Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Our home CONTINUES TO BE listed by Zillow as "Off Market" which is AND INACCURATE, THEREFORE UNTRUTHFUL AND SUBJECT TO LITIGATIONOur request was to remove the home from their site completelyWe don't want the home listed on Zillow in any wayWe want the listing OBLITERATED, DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY FROM THEIR SITE, NO LISTING OF ANY FACTS ABOUT OUR HOME: IS THIS CRYSTAL CLEAR? The home is listed as OFF MARKET which is untrue, misleading, informationWe are seeing clearly what kind of folks are running the show at ZILLOWDo the folks at Zillow understand the implications of LIBEL AND ADVERTISING and their actions in this matter? Do we need to contact the FTC, since their advertising is interstate commerce? AS WE STATED BEFORE, REMOVE THE LISTING COMPLETELY.Sincerely,*** ***

The posting of unauthorized, incorrect and misleading information which by nature of that in my opinion has had a negative impact of the potential sale of my homeMultiple attempts to correct this have gone unanswered and ignored by Zillow via phone, internet and email to their customer serviceWitnesses are *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** have all had their agents and agency impacted and In my opinion there are many more on these sites currently unawares their listings are being propagated the sameExperienced Realtor's have informed us this cannot help them or us in selling the home but these people seem to be above the law [Sherman and Clayton Anti Trust and Florida Anti Trust law.] As stated- BY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION they actually direct potential buyers away from consideration toward other homesIssues incorrect SQUARE FOOTAGE, OWNER INFORMATION, pictureskeep in mind thi9s is NOT the correct listing but a compilation of older lis

I signed up to be a Zillow Premier agent Shortly after signing up I watched my market share diminish day after day I continued to pay $500+ per month, but that money got me less and less market share each month Zillow failed to deliver on their side of the contract, diluted my market share, and failed to perform to the standards of our contract Most of the leads I received were garbage, but I would have continued with them had they only held up their end of the deal

Zillow has a listing which shows my property in foreclosure There is NO mortgage on this property and the taxes are paid and have not been delinquent I have contacted the county clerk and they have no such information I want Zillow to remove this listing and contact me that they have done so Also, Zillow should contact every real estate agent who uses this information and tell them that it is incorrect

On October 23rd I purchased my current residence at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***The purchase price for the home was $210,000, which is now public recordHowever, zillow has the sale listed for $110,My concern is that this sold price will negatively affect the resale value when I decide to sell my houseAlthough this error seems like a simple item to quickly fix, I have emailed them numerous times over the course of about a year and they continuously ignore my request to have this sold price updatedI have issued several complaints on their website and have received confirmation emails stating that the submission was received but have never received anything further

Zillow held $related to advertising to be on their wait list in October Around January, I attempted to cancel my contract with them and request refundNo response, I followed up at the end of march/early April again as wellI have not hear any response, and there is no way for me to request this online I emailed: ***@zillow.com

I signed up for Zillow thinking it would be a way to get more buyersI am being charged $320/month for basically nothingI have made many complaints to them and have asked that they cancel my serviceI keep getting told that my reviews would change the amount of leads and the quality of leadsThat wasn't explained to me when I first signed upI was asked how many homes I had closed in the last months and was told that it was a good number and that would be beneficialI was told by my Sales Rep's mgr that I would be sent work arounds for cutting and pasting past reviewsI never received itI contacted the mgr three days later and told him that I still wish to cancelI was told that someone would reach out to meNo one didI am paying to get leads from ZillowThey are not deliveringZillow, in my opinion has not held up their end of the bargainI believe that the advertising to home buyers and sellers is advertisingBuyers do not understand that it is nothing more

I listed my home with *** in late June of this year In my contract it states that no automated estimate shall be made nor published as to the valuation of my home Zillow.com has the practice of arbitrarily "Zestimating" new property listings according to tax records, and then advertising this Zestimate on their website My home was purchased years ago and after extensive construction, remodeling, and the addition of outbuildings, a hottub, and 30,in concrete, it was given a listing valuation by independent agents of between $225,to $243, We choase to list it at $228, Zillow.com Zestimated it originally at $139,because all they looked at was tax records I notified Zillow.com on June 28, of this discrepancy and request for them to either remove my listing from their site, or more accurately Zestimate my listing, and was returned a standard email I have, on multiple occasions since the initial request attempted to communicate my concern over their

I canceled my services for the Zillow Group Premier agent program and they still pulled money out of my accountThey are now trying to refund a portion of the money instead of the full amountI was told that the full amount would be refunded

Zillow's rental estimation so called "Rent Zestimate" wrongly puts our home's rental price significantly lowIt put all my neighbors those are not on market rent estimate 2.3k-2.5k but put my house currently on market only $
When you scroll down the webpage about "Homes like this rent for $2895" and put the rent price range from $2500-$If it is true, why my house was out of range? Why Zillow single out my house with significant lower price?
Zillow also has wrong information on our house that we cannot change, for an example, our house is a single family, Zillow put it as apartment
Zillow's bad information and ill fated Zestimate drives many many potential customers to rent our house

zillow is reporting online that my house sold for on 12/01/if you google my address this information is viewed on zillow I have left numerous messages and tried to contact zillow with no luck

I am trying to sell my home, zillow is considered a popular online resource for home buyers to research and find available propertiesInitally when my home listed Zillow had it displayed online correctlySince then they have removed it as available and listed it as "off the market" twiceThe first time my realtor was able to correct it and it relisted as "for sale"- since it occurred the 2nd time we (my realtor and I) have not been able to get Zillow to advertise it as "for sale"It lists as "off the market" meaning many potential buyers are not viewing my houseWhen I reach out through customer service email, the replies suggest my realtor is at fault, and Zillow will have their real estate team contact my realtor- they still have notThey are not reachable by phone and I do not feel I am getting my complaint resolved with them

