design company and cant do those changes. I went back and forth numerous times complaining about the website, but all I got was an answer saying that there is only few things they can do to customize the website and rest is not in their hands. After getting frustrated I decided to contact a new website designer for my website and when I told them, they conveniently said that I can give them the new website and they will mirror it ( now how does my new website automatically get optimized in a new design, which all this while they claimed that their design is best for search engine optimization).

I got numerous calls to my office on the tracking number they had used to drive leads, but most of the calls were either from existing customers ( who were visiting our website from internal marketing within our office to get our phone number) or were from callers who were just enquiring about prices and services which we do not really offer. Infact we also got a lead from another [redacted] company, who want to do stuff yodle is doing. We got a total of 7 good leads in 2 months as against the promised 15 new clients every month.

During all my conversations with the customer service associate, all I would get an answer was that I will get in touch with my team and try to resolve the issue. I spoke to a couple of [redacted]s as well, who just made big promises, but no results. It was basically a well trained way of sweet talking to get our money and not provide any results. They have a whole bunch of [redacted] and bull stories which mislead you to buying their service and spend thousands of dollars with no results and all they want is your money.

Today when I mentioned that I was going to complain, the [redacted] said that once I complain I will not receive any coordination or services from the customer service rep and that I can call her if I want to, but she is not going to call to help out with the optimization. I also mentioned that I am going to complain to the local society about their fraudulent promises, he said that I can do it and that they have many similar providers and he basically meant that they dont care about my complaints and they have enough other clients.

I have already paid 4000 dollars and they are due to to collect another 2000 dollars in a couple of days, I am not stopping that payment as I have contract for three payments, and we are people who keep up our word unlike yodle representatives, who twist words and facts and sell fake and false hopes to small businesses.

I do not understand how they still have a A+ rating on a reputed site like Revdex.com, when hundreds of small businesses are being conned every single day by this completely fraud and misleading company.

I want a complete refund of my money and also as per my contract want the domain name of my website and all the content associated with it.

I also have all the email exchanges and discussion with yodle as a proof to present if necessary, and am sure they have all the call records to verify the facts as well.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of my money and also as per my contract want the domain name of my website and all the content associated with it. I also want the tracking nuber removed from all the sites the search engine sited they have placed into

Review: the sales person made promises in the beginning that haven't happened. Promises of a website that turned out to be a one page adversite. the difference wasn't fully explained. In addition I began getting calls from people looking for there loved ones at a nursing home, a auto repair shop and others. I was told I would be getting work immediately. In fact there closing tactics was that I would get 5 jobs immediately to cover the cost of the advertising. So I decided to block them from getting anymore money from my account. They changed the amount they were to take from my account to suit there needs. Going so far as to break the numbers down to get around the block and changin it from a credit payment to a Debit Card payment. Fortunately my bank saw what they did and reversed it. As far as I'm concerned these people have no ethics what so ever. They will get money no matter what it takes.Desired Settlement: At this time there product has proved worthless. I don't expect thieves to return money So I would just like for them to leave me alone.

Response:

Dear Revdex.com,

A bad decision for my business. Did not deliver what was promised, overcharged me, and now won't close my account after I have asked them twice. Don't waiste your money.

TERRIBLE!!!!! They talked me into tacking calls and using a different phone number. When I stopped doing business with you the phone number is "not a working number" so now I am losing business because everyone things I have gone out of business. Trying to get you all to send an email so [redacted] with change their listing to the correct phone number is impossible. Supposedly you have sent it twice to two different email addresses and I have never received any of them. Huummm I think it was never sent. Thank you for effecting my business in a terrible way. Never would I recommend YODLE to ANYONE!!!!

I had a phone call with a sales representative this morning, [redacted], that ended badly. It was clear he wanted me to sign up right then and there. He sent me over a generic contract via email that had a link at the bottom to the Master Agreement. The Master Agreement is quite lengthy and I told [redacted] I would read it over and call him back. There's a lot to take in when looking in to this stuff and I told [redacted] I wanted to read all the material I had available in order to make a fully informed decision. He became very upset and was trying to push all kinds of deals on me to commit today. As I was speaking, he hung up on me. It was clear we weren't disconnected...he actually hung up. I find that type of behavior unprofessional and unacceptable. I don't do business with people like that. I will share my experience with others I know looking to advertise and encourage them to go with someone else.

