Zillow allows customers to enter in a phone number to contact when interested in propertiesThis number is then sent to hundreds of realtors that use this number to contact the personWe are a doctor's office and someone falsely used out numberWe have tried to contact Zillow directly for days with no responseWe have been getting calls from realtors every 5-mins for daysThis is NOT okay and borderline harassmentThere should be an easy way to get in contact with someone or delete a number when it is falsely used
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The Zillow representative who responded does not have all the facts and needs to be better informedBesides, I am not sure I understand what the resolution from the company is.I want to make sure the company understands the caseFirst of all, I tried to cancel this campaign a long time agoNot last May That is completely inaccurateI am attaching several emails from me asking about cancelling this campaign due to non-performanceI only got faked leads and I wanted to stop it right awayMy first email was at the beginning of FebPlease see attached emailsTherefore, the company should consider MY REQUEST TO TERMINATE the contract back thenThe reason why Zillow says that I cancel last May 26th is because I decided to dispute the charge with my credit cardZillow.com did not perform according to the terms of the contractSince the first contact with a Zillow representative, the company has been over-promising and lying in terms of their impressions and performanceThe contract was breached by Zillow a long time ago. Secondly, the services were not rendered because I was receiving leads from fake users and scam artistsThe contract is based on impressions on real users, but not on nonexistent users (who are con artists)I expressed my concerned to the company last February and sent proofs of that (text messages and emails from con-artists) I only got more wrongful promises and misleading information from Zillow representativesThirdly, these are the charges I got from Zillow.comNov amount $1,This was part of the first contract with Zillow for zip code I got some leads of real people, so I never discussed the performance of this campaign, hence never disputed this chargeFeb amount $for zip code campaignSince the very beginning I was concern about the performance of this campaign MY FIRST CONCERNING EMAIL WAS SENT FEBRUARY Attached emailAnd I eagerly requested a solution or a termination of the contractNow, why does Zillow.com waits almost months (after dozen of desperate emails and phone calls) to stop the campaignTHAT WAS A TOTAL TOTAL FAILUREThree months passed by and demonstrated my claimed about faked users and nonexistent performanceOf course, my last resort was to dispute the charge with my credit cardTHEN, Zillow decided to react and cancelled by May my accountThat is not professionalThat is a way of taking my money away from me, while I am crying out loud to STOPUnbelievable but true, after my initial dispute in May I cancel my credit card because I am scared about Zillow keep charging meI am not sure how they got my new credit card information, but last May 23rdthey charge me $I dont even know what this amount is! I am contacting a lawyer to find out if Zillow has charged me this last amount based on fraudulent business practiceI am disputing both last charges: $and $And I hope to hear from Zillow that they will agree with these two disputes based on the before mentioned horror storyI tried so many times to cancel this campaign or get a resolution from the companyI am not sure if other agents have been through similar experiences, but I will not hesitate to contact my fellow agents, using Zillow, to investigate if they suffer this sort of abusive business practicesI feel powerless and cheated over and overPlease listen to my plea and agree with both disputesBest, *** *** Sincerely,*** ***

My complaint related to the horrible lack of assistance by ZillowI listed my house as a For Sale By Owner several months agoA few weeks after creating the listing, I closed my Zillow accountThis did not close the listing as I had intendedI then contacted Zillow multiple times through email and phone over the course of several months to request their help in closing the listingEven though the listing was set to expire on May 9th, it is still showing as For Sale by OwnerI want this listing removed as soon as possible, but no one at Zillow is assisting meAny emails I do send are sent back with a boilerplate message that does nothingPhone calls have never been returned
I have been dealing with this nightmare for months now, and I would like that listing removed as soon as possible
Before we put up our condo for sale about a month ago, I checked on Zillow.com to see the estimateIt was a little bit more then $millionOther units were estimated around the same priceHowever, when I actually put it up for sale, the estimate plummeted to $830,I reached out to Zillow and they gave me a detailed explanation that I did not understandWhen I asked other realtors, no one really understands how Zillow comes up with their estimateI asked Zillow to either equal my unit value to other units in my condo because they still remained in $million value or delete their estimate on my home but they didn't want to do anythingI asked my realtor to delete the estimate in MLS in hopes that Zillow won't show my home estimate which did not happenThis negative advertising is deterring the buyers to purchase my home or they want to under bid
