My rental advertisements have been repeatedly removed from Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads without any legitimate reason Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads do not notify the me when removing a listing They also do not inform me of any reason for removing my listings (They will not find any legitimate reason to remove my listing)This quiet removal of my listings by Zillow is denying housing to tenants who desperately need it

Zillow.com incorrectly displays information from the previous owner of my homeThe information is erroneous and inaccurateI created an account, as the website suggests, in order to correct the information and the public (non-owner) view of my home still displays the wrong informationAfter making requests to Zillow to show the correct information they continue to avoid dealing with the issue so I'm forced to file a complaintThis is not the last step I will take to resolve this as it can potentially cost me in money as prospective buyers may turn away from my home after reading the information provided my Zillow.com

I'm a real estate agent and I was lured into agreeing to a contract with Zillow group based on the stipulation that if I didn't close at least two deals with leads that were derived through zillow, I would get my advertising dollars back There were also two provisions that I had to follow, which were that I had to answer the "zillow concierge" at least 50% of the time and that I had to update the status for each lead During the six months that I was advertising through zillow, the only calls I wouldn't answer were ones that would come in at an unreasonable hour Most of these calls would come in after 10:00pm and they were always "spam" callers Zillow counted these against my "answer rate" and now claim that my "answer rate" was 47% I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but it's very odd that these off hour calls would come in regularly and I was not receiving any calls from the concierge during business hours(when I would be likely to answer) in the last month whil

But your computer wouldn't save the facts to save to my zestimate. Again I am rejecting your response for you have damaged my property value. Everyday I go to your webpage and delete and add comps to get the real value of my property that Zillow agrees withand every morning you change it again. So you have not satisfied me in anyway. I opened an add with the Zillow Group last week on approximately august 2nd or 3rd After many attempts to get my listing verified, they have decided there is a glitch in my ad and they are unable to delete it in the department that answers the phone They forward me to an email address which has an auto response but never contacts me I just want my listing that is hanging out there to be deleted They have the incorrect price displayed and it is hindering the sell of my home

Zillow talks about getting a certain amount of connections a month What they don't tell you is that they do not have to give you any connections -- and they may send you leads that could jeopardize your real estate license
For two months, I have been receiving spam calls as "leads" , they won't cancel my contract nor make up the calls I am litterly paying for nothing and I can't prove that they did not over sell the area, because that is confidential information They also claim that I am not following up on leads -- how do you follow up on spam calls?

advertising inWe also encourage agents to get as many reviews as possible to improve their appearance on Zillow so consumers choose them out of the agents that are showing as experts to contact in their zip code searchSometimes agents will experience a lack of contacts due to seasonalityThe program is designed to provide agents will contacts from consumers they would never have meet unless they were advertising on ZillowThe program is designed to work over the length of time of the contract not in the first couple months so agents will see a ROIThe agent will need to speak to their sales rep in regards to their contract if they are still interested in receiving a refund

I have unsubscribed several times from their emails and keep getting moreI have written in requesting they stop and used the link on every email to unsubscribe and they will not remove meI am not the only one from my office to have this issue, so I already know the generic response I'm going to get about "how there are several place to check so I must have missed some." This is untrue, there are not several spots to check and I have the screenshots to prove zillow's confirmation of my removal