Regards,

Review: We have had zero response to the advertisements placed on our behalf. When we asked for a refund they tried to sell us more advertising instead of offering any money back. When offered money back it was less than 7% of our "unused portion" of money we put down. The salesman said we would get an average of 10 leads in the first month, and more later. We have gotten zero (0) leads and they do not want to remedy this. They said they do not promise any leads, but the salesman did everything but promise. He did assure us we would have leads. Some people did allude to us getting some refund if we just give it more time. At a later time we will have used up all of our "account" and then there will be no money to refund.Desired Settlement: A refund of more than 7% of UNUSED portion.

Consumer

Response:

After even more phone calls and being placed on hold for an extended period of time they gave me a partial refund. This refund was higher than the original offer and although not the full amount, I will accept it. Also wish to state it was work on my part, and nothing resulting from my complaint to the Revdex.com that achieved this result.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: Yodle contacted someone in my office that stated that I was unavailable and so was the [redacted]. If they wanted to call back in two days, the [redacted] would be available. They proceeded to email me that we had a meeting time. I did not know the company, so I ignored the emails as trash. They called back to talk with the [redacted], and she was unavailable. I answered the phone for her. Yodle representative proceeded to tell me that we have everything ready for my approval and we can get started. I asked what her company did and who she actually was. She stated that she talked with me and the [redacted] both 2 days ago and we approved them to proceed and then to meet. I said I talked with no one on that day since I was extremely busy, and the [redacted] was actually out of town that day. She said that she has notes that stated she talked with us. I said that is untrue. Then she said she talked with someone in my office. I said that the person does not have authorization to speak for me or the [redacted] whoever it was. She did apologize then asked if I wanted to proceed with the account. I said no. My complaint is that this person lied about contacting me or the [redacted] since I can prove that the [redacted] was out of state and that I was unavailable all day on the day she is asking. Then the representative tried to sell me a product that I never wanted anyway. I think the business has very questionable practices.Desired Settlement: I do not want any business from this company, I do not want contact from this company, I did not approve for any of my information to be shared or published by this company, and I did not approve for any services from this company.

Sincerely,

Review: [redacted] called me on Tuesday morning. I had some available time and watched the 2 promotional videos he asked me to watch, then we connected to his desktop for more demonstration and promotion. I thought that there might be something behind his questions regarding whether I was the only decision maker and did I need to consult anyone before I could make a decision. Later during the demo, I received a call from a client who had a printing problem. I told the client that I would get back to them shortly, as a courtesy to [redacted] and his demo. As the pressure increased for me to buy into Yodle, I informed him multiple times that I would not make a decision until I had time to carefully consider whether it would make sense for me. I also informed him that I needed to take care of my client and that I'd given him more than enough of my time. He would not listen. It was not until I had to get belligerent with him that he shut up and allowed me to hang up. I told him I would call him when I had made a decision.

On Thursday, while I was running errands, [redacted] called me again and with much more pressure, tried to get me to signup by confirming my address, e-mail address and phone to use for my "new" clients to contact me and then asked me for my credit card information. When I told him I was not going to decide yet, he turned into an [redacted] opening, or more so than he already had and informed me that I already had 2 days to decide and that my company is no where to be found on the search engines and he didn't understand why I didn't understand what seemed obvious to him.

I need not waste any time considering whether to sign up with Yodle as [redacted] made the decision for me. I will not do business with that kind of company nor will I allow myself to continue to be treated like that from Yodle or [redacted].Desired Settlement: I sincerely hope that [redacted] can find a way to pull his head out of the dark and see that this is no way to treat any person. I don't want contact with [redacted] of any kind. If the [redacted] wants to apologize in an e-mail, I'll be happy to accept it.

Sincerely,

Review: Yodle took hostage our domain name. When asked to provide our name back to the company they agreed. Directly in the middle of the domain name transfer the process was "mistakenly" canceled for no reason thus making it longer for the domain to transfer. This company knows the longer the domain transfer takes the less SEO keeps in the search engine.

They would also not provide us with login information of the search directorys we paid them to conduct SEO with. Instead they "scrapped" all the informaiton and would not provide us with the log in. We paid them for the services and they ruined all our marketing.Desired Settlement: Delivery of domain name immediately with no "unexpected circumstances" And 3 months back pay of our original price of $699 because of lost SEO due to their unethical practices.

