I did all the necessary things to get my home ready to listPer Zillow when you are ready they review it and call you if needed before it's listedSo they call me yesterday and to verify you they ask for your address and price you listed home forShe said the price I quoted her was incorrect, although she was not allowed to tell me what she could seeI told her that price was incorrect (maybe I made a typo) so I said well lets fix it before it goes upWell per policy I am not allowed to fix the price on MY HOUSE before it goes up?? So my choice was I can not list or list it and it will always show that lower price ($20,000) So I said well go ahead and list itWas suppose to be up by last nightStill not upVery disappointed in the whole experienceEven if my mistake I am not allowed to fix it??????? And where is my listing???

My condo was listed @ 120k approx month ago and Zillow gave it a "zenestimate" of slightly more than 118kI had a bad realtor who didn't think she was getting enough commission so she just texted buyers the lockboxAs soon as I realized this I fired her and signed up w/a flat fee mls to show it myselfIt went off market for approx daysIn total I lost approx daysWhen I relisted it zillow still showed it as an old listing so I asked that they remove my listingMar 15th they finally wrote back but refused to remove my condo from their database nor remove the price historyShe eventually showed it as "off market," but kept the photos and description even though I asked they remove that also days later my "zenestimate" dramatically dropped by approx 12% to 107k
Lowering their estimate can very much hurt my home sale so I wrote to customer service asking why they had lowered it as there were no new recorded sales in my buildingI suspected sabotage and asked them to

Horrible company, they are a complete scam for Realtors and for customers
If you are a realtor please be aware, you will get a lot of spam callsAlso be carefull since they being investigated for RESPA violations
I got a lot of complains from customers that a lot of the listings are fake, horrible estimates on the properties, and over all lack of customer servicePlease go to the customer affair website and see for your self the amount of negative complains

Zillow.com is misrepresenting my property I have sent them email request stating exactly what the problem is and on February 27, Charmaine C*** --Zillow representative reach out to me via email related to the zillow request #*** Charmaine has not been helpful in trying to resolve the issue at hand In fact, Charmaine C*** has made the situation worst For every update that she made to the original record, she added erroneous information outside the scope of my request In addition, Charmaine closed the incident with letting me know that the duplicate record would be deleted and as of today it has not been deleted Zillow has not resolved the issue and they are misrepresenting my property on their website

I signed up at site for trial membership in May and cancelled before trial period ended but was still charged for mos billing at $May 4th I submitted another email advising I had cancelled and should not have been billedI was advised research would be doneNo one contacted me again regarding this matter, and I forgot about until billed again this month 4th June another $49.95..I went back to their website to logon and send another fiery email only to find out that I couldn't login because my account was closedThere is no phone contact or email that will help with this matterI went to my bank to submit report of fraudulent billing to my accountPLEASE HELP......*** ***

Zillow's on county records for ** *** **, 06820, does not match what is on the Darien Assessment siteThey have us a multifamily at sq ftWe have converted to a single family and expanded the attic as stated in the town records, sq ft, single family
They do not respond to customer service so I don't know how to reach them and have them fix their mistake

I subscribed to Zillow for Realtor marketing and was not receiving leads as was promised I requested a review of my account and they refused to do so as they had initially stated they would when I signed up if there were any issues I cancelled my credit card so they could no longer charge me until they supplied a review of my account They still refused They continue to call me with high pressure sales tactics and when I tell them to do the review they get rude towards me, state lies, or hang up and refuse to do anything

We listed a home on ZillowHad an offer and edited the listing as pendingThe offer fell through and the option to edit the listing as for sale again is goneHave submitted multiple requests via the online system and phone to no avail
This site is worthless if you can’t edit your listing to post it for saleWe logged in on a computer and were then told we couldn’t edit the listing because we are using a realtorWe are not and have not used a realtor, it’s listed for sale by owner

Trulia, Redfin and Zilliow (Zillow is the worst) are notoriously inaccurate in their estimatesSpeaking as a real estate agent, all these sites do a dis-service to the real estate community by giving potential buyers unrealistic pricing that most sellers wont take and many sellers and even homeowners off market are offended byI wish these sites would get their act together and either improve their estimate algorithms or remove them all togetherThe bottom line is a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, not what Trulia says it is worth
