I have been advertising with Zillow since Septin the zip code of for $per month!! My original rep was John P***, any time I asked him about all this money I was spending and not receiving leads he would say I need to get more reviews, never once discussed that I was NOT SHOWING UP MOST OF THE TIME in my zip code of which cost me $per monthI was a new agent seeking help to build my business and they greedily took this money from me monthly knowing I was not even being seen most of the timeSo now I find out I get shown 6.6% of the time and there are only approxrealtors in this zip code!!! When I would get a listing and input the information in my MLS, it was not pulling over to Zillow, which they brag happens within hours! Mine would not pull over, I would call for help and no one including JOHN could help meSo I had to manually put into Zillow and then I would loose my opportunity of being the only agent show on my listingThis is very i

I have repeatedly asked them to update the listing for my home *** *** *** Raeford, NC 28376) and they continue to feed me some line about updating their estimation algorithmsI was connected to a realtor, via their website, and given an estimation by them that is $40k higher than the one listed on their websiteI also had a home appraisal conducted and it listed a similar valueThe price currently reflected on their website is actually harming my ability to sell the home and costing me thousands of dollars by devaluing the property and prolonging a sale

Zillow is accepting no responsibility for the information listed on their siteThese inaccuracies and information impacts the ability of home sellers to have accurate information regarding their home values and the schools assigned to their homes listed correctlyI have bee in touch with both Maponics and Greatschools.org in regards to the school dataAs I stated...it does not need to be UPDATED as it has never changedThe data is COMPLETELY FALSEAlso, this school data is supposedly updated quarterlyI contacted Maponics and greatschools in NovemberThe information should be updated by now
In regards to the Zestimate: Zillow should remove this nonessential and also information from their site as it has no factual basis despite their claims

Have been trying to list my home for sell on website, days from first contact, nothing had been donephone calls and numerous emails have been LIED to in every contact

Broker from Cape Cod calls me to tell me how she purposely requested me, the listing agent through Zillow as she only wanted to deal with the listing agent and they still had a pay for play broker call her back#zillow #thieves #liars #endzillow

Zillow had all our home information wrong and even when corrected by a real estate agent and even after a phone call that told them the info they had was on the house across the street from us being torn down as I was speaking to them on the phone,they continue to ignore our outbuildings and continue to zestimate us incorrectly and now refuse to let me list on their site so I put all the info on it anyway and direct buyers to another siteIt is the number of outbuildings that make our property unique for the town so of course it is important.Not having ir correct gives some buyers hope.Is this what they do on behalf of Realtors,so that you will list?It seems the only possible reason to purposely mislead possible buyers

The Z estimate is displaying the incorrect tax assessment from over a year agoBack on April IO provided Zillow with the correct Tax Assessment by the city of LA and I sent to them the official document from the city of LA several times via emailThe person that helped on April, said that the information will be updatedIts almost July and they still displaying information from Other houses around my neighborhood sold around the same time already have updated tax information or a market appreciation, my property seems to be blacklisted for some reason and no updates have been made even after providing official documentation from the cityI have been trying to contact them via email and phone they have not respondedI think I have been black listed because of requesting a review on my account

I signed up with Zillow for buyer and seller leads, I was put into a market area and told I should receive to leads per month, in the months I was in the market that I was advised to be in I only received Leads and out of those leads leads were already represented by a realtor and I can not contact at all by Texas Law or they were not interested in speaking with an agent I was then I was advised to change markets and was told again that I would receive to leads a month and to date I have only received Leads and out of those leads only leads were able to be contacted due to already be represented and or did not want to speak with an agent or was looking or rental propertyI contracted on May 14, and as of today August 21,I have only received leads and of those were not valid leads so I have actually only received leadsI was told I would receive anywhere from to per month or up to leads per weekit has been almost weeks

I am a ** ***, listed a condo for sale however when my client wished to change the price and double list the property as a rental the Zillow system did not update the feed from the MLS and the listing turned to "Off Market" I and my client have tried unsuccessfully for days now to get this fixed (My mls has confirmed the listing feed is good on their side and the issue is internal with Zillow) I feel that if Zillow is going to be entrusted with valuable data they must have accountability to insure it is correct
Because I am not a "premier agent" IE do not PAY for extra advertising on zillow I do NOT get the opportunity to talk with a live party (the phone system is set up that you must input your Premier number in to get to a representative, all others are required to send an email - I have sent several to no avail in the mean time my client is quiet upset that her property is marketed on Zillow as "off market" I am VERY frustrated and does not appear there is much I can do other than broadcast this experience and hope others will do the same to demand change and accountability when it comes to our data and clients
BTW Zillow - if you see this a response to my many email would be greatly appreciated
