This company repeatedly refuses to delete my account and personal information from their site and they have manipulated my home value estimates and published information so incorrectly that at my wit's end I changed all my profile info and they still won't delete itIt saddens me how Zillow has turned out to be a company run by such petty, unethical tyrants misusing personal dataI repeatedly receive spam email for an account to be deleted and I have tried and requested it be deleted at least times before giving up and just trying to scramble the info

I can not get my home listed It was working fine and then it disappeared on Zillow Every time I try to make a new listing it tells me one already exist and provide a link for me to click on it When I click on the link it does not take me to the listing just takes me to https://www.zillow.com/homes/
My agents have tried to post on MLS and it still does not show up on Zillow She tried too and can not get it listed on Zillow
I have created several listing and all have failed to get posted on Zillow I have opened request tickets with Zillow so far it has been days and not a single response from Zillow have been received I have tried contacting Zillow and so far have not been able to reach a live customer support agent
At this point I do not know what to do I am the owner of this home and I don't know why Zillow is having this problem
Zillow's customer service is like none existent I have no way of reaching them Its not just terrible more like none existent

I have emailed Zillow three times complaining about information posted on the website regarding our property we own it states we are foreclosed I am the owner of the property as well as my husband *** *** Zillow has not responded to this these are untrue facts and I asked repeatedly how they can falsify information and post that publicly we even called our local municipality to make sure there was no mistake on records we are correct we are very much living in our home and there is no pre-foreclosure foreclosure or foreclosed how can a business get away with not answering you and falsifying information and posting it publicly

In Augof 2015, Zillow started taking money out of my bank account without my knowledge, consent and continued to do so until I was forced to cancel my charge cardThey stole $on Aug13, and stole $on Sept16, They actually stole more times but when I disputed it with my bank, my bank was able to recoup two of the theftsI did not have a contract with ZillowI did not authorize them taking money out of my accountI did not know they were doing this
