Zillow is advertising my home as for sale or pre foreclosure and it is NOTThey're causing people to show up at my home and call all hours of the day asking questions

I am rejecting this response because:The real complaint is as follows: our neighbor #of which has a smaller home has a much higher zestimate $839K vs us; newly renovated and bigger is at $622K ?!>?.Other examples #on the same side of the street, same size home and flat lot is @ $850K, #same size home @ $775K.Perhaps the price history is effecting the Zestimate? Can it be removed? We were at $851K back in Dec 2015, until we started to put it on the market

Zillow is advertising my rental property value on the Zillow website for $170,This is significantly below the actual, recently appraised value of my propertyI emailed Zillow and told them I refinanced my mortgage in June and it was appraised for $187,I asked them to either remove my property from their website or report it accurately, but Zillow is still advertising it at the same priceI don't appreciate Zillow misrepresenting the value of my propertyNot only does it reflect poorly on my property, it reflects poorly on every house in the neighborhoodMy property is located in Albuquerque, NM

Horrible company, they are a complete scam for Realtors and for customers
If you are a realtor please be aware, you will get a lot of spam callsAlso be carefull since they being investigated for RESPA violations
I got a lot of complains from customers that a lot of the listings are fake, horrible estimates on the properties, and over all lack of customer servicePlease go to the customer affair website and see for your self the amount of negative complains

Zillow's on county records for ** *** **, 06820, does not match what is on the Darien Assessment siteThey have us a multifamily at sq ftWe have converted to a single family and expanded the attic as stated in the town records, sq ft, single family
They do not respond to customer service so I don't know how to reach them and have them fix their mistake

I began advertising with Zillow in April under Thaddius F*He talked me into moving into a larger market to get more business and promised he would call me weekly to discuss setting up my template updated profile etceteraI made it very clear to him it was important that he keep his scheduleNonetheless he did not contact me at the scheduled timeI proceeded to leave him message after message and he would not return my callsI finally reached out to his supervisor Brent on 5/via email to which again I received no responseI reached out again on 6/10/to both Thaddius and Brent via email and again no responseI reached out to Thaddius on 7/requesting to schedule a callI wanted to make sure my contract cancelledAgain, no return phone callI was charged and additional months past my contract because they did not fulfill the promises that they made to nor would they return my callsI was stupid enough to sign the contract, but I should not be billed for the addi

I subscribed to Zillow for Realtor marketing and was not receiving leads as was promised I requested a review of my account and they refused to do so as they had initially stated they would when I signed up if there were any issues I cancelled my credit card so they could no longer charge me until they supplied a review of my account They still refused They continue to call me with high pressure sales tactics and when I tell them to do the review they get rude towards me, state lies, or hang up and refuse to do anything

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same standard response I received. They take no responsibility for the fact that their Zestimate DOES in fact influence buyers and DOES NOT take into account the actual property with improvements made to it. They admit that it is simply a "computer-generated algorithm using the data available for each home. The algorithm uses public and user-submitted data, taking into account items such as home facts, price history, and tax history." It does not take into account the fact that the house was COMPLETELY FLIPPED AND UPDATED inside. Or that a new retaining wall was built around the pool with over $20,in concrete work. It does not take into account all of the out-buildings and structures that have been placed and will have to be sold with the home. There is currently a Class Action Law Suit in place against Zillow in Illinois regarding their Zestimate. Zillow should not have any right to Zestimate or assess or appraise ANY property based solely on previous tax records and price history. Zillow is fraudulently valuing and appraising property without having based their Zestimate on all of the facts of the home. Zillow has cost me $30,thus far due to their Zestimate and having to drop the asking price for my home to a point that is ridiculously low. We would not be selling our home if not for my husband's job transfer. This was to be our forever home. Had we known that we would only be here for years, we would not have spent the money we did updating and upgrading the inside of the home as well as adding the car detached garage, 18'X20' covered shelter, person hot tub, 8'X12' pool house with electricity and plumbing installed. I feel that Zillow should reimburse my husband and me for the amount we have had to drop on the asking price of our home.

Trulia, Redfin and Zilliow (Zillow is the worst) are notoriously inaccurate in their estimatesSpeaking as a real estate agent, all these sites do a dis-service to the real estate community by giving potential buyers unrealistic pricing that most sellers wont take and many sellers and even homeowners off market are offended byI wish these sites would get their act together and either improve their estimate algorithms or remove them all togetherThe bottom line is a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, not what Trulia says it is worth

my home is for sale and was removed by Zillow even though it is still for sale I was not notified of when or why this was removedI decided to have my agent referred through Zillow list my house again and it is still not showing up for saleI have tried for a week straight to contact Zillow customer service through emails and phone calls and have not received any response as to why this is happeningThere is no possible way to actually get a human on the phone with Zillow to resolve issues nor do they respond to emailsThis is poor business etiquette from Zillow

Zillow.com is misrepresenting my property I have sent them email request stating exactly what the problem is and on February 27, Charmaine C*** --Zillow representative reach out to me via email related to the zillow request #*** Charmaine has not been helpful in trying to resolve the issue at hand In fact, Charmaine C*** has made the situation worst For every update that she made to the original record, she added erroneous information outside the scope of my request In addition, Charmaine closed the incident with letting me know that the duplicate record would be deleted and as of today it has not been deleted Zillow has not resolved the issue and they are misrepresenting my property on their website
