Review: I registered for an account, on/about Dec 30, 2012. I read the rules and regulations, "the fine print", and nowhere does the website state that 99.00 dollars would be taken out of my credit card/debit card. After discovering that $99.00 was charged to my card I immediately called the 877 # to tell them to put my money back. The CSR agent [redacted], informed me that there would be NO Refunds. I told him never minbd what you say I asked again to put my money bck. Again the same response ---"NO REFUNDS". After approx 20 min. of arguing with Shane, who is residing somewhere in India by the way. Amazingly the supv comes on and says he wilol replace 85.00 dollars of my 99, when I said why he says as an administrative fee. I sais some choice words and they hung up on me. I have since received the 85 dollars but they literally have STOLEN the remainging 14.00. Please help

Review: Zbiddy charged my checking account 79.00. It WAS NOT authorized by me.

About Nov. 18,2013 I got on Zbiddy web sight just to check it our. I had seen TV commercials and was curious. Wasn't to impressed at all so I just signed out. Then 2 days later I am looking at my bank statement, and see that Zbiddy has taken out 79.00 out of my checking account. I DID NOT OK THIS NOR DID I GIVE ANY OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET, FOR THAT MATTER. I don't know how this happened or why. Review: on 12/1 I was charged by hotcloseouts2013, a zbiddy site, for $99. Not sure why, when nothing was ever said about me paying anything, just that they needed my info before I could look. It states in the tos that if I contact them within 7 days I can have my 1st purchase refunded. Nowhere on the site does it have any kind of help, and when you send them something through there site, it never gets a response. The research that I have done leads to the fact that this is a scam and should be removed from the net and the owner should be arrested and imprisoned for life!! I have contacted my bank and am now letting everyone else know.

Review: I went on publishers clearing house and it pulled up zbiddy. I gave them my card number at the beginning. I thought they would need it if I won something. They charged me $99.00 without my permission. It is a scam. I tried to call the phone number on my bank statement (888-380-4151.) They probably have a fake address too. Review: Went on their web site put a credit card number in. At the end of that I was not able to reverse and try to contact them on their web site to reverse. They didn't have a phone number and I hit their chat line several times whit nothing happening. Review: Zbiddy.com describes itself as the "best" and "most exciting" penny auction site on the web. However, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, most of their auctions are not even a penny. On the bottom right hand side of their homepage there are two "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" logos and when I contacted a customer service rep she touted their Revdex.com "A" rating. Having used [redacted] and [redacted] previously I assumed I knew enough to start bidding at Zbiddy. After awhile I realized there were very few items worth bidding on. I focused on one particular prize, a voucher from [redacted] and "won" several of them. When I went to the [redacted] website I realized that the vouchers are not like a gift card in that you can only use so much per purchase. A voucher cannot be used to pay for an entire meal. Still I thought I might be able to get my money's worth out of them. To redeem the vouchers I was supposed to get an email with the proper redemption codes. I assumed they would arrive in quick order. When they didn't I emailed the company - twice - but received NO RESPONSE whatsoever. The more research I did on the other companies Zbiddy partners with the more scam alerts I found, which started to really worry me. Thus I contacted a company rep via their online chat service. When asked about their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee she literally gave me the runaround and refused to give me a straight answer. This was when she bragged about their A rating with the Revdex.com. The merchandise that is worth bidding on is so few and far between that it's impossible to win it without paying close to retail. What's worse, as some of the auction dates drew closer, they moved them back - some by more than a MONTH! People who had been bidding on them suddenly found out they had an extremely long wait, which is completely unfair. They also tout their merchandise as new. While it may still be in the box, most of it is outdated. Avoid this site!!!Desired Settlement: I was told I would get my vouchers in 7-10 days. It's been over two weeks. Since I have not received any of the products I have bid on I want a full refund of everything I have paid thus far: $27.27. Their advertising is clearly deceptive and outright false.

