This is the WORST most inaccurate site I have ever visited They continue to post homes that are not even been for sale in years The zestimates are off by so much that it is ridiculous I cannot see why people still use this site They almost KILLED my home sale with their low evaluation of my homes value My home HAS since sold for $360K but it is still on their site as valued at $311K They cannot even the the numbers correct AFTER the sale when its public knowledge

Zillow set up an account for me and put me on their mailing lists because I looked at a rental on their website, and sent a notice to the list 'Contact manager' of the rental property I did NOT request an account or being added to their mailing listsThat is intrusive and unwarrantedI then had to spend time unsubscribing after receiving a number of unrequested emails I do not know how I can delete my account or stop them from giving others my email address

I need to remove a listing

I contracted with Zillow group for months of advertising on their website for the period 9/15/to 3/15/I was required to place a deposit in the amount of $344.60, and pay the same amount monthly for a fixed number of impressions over zip code I found the service to be unsatisfactory, but fulfilled my terms of the contract nonetheless by paying for services, and acting in good faith promptly responding to leads forwarded to me via the serviceI found the ONLY way you could cancel your subscription was to call your account manager once the contract expiredNote, the contract cannot be canceled in writing, by e-mail or by calling the Zillow headquartersYou are given only one person in the whole Zillow world that can cancel your serviceSo I called Andrew P*** on 3/16/at 8:amHe definitely tried to keep me subscribed, but at this point I was over the service, and rejected the many pleas to not cancelHe assured me my account would be canceledImagine my surpri

I am a realtor and attempted to contacted Zillow to ask them to review and remove a review I received The review was clearly out of line, full of statements, and attacking my character Eventually they did respond and said "it meets their guidelines" with no other explanation Unless you are paying them to advertise on their website they have no other way of reaching their "customer service" When I followed up with more information as to why the review should be removed I received no response whatsoever