Sincerely,

Review: I was contacted by Yodle in October after they said they located me on the Revdex.com website. I was offered a 3 month trial. I paid approximately $1000.00 per month for their marketing services. When search terms were set up I was not happy with them, but I was advised that they were the experts, and they knew how to drive customers to me. I was not allowed to have ANY input in the very beginning. I advised that I wanted to target commercial customers.

In the first 2 months, I received mostly telemarketer calls that I could confirm came from my yodel account because I could look up the activity. The other calls were from people wanting a mold attorney referrals. I did get ONE commercial contact that resulted in a job.

In the first week of December 2015 right before my last payment I called to let them know that I wanted to end my agreement after the 3 months because I could see that it was NOT a good investment. They advised they were stopping the account as of January *, and that after my December [redacted] withdrawal, they would not remove any more funds from my account. I received an email confirming this.

That same day I received a call from a Yodle rep asking me if he could work with my account to at least get me some leads for the last 30 days, IF I would consider staying. I advised I would consider it, however I would have to get some results.

He spent a lot of time with me on the phone re working my account. He advised that whoever, in the beginning set up my account really messed up, and had me targeting residential clients and did not have me targeting the services I was able to do. This actually upset me because here is a Yodle rep telling me his people did not do a good job setting it up. I had trusted yodel with my advertising, and heard promise after promise about all the leads they could get me. I had paid yodel $2,000 by then and they didn't even do it right!!. What he told me confirmed what I was thinking.

He re did my account, and I did get more calls, but not for the services I provide.

I called on January 6th this year to ask if I could get some type of credit. The rep I talked to sent me to Yodle supervisor, Kat Ware. I again asked for some type of credit, even maybe another 2 months for free to give my new set up a whole 3 months. I didn't ask for a dime in cash, just something to make up for 66% of the funds $2000 that were wasted during my 3 month trial. I was offered credits, IF I signed a longer contract with Yodle, and I would get $200.00 off each month for 2 months! Mrs. Ware offered me a $400.00 credit, if I signed ANOTHER contract!!. I advised Mrs. Ware that her rep even told me that my account was not set up correctly for the first 2 months. She refused to believe that. I mentioned her listening to the "recorded phone calls" that Yodle always mentions, and she didn't respond. I am sure Yodle would use their recordings if it was to their benefit.

I know that it takes a while to get web search advertising going. I lost the majority of that time(2 months) and money $3000 that I could NOT afford to loose being a new business because of their admitted mistakes that they will NOT correct. unless I stay and pay them more money!!Desired Settlement: I lost the first 2 months of my $3000, 3 month trial due to their admitted mistakes, Yodle themselves has said that it is worthless to go with anything less that 3 months. I feel that since only the last month was somewhat correct and I need 3 months (by Yodle's definition) to get a good start, I should get all of my funds $3000 returned, or get a correct 3 months of the level I paid for free since that last month was wasted, and I didn't get a full 3 months to make sure it worked.

I would much prefer getting a proper fresh start with Yodle and get my 3 months done properly and all the services I originally paid for, at no cost. I believe 100% in online marketing, and that it would be entirely beneficial for me, and for Yodle, because I would stay, if the results are what I believe they can be.

Review: Yodle All-In-One Local Internet Marketing & Advertising company is a ripoff, they promised 8 to 16 calls per month and received only 2 calls in a 3 month period, my ads hardly showed up on the search engine results and they were using all the wrong keywords and key phrases. Also, they built a few page website that had terrible content and were only targeting one city instead of twelve cities as discussed at the beginning of the signup. They never called once to see if I was happy with the service and then they try to talk me into signing up for a higher price package, their customer service did nothing to help.Desired Settlement: Refund

Sincerely,

Review: A couple of days ago, I get a call from a Sale Representative from Yodle. I felt pressure to agree to sign up for a 3 month trial period. After I hanged up the phone, I researched the company and was not happy with the reviews. I immediately contact the sale rep and informed him I was not interested in their services and wanted to cancel everything.

I spoke with a person yesterday who informed me they would inform the sale person and take care of closing the account. Since then I have received numerous emails and calls.

They went ahead and charge my credit card after I told I was not interested in their services.Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop calling and emailing me. Today, I received over 10 emails from them and at least 3 calls.

I've contacted [redacted] and will be disputing any charge. I just want them to issue a refund and stop harassing me and close the account as I requested both in writing and by phone various times now.

Thank you.

