I've been trying to unsubscribe from Zillow emails for the past few monthsEach time I click on the unsubscribe button in the email and it says I'm unsubscribed yet I keep getting the emailsThey have two of my email addresses and keep spamming bothI've unsubscribed from both address multiple timesI've written into Zillow requesting removal with no response back or action taken

No response from the company to resolve complaints/ issues I had two issues that were not resolved One was an issue where my employee opened a listing under her account instead of starting a new one for meAnd we wanted to switch this around but days later she received no responseThe second was we had a potential tenant fill an application online and they did not state anywhere that I would have to give out my Social Security number just to look at these reports There is no transparency in their business practices or help with issues

For a number of years I have been an active user of Zillow, ensuring my home's profile was up to date with all of the property's features and updates, including photosMost recently (and for a fair amount of time), the home's "Zestimate" value was approximately $147k which was in-line with other neighborhood prices and comparable salesOn 7/19/17, I did a *** search of my address and the Zillow link appeared first with a Zestimate of $147,I then followed that link only to see the Zestimate was now listed at $106,301, a 28% dropAs this could have a serious impact on a future sales price, I was put in contact with Marnelli C*** in Customer Care at ZillowThat individual claimed that Zillow had launched an updated to their algorithm causing the dramatic decrease despite the consistent valuation for a number of yearsIn addition, the historical Zestimate table was altered to wipe out past Zestimates at the valuation and adjusted to lower valuations I had never before s

I signed up last Novon a month contract then after one month of one fake lead and one rental leadi requested for more impressionsThe rep sent me a docusign for a month contract which I did not requestMy mistake is that I signed the form without reading it thoroughlyI never wanted to extend my existing contractI only wanted more impressions to hopefully gain more leadsI recently confronted the rep on thisHe said he has no record of the conversation and that I am the one who requested the extension of contractI feel totally misled and dupedNo SupportNo return on investmentI have tried everything they suggested: follow up within minutes, drip campaign, send them mls Listings, etc etc

Zillow did a very good job at taking down a fradulent/scam house listing I came acrossThey had the listing pulled down within an hour

I have requested, several times, that Zillow/Trulia ( they are now combined sites) remove my profiles from their sitesTheir site will not permit me to do this and they , despite my requests, still have not deleted my profiles