I'm a realtor and Zillow.com has a feature where clients can post reviewsWhen I contacted Zillow to ask them to remove a rude review that was clearly out of line, they refused to do so stating the review met within their guidelinesNot only was the review itself untrue but it was also insulting and a defamation of my character(I am a start agent) I am very disappointed by the fact that Zillow's policies tolerate these acts of slander
It's little consolation, but here's where I get to give Zillow star
I signed up for Zillow's "lead" service last July for six monthsI paid over $1200/mo for a zip codeOut of the "leads" sent to me to follwith, were rental properties, were trailers, were not even on the market to sell, and only were bona fide addresses that were actually on the marketI called, e-mailed and spoke with SEVERAL reps there to voice my concern about the lack of quality of leads for what I was payingI even tried to cancel but they kept saying they would take down the rentals from their site and send better leadsThe rentals are not taken from their site, in fact, I'm still receiving the same ones over and over again (can provide specific addresses, but Zillow has this history already) I am disputing the all charges and plan to bring litigation against this company, for advertising if I am not provided restitutionThis company has a 100% negative rating, (to date) complaints, no positive reviews, listed multiple times in Revdex.com's scam tracker
Zillow had my home listed for an auction saleMy lawyer and our family discovered that this listing was fed by a***automaticallyPeople associated with auction.com snuck onto my property, took images of my house and listed them illegally while we were away on vacationOUR LOAN IS CURRENT AND THERE IS NO FORECLOSURE SALE ON MY HOMEMy lawyer and I reported this as a flag spam to both Zillow and auction.com, and requested to remove these listing records completely from their websites a month agoI was told by customer service representative from auction.com that the listing from zillow.com would be removed as well when they remove the listing from their websiteAuction.com removed the ILLEGAL LISTING from both auction.com and zillow.com right away and my home is currently marked as off market
But, the PRICE/TAX HISTORY OF ZILLOW.COM STILL SHOWS THE LISTING HISTORY LISTED ILLEGALLY by auction.com along with AUCTION PRICE which is $100K LESS THAN MARKET VALUEI clicked
I used to be a real estate agent and both Zillow and Trulia are listing my personal information on their website without my permissionI have tried contacting their customer service departments but all of their numbers lead to a voicemail box that no one actually listens toI would like both profiles permanently deleted from their database as I am concerned with my privacy because of their advertising of my photo and phone number
In May of 2017, I provided Zillow information we are selling our home by owner and requested this info be reflected in their database It has been over weeks and to date Zillow has not shown our hme for sale on their database nor have they responded to th numeous messages as shown below First number is assigned ID Zillow number It appears Zillow is CONTROLLING what they decide to show on their website, factual or not

My home is listed on Zillow.com and I am trying to remove all info on this site due to privacy issues My home is not for sale and I do not want all of the info listed on the site any longer Every time I go to the Owner View where it shows you should be able to edit the information about your home, upon submitting the changes, a page comes up that says "ERROR 505" "Our Server is Unavailable Now" "Our engineers are working on this issue, please check back in a few minutesSorry about the inconvenience"Well, I have tried back in a few minutes, a few hours, and a few days and now it has been weeks I tried contacting customer service and have been receiving emails from the Zillow Help Center's "Jenny R*** *." She informed me that she "tested it on my (her) end to see if the edit facts feature is still working, and it appears that it is working on my end", then asked for a screen shot of my problem if it still didn't work I tried again and got the same error message, emailed a sc
I have been trying for over two weeks to have you delete a rental listing at my homeI am unable to find the listing in my rental manager account but the listing is still activeI can not delete or edit the listing
I did utilize the Zillow "Find Value for Your Home" calculation tool on the night of June 20, at Zillow.com just to obtain an idea of what my property is worthThe site was recommended by a family memberThe site was free and did not "specifically" inform the user that once a calculation was made, one's property and home would be listed on the Zillow site and given a Parcel# and Zillow Home ID and individual Zillow Internet Site Address regarding one's home site and propertyOur home and property numbers and site information off of the Zillow site are as follows: Parcel#: *** Zillow Home ID: *** Zillow Internet Site: *** After noticing this, I attempted to have the site removed because the home and property is not for saleAfter some much spent time, I was directed to a Zillow help site that was supposed to guide me on how to remove the listingTher