Review: On 1.**.14 I agreed to advertising services for 3 months and paid up front $1797 for the 3 months. This was a 90 day commitment and then I would have the choice to go month to month. I told the person who contacted me, [redacted], that I would not go month to month after the 90 days at the $599 rate, and he assured me that this was my choice. The advertising services included Yodle setting up a landing page and an account rep being in touch with me and me rating the calls or emails I would receive. They agreed to optimize my site, get on the front page and stay there which included ad copy and keywords. I was told that this formula would generate 10 new clients a month. Over the 3 months time I did not have an account rep check in with me regarding updating my site for optimization though I contacted them several times to get the content corrected. I did receive some emails and/or calls but none turned into clients. On 4.[redacted]14 I was automatically charged $599 on my credit card. I immediately called when I realized this charge and was told that the charges would stop, I stated that I had not authorized this charge but they refused to reverse the charge - even though that month had just started. I feel that they should have at the very least let me know that a charge was going to be made before the charge was made. Customer Service wise I feel that they should have been in touch with me throughout the 3 months trying to make my landing site produce the 10 clients a month that they said it would do.

My contract states:

"Your Commitment Period is 3 months for the Yodle Ads Service and 3 months for Yodle Organic Service. Once the Commitment Period for the applicable service has ended, the term of that service will automatically renew (1) for the additional periods of the length of the Commitment Period if you agreed during the closing call to participate in the Recurring Renewal Program or (ii) month month thereafter, in either case unless you provide prior notice of termination by calling customer service at ###-###-#### prior to any automatic renewal."

I verbally told the [redacted] that I would not renew after 3 months at the time that I signed up. Again I never agreed to go month to month. Even though I did not get the desired result or even the promised result I am not asking for my initial commitment of $1797 back , I accept responsibility for being scammed. Though I definitely want to warn others to avoid the Yodle Scam. I am requesting that I be reimbursed the $599/monthly fee that I believe was wrongly automatically charged on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $599. Additionally, I would like to request that going forward Yodle Customer Service adopt the policy that they inform their customers before they automatically charge a a fee.

Consumer

Response:

The business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], has contacted me and refunded my money. The matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I signed up with Yodle on 10/[redacted]/13 for online marketing (Organic Service) as I had recently relocated and wanted to get a jump start to customers finding me. Thankfully I started with a very small package to test out their services at $250 the first month ($1 extra for the mobile site) , and $249 per month, thereafter. I had a commitment period of 3 months for the Yodle Organic Service and then would go month to month after that. I was told I would get a call in 4 weeks, at month 2 and at month 3 to review my account performance. I never received a call. I was told (and I have screenshots from their presentation) that in 60 days I would start seeing results in the organic sections and at 3 months it would be fully ramped up - Guaranteed! My Sales guy also told me to be assured that I would not have to worry about it not working because if they did not do what they said they would do they would not be in business, but to rest easy because it was guaranteed!

By 01/**/2014 (almost 3 months in at this point) I had only one "Lead", which was a solicitor and not a lead at all. I called Yodle on 01/**/13 to cancel the service as per my agreement it says that you have to call and speak to a CSR to cancel, however it was a Saturday and they were closed. I did log into my account on 01/**/13 and took a screenshot of the dashboard, showing this one and only lead from a solicitor that I had received on 12/**/13. I did do searches also on Google and other search engines to try to find this website that by some of my key words and could not find it anywhere. I called Yodle again on 01/**/14 to cancel my services. I was told by the CSR that they do not have the authority to cancel that I would have to speak to a [redacted]. I was then put on hold and no one came back to the phone. I hung up and called again, and again was transferred to a [redacted] and then the CSR came back on and told me that one was not available but they would call me back within one business day. I told them that I was not waiting for someone to call me back, to just mark my account as cancelled because there is nothing at this point that any [redacted] can do to change my mind. Upon hanging up the phone, I sent an email to Yodle Customer Care as well as my Sales guy to request my cancelation in writing and to let them know that I would dispute any further charges put on my card if any were applied. I did receive an email back from customer care, stating that they received my email regarding the cancelation and that they would have an account [redacted] reach out to me within a business day because they wanted to talk through some of my concerns and discuss next steps for my account. I have never received a call and I found when logging into my account today that they have again charged my account. I immediately called Yodle and demanded to speak with a [redacted], they actually did get one this time and she said that she would have the charges reversed right away and that I would receive an email from her stating that it was all taken care of. That was about 6 hours ago and I have yet to receive an email. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute as well as put a stop on my account from any more further charges from Yodle.

