Zillow's rental estimation so called "Rent Zestimate" wrongly puts our home's rental price significantly lowIt put all my neighbors those are not on market rent estimate 2.3k-2.5k but put my house currently on market only $
When you scroll down the webpage about "Homes like this rent for $2895" and put the rent price range from $2500-$If it is true, why my house was out of range? Why Zillow single out my house with significant lower price?
Zillow also has wrong information on our house that we cannot change, for an example, our house is a single family, Zillow put it as apartment
Zillow's bad information and ill fated Zestimate drives many many potential customers to rent our house

I am trying to sell my home, zillow is considered a popular online resource for home buyers to research and find available propertiesInitally when my home listed Zillow had it displayed online correctlySince then they have removed it as available and listed it as "off the market" twiceThe first time my realtor was able to correct it and it relisted as "for sale"- since it occurred the 2nd time we (my realtor and I) have not been able to get Zillow to advertise it as "for sale"It lists as "off the market" meaning many potential buyers are not viewing my houseWhen I reach out through customer service email, the replies suggest my realtor is at fault, and Zillow will have their real estate team contact my realtor- they still have notThey are not reachable by phone and I do not feel I am getting my complaint resolved with them

I signed up to be a Zillow Premier agent Shortly after signing up I watched my market share diminish day after day I continued to pay $500+ per month, but that money got me less and less market share each month Zillow failed to deliver on their side of the contract, diluted my market share, and failed to perform to the standards of our contract Most of the leads I received were garbage, but I would have continued with them had they only held up their end of the deal

The posting of unauthorized, incorrect and misleading information which by nature of that in my opinion has had a negative impact of the potential sale of my homeMultiple attempts to correct this have gone unanswered and ignored by Zillow via phone, internet and email to their customer serviceWitnesses are *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** have all had their agents and agency impacted and In my opinion there are many more on these sites currently unawares their listings are being propagated the sameExperienced Realtor's have informed us this cannot help them or us in selling the home but these people seem to be above the law [Sherman and Clayton Anti Trust and Florida Anti Trust law.] As stated- BY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION they actually direct potential buyers away from consideration toward other homesIssues incorrect SQUARE FOOTAGE, OWNER INFORMATION, pictureskeep in mind thi9s is NOT the correct listing but a compilation of older lis

After further investigation, it appears that this listing was flagged by our system because we were unable to verify if it was For Sale By Owner or listed with a real estate agentAs a result, the listing was canceledIf this individual can please confirm if this home is for sale by owner or if
they are using an agent to help them sell, we'd be happy to get the listing activated on our site

I am trying to sell my house My agent says everything looks good on his end about my house on the market Realtor.com and ZipReality.com have my house listed correctly Zillow (and affiliated companies like Trulia.com) had my house for sale and listed it correctly, then one day they removed my house from the market Yet, my agent never removed it from the market Again, realtor.com and zipreality.com have it correctly I have contacted Zillow on numerous occasions through email, "report a problem" on the website, and left messages on the phone over several days I have been trying to get this resolved ASAP since we have open houses this weekend and Zillow usually states that certain listings If my house is listed wrong on the website, then our showings will drop

There is not explanation why Zestimate fluctuates and drops dramaticallyThis is directly affecting me trying to sell my home because we've received feedback from potential buyers expressing concern of this estimateI wrote to them:
I am writing to you AGAIN, because the Zestimate on my property dropped by over $30k in the last dayYou guys are directly affecting the sale of my property by constantly fluctuating the zestimate valueI do understand that it should fluctuate up/down but the fact that it dropped by over 30K in a day is wrongIt used to be around $166.5k now its $135.3kCan you report this to your software support teamTheir response was:
Our developers are aware of your feedback, and I can assure you they're actively using it to help improve the Zestimate algorithm as a wholeAs explained in our previous conversations, no one at Zillow can directly edit or remove your home's ZestimateI'm sorry to say there's nothing more we can do to help at this timeKindly,

Zillow recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on our site to help improve listing qualityOnce a listing is submitted, it can take some time for our Listing Verification Team to review and approve the listing so long as it meets our Listing Quality Policy
guidelines (https://www.zillow.com/corp/Quality.htm)There have been some delays with this new system site wide and have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible. In reviewing our records, our team has already been in touch with this individual and we were able to successfully post the For Sale By Owner listing: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails***Lake-Alfred-FL-33850/***/The home now appears actively For Sale By Owner on ZillowIf this individual needs assistance in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help for faster assistance

We signed up for zip code *** in November We were told that we would receive quality leads per month The leads we receive are either rejected, they are agents, and we received a lead which was fraudulent We received one quality lead We are paying $a month The service has not been beneficial to our business Zillow locks you into a year contract We want to cancel, but to cancel we have to pay more money for a service that is not working

As a Real Estate professional, I contacted Zillow Group to expand my business through their lead generation systemUpon speaking with a rep, was told I can buy leads monthly for $That soon changed where I was still paying the same amount but not getting amount of promised leadsI contacted my assigned business consultant multiple times about this and was told that if someone buys a larger share in my preferred market, my leads are decreasedThis was not explained at time of contract signingDuring my month contract term with Zillow, they also went ahead without my knowledge or agreement to change their contract terms of how leads are processed and received by agentBefore this change, leads were assigned to me and I saw their contact information for me to contact at a later date or timeWith the new change, you have to answer the Zillow concierge phone call to obtain the contact informationVery often, that is not possible and they know it! Professional agents don't si

