I did NOT use or bring into My Business of selling our Home, however "Zillow.com" from what I'm told by our Realtor pulls information from all sites and list's on Zillow.comthey list our Home as OFF MARKET as well as other info pertaining to our homeFrom what I'm told by our realtor, they scam people and charge them to correct and make right info, along with listing other ways such as RENT TO OWN, and they have taken money from people and not given anything in return, now My complaint is advertising of our Home as being OFF MARKETI have NO proof of the other, only from what My Realtor has shared with us about Zillow and her Realtor Friends whom have had problems with ZILLOW.COM in the pastI only want t=the correct wording / advertising of our Home, it is FOR SALE and that is all

Zillow is and has been advertising my home on Zillow.com and stating it was sold on 8-5-It was NOT sold on 8/5/for $406,My husband and I bought our home two years ago for much lessThey are continuing to harass me with monthly dates of their estimate of our house to our email addressI have called twice and left voice mail messages and tried calling them with no responseI want this information corrected and deleted

Zillow has falsified information about my propertyI have reached out to them dozens of times via email and phone but no one will reply to meI got an initial response from them and then as soon as I asked to escalate to a manager they have completely ignored meI have waited months and tried everything I can, including offering to fly to Seattle to meet with them at their office but cannot get any responses

The issue is resolved, however it is important to note that resolution was achieved independently of ZillowI never received any help or assistance from them; only promises to investigate, which they never followed up on, despite repeated requests for them to do soAfter numerous calls, emails and social media prompts, they offered no solutions to my issuesI solved them on my ownIn my business, prompt response time is key to customer service - our clients depend on itWhen it became apparent that Zillow was not going to help, I took matters into my own hands in order to keep our clients happy and I was able to achieve my goal independent of Zillow's assistance. The only outstanding issue that remains is a general lack of customer service or concern on Zillow's behalfA simple apology and a follow up would be appreciated but I received neitherIt would behoove them to reconsider their "email only" customer service platform they currently use and to consider one where their customers can reach a real, live person via phone, in a timely manner, with a follow up. In talking to several real estate professionals during this episode, as well as researching this matter, I am not alone in regards to this criticism of Zillow's business practicesI would encourage them to take customer service more seriously. We have our home for sale, and as zillow is a commonly utilized site for consumers, people in search of homes we have a large concern that the "zestimate" is well-below actual and is hurting our ability for home saleAdditionally, the zestimate has bounced up and down now reflecting a 50K drop in value since listingOur agent has contacted zillow and we have an actual bank appraisal for our property reflecting a much higher valueThe change was made although rescinded hours later which now appears our property has dropped significantly in the last daysThis cannot be helping our need to sell our home for relocation

I purchased my home January 2016...the realtor is no longer listing it but it remains still on Zillow (marked sold)...a SCAM has been perpetrated using the Zillow information re my home, including text and photos verbatim, ....it was listed on Craigslist as for rent...two different people showed up at my house expecting to rent...the last one came with a uhaul truck prepared to move in...he had foolishly sent $2,to someone in California who was using my name...I have reported this to the local police and to the Ny Attorney General...after many emails to Craigs list it has finally been removed from their site...but Zillow continues to list my house in spite if several email complaints...they have made it impossible to contact them by phone as far as I can ascertain...I want my house removed from Zillow and Trulia and any other sites they may own....I have learned that this is a SCAM that is on the rise and I do not want to be victimized again...thank you

The "Zillow Group, Inc." has listed some of our property as "foreclosed" and for saleThis is a fraudulent listing I wrote to Zillow on June requesting that they remove the listing and received a reply that "Your request (5419097) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff" To date, there has been no response to my request

I purchased leads from Trulia in August of They then merged with Zillow and I was unable to access any leads since 8/27/I have worked with at least five reps from Zillow to correct the log in issues that prevented me from receiving leadsNobody has been able to help with my requestThroughout the year I have continued to try to get this fixed with no resultsZillow says that we had a contract but I did not sign a contract and they are clearly in violation on their end by failure to deliver leads or correct the issues with their systemThey have violated the contract and refuse to refund for the period of time that I did not receive what we agreed to

I have been with Zillow as a premier agent for over years In the last months things have changed drastically Listings drop, leads are bad, etc I tried to call to cancel some of my impressions, I wanted to go from a a month budget to a month I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a weekI keep getting people saying they are going to call me back I told them I do not want a call back I just want to be canceled, This has been unsuccessfull I am at a loss for words and still don't know how I am going to cancel my membership They just won't let me do it They are trying everything in their power to be unavailable so that I cannot cancel