I wish I had taken more time and looked up your Revdex.com site to see all the complaints against this company, then I would never have started this in the first place. They just seem to take your money and then you never hear from them again. They tell you that you have to call to cancel, then they do not give their CSR's the ability to be able to cancel your account and then a [redacted] is never available to speak with. I think that they tell you that they will have one call you back in hopes that you will get busy and forget and then they can charge you for another month.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $749.00 that I was charged for the guaranteed services that I have never received for the first 3 months and the $249.00 that I disputed with my bank. For a total of $997.00

Sincerely,

Review: [redacted], hired Yodle Inc. to take up marketing efforts for our "Carpet Cleaning company." They have successfully listed our carpet cleaning services under "Bankruptcy Law" not only that...

but they also expressed to us during the sales pitch and initial presentation, that we could expect it to take any where between 60-90 to begin to show up organically, but a maximum of up to 90 days to start ranking up on the first page locally in web portals like [redacted], and [redacted] and a few other online directories.

Its now been 114 days We are not listed organically any where near the first page. We have not received one phone call from any potential clients. Phone calls I have received have been from discover card for I don't know what, loan companies trying to loan us money, DID I MENTIONED THEY HAVE US LISTED UNDER BANKRUPTCY LAW FIRMS, We clean carpets.

We have tried to resolve these issues with them repeatedly, all efforts by us to resolve these issues with them have been unsuccessful . They make it difficult to cancel the services and have my MONEY REFUNDED, due to misrepresentation of my company on web pages like "[redacted]" and misleading me in the initial presentation to have unrealistic expectations.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of $997.80

For the four(4) monthly payments (Since 8/**/2014-11/**/2014) in the amount of $249.45, that have been made by [redacted]

Review: I was contacted by a cold call from Yodle inc. The first thing the representative asked was if my company could handle 100 new clients in the next 3 months. Being the skeptical person that I am I responded "yes, of course" At that time they launched into their sales pitch. They promised me that they could vastly improve my business with their internet marketing expertise. Always wary of the telephone marketer I asked some questions and tried to determine if this was good for my business. I reasoned that if I was able to sign up three or four new clients per month this might work. Keep in mind this would be much lower then what they promised in their sales pitch.

Boy was I wrong. Over thirty days I received 19 calls. Most were other telemarketers trying to solicit me. More were people with wrong numbers since the number assigned to me was from a prior client of theirs. A grand total of three calls were actually remotely related to my business. Not quite the 30-35 new clients I was promised per month. Grand total of new business for my company was ZERO.

November [redacted] I tried to cancel my subscription stating that they did not even come close to their grand promises. My account was "paused" (their term) and yet my credit card was still debited for the 1249.00. I was told that I would have a return call no later than November [redacted]. No call was received. On November [redacted] a call was received from a representive who had very limited knowledge of the situation. Another call on November [redacted] again with no results. On November ** another call was received. At that time I demanded a refund. I was told by "Marc" that the tapes had been reviewed and no misrepresentations had been made. I then requested a copy of the "tapes" they referred to because I know what I was told. [redacted] told me he would have to talk to his supervisor to see if they could do that. [redacted] stated that they would not refund my money.

As of today, November **, 2013 my charge card has been charged 2498.00 for a service that was not provided. 1249.00 on October *, 2013 and another 1249.00 on November [redacted]. My account has been in paused status and after repeated phone calls no resolution has been reached. No service yet they are keeping my money.

I am not happy and feel that Yodle made gross misrepresentations in order to get my business.Desired Settlement: My expectation based on the promises made and results received is a full refund of all fees paid to Yodle.

Dear Revdex.com,

1st a lady called promising work 2-3 jobs a month if you sign and pay for their services (later found out $1200 for 6 mo) so I watched a seminar on the internet as suggested. After a few calls from her, this Sales agent Eddie J[redacted] called while I was in the hospital but kept on talking regardless. He didn't even seem to have the correct pricing for my field. He later called me to view a video presentation that took him and his team 45 minutes to set up. I decided I was not interested due to the costs and from reading comments on the Revdex.com. He kept trying to make a sale and when I said I just wasn't interested he then said "Thanks for wasting my time" . How professional. I was trying to be polite and listen to his pitch, but I should have hung up earlier since he didn't give me the same courtesy.