Good Afternoon, We are currently trying to sell our home and the Zestimate is extremely lowI contacted Zillow and we were advised that they base their Zestimate on information they are providedI updated all the information on their website because we had completely remodeled the home which raised our finished square footage approximately feetThe Zestimate went up for one day and then went back down to the original a day laterWe homes comparable homes and a professional appraisal showing about more than what they are listingMost people look to them to provide accurate information and they are notThey told me they base their zestimate on information provided but this is not the case with our homeWe are in the process of selling and they are turning off a lot of consumers

I am a real estate agent who has a listing in IssaquahI have gone on Zillow and Trulia to 'claim' my listing as the listing agent, which means that my name should show up first with my contact on the listing, according to their policiesI am not a zillow premier agent and do not want to be one because I don't do enough real estate business to make it worth my while, and I have worked with someone who was a premiere agent and NONE of his leads ever panned outEver since I told a Zillow employee that I did not want to pay to be a premiere agent, they have been messing with my listingIt is completely messed upMy phone number has not been by my name even though I am at the top of the listI selected the contact agent button for MY NAME to test it and immediately got a call from another agent on the list, as well as a text and email from himI did not receive any calls, texts or emails to myself for my inquiryThis is bogus and not acceptableIt is not what they claim happensA

After review, it appears this individual is already working with our Consumer Care Team and this issue has been resolvedThe photos for this home have already been added to their For Sale By Owner listing as requestedIf this individual needs further assistance, we encourage them to reply back to
the existing email correspondence with our team

Someone put my house up for sale on ZillowI contacted them to remove it and almost a month later they responded to tell me I need to send legal documentation to prove the house is mineHow about them getting legal documentation before allowing people to committ fraud on their website? Zillow needs to review how people are able to post houses for sale on their websiteThey make it easy to scam and difficult to correct itNeed to be sued!!!

Zillow accepts our mls listings through our feedThese listings were created by hours of hard work, professional photos, numerous meetings, gas and time spent with the homeownerWe share this w Zillow at no chargeZillow refuses to credit the listing agent, the creator of the listing, with the property unless the agent pays them a MINIMUM of $350/ monthInstead, the listing agent's information is deliberately blocked and any agent that has paid money for that zip code is force fed to the buyer as the expert on that homeThis seems fraudulent to refuse to cite the author of the listing, remarks, photos and entire listing portfoliio

I posted a home for sale by owner on zillow.comI had several issues and it took days to post and was very frustratingAfter month I removed my home from the site as instructed by the zillow website and listed my home with an agentThis home has a valid MLS listing and appears on all websites except zillowMy agent attempted to enter it manually and it failedSeveral tries later I and my agent emailed customer supportThey state days later they are working on the issueThat is their only responseI have lost valuable time attempting to sell and need my listing posted on zillowIt's ridiculous they obviously have a website issue and need to resolve itWhy does it take emails and still it's not fixedI am so disappointed! Fix this issueGet your IT people involvedYour last several attempts have obviously not worked

At the beginning of the year I signed up for an advertising slot with the Zillow Group for monthsBy the 5th month I realized that I was not happy with the results and would like to end my contractI called Zillow and the guy who was handling my account by the name of Nazir and expressed how I wanted to end my contract that ended the next month in JuneHe talked me into staying another month until my contract was up in June and I asked him if there was anything I needed to do in order to cancel and he stated that I had to do nothing because it didn't auto renewSo July rolls around and I see a charge for over $1,from Zillow that I had not purchasedThis is when the scammer Nazir said "Oh, well it didn't auto renew but it placed you on a month to month" which I did not agree toAnd I verbally asked him if there was anything I needed to do in order to cancel my subscription (in May) & he said "NO" on a recorded lineNazir should be fired and Zillow needs to be held accou

On 6-16-18, I began the process of setting up an account to list my rental property on Zillow After completing my profile and account, I tried to list a rental house I read the terms and conditions and did not agree with them (zillow advertised that the service is free, but charges potential tenants a fee to apply), so I tried to delete my account I followed the instructions in the FAQ but there was no option to "disable" the account as described I sent two emails to customer service asking to delete the account, but did not receive a reply On 6-and 6-19, I tried calling the customer service number I was never able to reach a person, so I left a voicemail; no reply I sent yet another email today; no reply I changed my email address on the website because I continue to receive unwanted solicitations for services from the company and their partners, even though I have unsubscribed These spam emails are sent to both my old account and new account

Explanation of complaint:
I am writing this letter to find out if Zillow is allowed, and or able to
legally value / devalue a person's home without:
- being a licenses appraiser
- violating state statutes
- tortuous interference with a contract by lowering value of a property
are they not violating private rights of people who own real estate and do
we not have the right to a suit for devaluing our home and loss of income
and investment?
- are there hippa clause violations?
- reinterpreting our states statutes?