As a realtor, my income is dependent on advertisingZILLOW fails to deliver their stated mission!! As a realtor, landlord or homeowner, you are suppose to be able to post a listing to their websiteFor weeks I have had the same problem of NOT being able to list a property OR access my existing listings retrieve leads or renew the listingThe page comes up blank!!! Of course, Zillow has the worst customer service and you are unable to speak to a live person unless of course they want to sell you a Premier Agent packageAnd from reading other reviews, they also scam you as a paying customer and dont deliver on their contractual agreement Unfortunately, Zillow doesn't care about their business practices because they have a monopoly in this market so your concern are ignoredBeyond this complaint, a complaint needs to be filed with the FCC I am losing money and unable to make a living as a result of their failed business practice....I am sure that further recourse can be taken to recover the damages I and others have endured as a result of Zillow

There is not explanation why Zestimate fluctuates and drops dramaticallyThis is directly affecting me trying to sell my home because we've received feedback from potential buyers expressing concern of this estimateI wrote to them:
I am writing to you AGAIN, because the Zestimate on my property dropped by over $30k in the last dayYou guys are directly affecting the sale of my property by constantly fluctuating the zestimate valueI do understand that it should fluctuate up/down but the fact that it dropped by over 30K in a day is wrongIt used to be around $166.5k now its $135.3kCan you report this to your software support teamTheir response was:
Our developers are aware of your feedback, and I can assure you they're actively using it to help improve the Zestimate algorithm as a wholeAs explained in our previous conversations, no one at Zillow can directly edit or remove your home's ZestimateI'm sorry to say there's nothing more we can do to help at this timeKindly,

After further investigation, it appears that this listing was flagged by our system because we were unable to verify if it was For Sale By Owner or listed with a real estate agentAs a result, the listing was canceledIf this individual can please confirm if this home is for sale by owner or if
they are using an agent to help them sell, we'd be happy to get the listing activated on our site

Zillow is inaccurately reporting estimates for the homes in the area There is NO way that a house that is smaller and worse condition (bank owned) since the bank is not providing lawn care and upkeep cost more than my own property There is illegal practice in reporting these home estimates over the course of this year Zillow and Realtor websites reporting home estimates needs investigating

I am trying to sell my house My agent says everything looks good on his end about my house on the market Realtor.com and ZipReality.com have my house listed correctly Zillow (and affiliated companies like Trulia.com) had my house for sale and listed it correctly, then one day they removed my house from the market Yet, my agent never removed it from the market Again, realtor.com and zipreality.com have it correctly I have contacted Zillow on numerous occasions through email, "report a problem" on the website, and left messages on the phone over several days I have been trying to get this resolved ASAP since we have open houses this weekend and Zillow usually states that certain listings If my house is listed wrong on the website, then our showings will drop

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response for a few reasonsThe representative I spoke to on the phone most certainly DID tell me the "Call agent" button would routed to MY number once the listing was assigned to my profile, as the agent also told me it was not assigned to my profile currentlyThis was likely a mistake on the part of the representative, but that is what I was told nonethelessSecond, the listing agent's name is not seen anywhere at the top of the add where buyers are searching-- you have to scroll all the way to the BOTTOM of the ad, which is four full thumb scrolls down the pageThe "Call agent" button, however, is placed immediately under the photo and description with the only distinction as "Call AGENT" not "Call BUYER'S agent" as it should appropriately disclose who the consumer is calling by clicking itI would still like Zillow to cite the appropriate legal authority it has to do this without providing a "Call LISTING agent" button in the same placeThe listing agent is the only one that has a written agreement with the sellers on title of the home to advertise their home for saleAny advertisement of my advertisement would have to disclose that they are not the listing agent if they are advertising my listing.I have attached screenshots of what the consumer seesThe "Call agent" button is extremely misleading
Sincerely,

I listed my apartment for sale by owner, I had entered my contact information, emailThen two hours later, I went to my listing and I saw it got views, it found weird in views nobody contact me and I decided to contact myself through my listingA minute later I got one person who was impersonating ownership of my listing asking me when will I be able to see the propertyI contacted Zillow and I file a complaint and I never got a responseIs not clear to us if Zillow is selling costumers listing without authorizationI have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, for identity theftI also contact the local police department and I was re-directed to file a complaint with the FBIThis is a serious matter and needs to be fully investigated and corrected

Zillow receives sales data from a third-party that aggregates public records information and from agent-reported salesCurrently, we have not received information from our data providers regarding the 5/transaction yetOnce this data is sent to us, it will be reflected on the websiteThis is
an automated process with our data providers so unfortunately, we cannot manually add this transaction at this time. With regards to the Zestimate, this is only an estimate and not an appraisalIt is calculated by a computer-generated algorithm using the data available for the home As a result, we cannot manually change or remove individual Zestimates. Although Zillow strives to provide accurate estimates, the Zestimate is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's valueIt is not an appraisal and has no baring on the equity of a homeYou can use it in judging market trends and in calculating all sorts of things for your personal purposes. Our data shows that half of all sales are generally above the Zestimate Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible). While we monitor customer feedback for systematic issues with the Zestimate formula, we do not change or remove individual Zestimates or property pages in response to customer feedbackReports of possible issues with Zestimates are recorded to help with efforts to improve the algorithm as a whole in the future.