Review: On November 28th I created an account with HotCloseouts as it looked like you got items at a cheap price. I had to insert my card information as I assumed that was for if I won a bid. After skimming through the information about HotCloseouts I did not see anywhere that said I would be charged $99. I then looked through the site and under order history it showed that I had purchased 200 bids for $99. After checking my bank account it showed I was charged for $99. I contacted them immediately after asking to have my account cancelled and to have my money refunded.The website says that it has a live chat but does not and there is no number provided to call them, therefore all you can do is email them. I did not get a response from them after the first email. I then sent them another email, and another, and another and have never gotten a response.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money and do not feel comfortable that they have my credit card information. Review: I strongly object to this site's business practices. It is purportedly an online auction site and it required my credit card information in order to enable me to bid. No where in their terms of service did it say my credit card would be charged $99.00 to purchase "bid credits." However, such a charge was placed on my credit card by "zbiddy.com."Furthermore, it appears to be impossible to successfully bid on their auctions. For example, the current "high bid" for an iPad was something like $17.65, with the auction closing in 15 seconds. However, when anyone enters a bid the clock resets for 15 more seconds. I tried bidding several times before I realized this auction would never close, so I unwittingly used up some of my "bid credits." Their terms do state: All payments for bid packages are non-refundable except for any bid amounts remaining unused on the 1st bid package purchased by a user which qualifies for the HotCloseouts2014 GUARANTY as stated on the HotCloseouts2014 website. The refund will be available for 7 days from the date the user purchased its 1st bid package, provided that the user requests such refund from HotCloseouts2014 within such 7 day period." I cannot find such "guaranty" on their site and they provide no information on how to request a refund. I have sent two emails and one entry on their "Support Contact Form" requesting a refund but have not received any response.I indicated on the "Support Contact Form" that "I am at this time requesting a refund of the $99.00 charge under your "guaranty," and if I do not receive a response within 24 hours I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com." Hence this complaint.I should also state that I was lured to this site by the offer of completing a brief survey on https://mysurveycenter.co. The survey has popped up several times when I have connected to a commercial site including CVS Pharmacy, Kohls, and Target. Review: On saturday 11/16/2013 I went on amazon.com, and typed in ps4, in search prompt. I scrooled down the page and found sponsered links, I clicked on black friday deals, and hotcloseouts2013.com popped. thinking I was still in amazon I wanted to browse the sight. I followed the prompts and the next thing I knew, the sight said I would receive a email to confirm.I never received that email, but found that my bank card had been debited,$99.00. I searchedthe websight to cancel and found nothing. I had an online chat with amazon and was told, sorry. so I goggled zbiddy and found numerous, complaints about zbiddy taking $59.00, $69.00 $99.00, up to $159.00, from unwary consumers who never agreed to allow this action on behalf of zbiddy. since it was a weekend day I could not reach zbiddy. whose address is florida, yet they said the phone is in the central time zone. (877-924-3390) Iwould like to get my money back and help with closing this scam websight.

Review: beginning on 8/7/13 thru 10/12/13, I bid on, won the bid, & paid online via credit card for various eBOOK packages (5 eBooks, 25 eBOOKs, 50 eBOOKs, 100 eBOOKs, & 200 eBOOKS), plus transaction fees - a total of 14 separate packages. the activation codes for each package were to be sent to me via e-mail "within 14 days". to date, I have only received the activation codes for only 4 packages. on 9/22/13, I bid on, won the bid, & paid online via credit card for an iPod Touch - to be shipped to me "within 14 days" - I still have not received it. on 10/10/13, I bid on, won the bid, & paid online via credit card for an iPad w/Retina display - to be shipped "within 14 days" - I still have not received it. I made my first call to zBiddy's customer service (877-924-3390) on 9/9/13 to find out what was happening. I was told they were having shipping problems & should send them in 7-10 business days, & would pass my complaint on to administration. I made additional calls on 9/20/13, 10/2/13, 10/4/13, 10/18/13, & 11/8/13. I was told the same ole "B.S.". I also sent an e-mail on 10/10/13, from which I never received a reply. on calls beginning 10/2/13, I also inquired about the iPod - same ole "B.S.". on the 10/18/13 & the 11/8/13 calls, I also inquired about the iPad - same ole "B.S.". I've asked to speak to a supervisor - never able to talk to one - given more "B.S.". i've received absolutely no satisfaction !!!! - except for 4 activation codes. still need 10 activation codes, the iPod, & the iPad !!!!Desired Settlement: I expect to receive the iPod & the iPad !!!! - no refund. for the 10 activation codes, I prefer to receive a refund of the amounts paid for them, plus the transaction fees, & plus the cost of the bids used to win each bid. thank you.
