Thank you for the emailWhen Truila and Zillow merged we also connected the profilesAll edits moving forward need to be made on Zillow.com and they will automatically show on your Trulia profileAlso, if you were to log into your Trulia profile and try to edit it, it will automatically revert you back to Zillow.com to make the edits and view your contactsI have also attached a CSV file of your contacts on both Zillow/Trulia to make sure you can access them allHave a good day

Their Trulia subsidiary posted my house for sale without permissionMy house is not for saleThe listed price was 50% of marketRealtors were calling wanting to show the property, obviouslyThe customer service number at Trulia rings about times and then disconnectsThe customer service line at Zillow directs you to the web site and then disconnectsYou cannot reach a person to correct an error

Our home was listed on Trulia as a foreclosureWe found out because realtors started showing upOur home is not nor ever been in foreclosure status and never a late mortgage paymentThe bank listed is not our mortgage company and have nor ever had loans with themThe attorney on the website checked and said she has no idea how they got the informationTrulia and Zillow owned by Zillow group cannot be reached by phoneI have emailed themWe contacted our state insurance commission board and filed a complaintWe consider this harassment and feel unsafe with strangers coming by our homeWe know there are other people out there experiencing this scam and pray you will file a complaint and share any information in putting a stop to this advertising and home owner harassment

To Whom It May Concern:Zillow has in fact resolved the issueNot only did we forgive a $1,payment that Mr*** owed Zillow due to his contract, but we also refunded him $for an overdraft fee as well as $for advertisingThe fault of the four overdraft charges does not fall on Zillow, as it is not our responsibility to manage his bank accountHe will not be given any more refunds since he technically owes Zillow Group $1,

This service is improperly assigning valuation to homes without full informationIn our case, this service has estimated our home value at 50% of what the market value is because it's comparing it to invalid compsWe own a lakefront propertyZillow is comparing our home to far less valued homes in a subdivision behind our home without lake accessLakefront property is highly valued and we paid for itWe want this publicly used information to accurately reflect the correct information

To Whom It May Concern,
I have researched *** *** Account and ProfileI have removed *** *** profile from both Zillow and Trulia's websiteIt will take - hours for the profile to be completely removed from both sites

Me and my husband recently encountered a fraud transaction with a lady name Laura L***We seen a house that was listed as a for sale or for rent propertyThe address is Coronel Ave in VallejoWe never met the person, but we trusted she was legit and realAll documents we signed looked legalSo we went on and we had put down a first and deposit payment to get the keys but then she told us that her legal advisor needed to make sure we will pay what we said we will pay so we had sent in the rest of the payment in total of 4,to get the house and keysWe waited a few days to get in but she kept giving us excuses saying there was an issue then made it seem like she sent the keysI? tried to ask for receipt but she stopped replying to my text messagesWe had went to the house today 03-14-and found out that it was sold to another family and recently got the keysNow we want our money back

Zillow is showing my home as for sale by owner It is not for sale, never ever has been (I bought it at construction) This advertisement is and just wrong I want Zillow to take down the fraudulent advertisement

there is a listing in *** website which is owned by Zillow group of my building, I contacted them times to take it off since I never authorized them or anyone else to post my apt on their website which makes it a fraudulent listingtheir response was that the listing is not active at the moment, I don't care if it's active or not, they should take the record of their website
The address of the building is *** *** *** *** ** ***

I got a bunch of real estate agents calling me for more info on homes, the listings were showing that I was a listing agent and I was notcompletly fraud listingsI got leads based off expectations and a ton of leads to rent propertiesI DONT OFFER THIS!!

I wrote a honest review about *** ***Ms *** showed lack of professionalismShe failed to meet us at an open house she agreed to on ZillowI made many attempts to contact Mr.*** through out the scheduled open house, she never showed up I wrote a review on Zillow with a one star rating and Zillow would not post my review because it was negative and only one starMy review was professional, honest, and respectfulMs.*** was to be our real estate RepresentativeThere is no doubt Zillow is practicing censorship and bias when it comes to their site paid agentsI couldnt help but notice that about every agent on their we site has a perfect scoreI have a hard time believing almost all their paid agents are perfect and never experienced anything but perfect reviewsI also found that if I want to give a perfect review, Zillow will post no questions askedBottom line is , I played by Zillow rulesI contacted customer service with no resolveZillow is manipulating the

Zillow receives auction information from third-parties that send listings to our siteOn occasion, this information can get misreported to us which looks to be the case hereWe have removed the erroneous listing details from this property pageAdditionally, we have verified that the sales data
that shows on Zillow matches the sales data reported by Fairfax County (see attached)If these sales are incorrect, we encourage this individual to contact their county directly to update their recordsOnce this has been completed, we can make additional changes to our database to match public recordsThank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to correct itWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in the meantime.**Attachments redacted by Revdex.com staff**

They called me last Augusta I asked to be placed on a do not call listThey said they wouldToday I received another call from zillowReguarding the same issue as last yearI asked about why I was never placed on the do not call listThe gal on the other end got mad and said its not on my list

Zillow is showing that a sale of my house occurred for about 1/the value of my houseThis transaction never happened and the information is erroneousI contacted Zillow they requested documentation that I then providedThey agreed to remove the erroneous informationThey removed it from one area of their site but still show it on other areasThis has dropped the perceived market value of my home by $40kI have followed up numerous times and they will not respond

My husband and I used Zillow to search for a homeWe have already purchased a home and unsubscribed in every possible way from e-mails but I continue to get 10-e-mails a dayI contacted customer service and requested that my account be deletedThey responded and said that my account has been removedI continued to get excessive e-mails DAILYI have since e-mailed customer service about four to five times and the e-mails have not stoppedIt should not be this hard to unsubscribe from e-mails OR to get my account deleted

The Zillow system by error moved my home from Princeton, NJ to Hopewell, NJ which made my Zestimate drop by almost $200,Via email with a representative I was advised that they could correct my location but not change the Zestimate due to their policyI advised that I am in the process of listing my home for sale and not having them correct the Zestimate which is inaccurate due to their error of moving my location to another real estate market could adversely impact potential buyers looking at my home after seeing such a large drop in the Zestimate and the price I got for my home could be impactedWhen they insisted they could not fix this, I asked to be removed from Zillow as I note other homes on my street are not listedI was told again they could not remove my homeSo as a consumer and potential seller I am left with a Zestimate on their system that is inaccurate due to their errorI cannot understand why as a company they would not want to correct this not just for me but

To Whom It May Concern:*** spoke with her rep, Kevin yesterday and agreed that while the Premier Agent Product was not a good fit for her, she still wanted to spend $a month to post coming soon listingsIf *** wants to cancel the $a month, she can contact Kevin and he would be
happy to assist with that

Our home for sale showed in dear Zillow with the wrong city listedThis means when people search Cloquet our house does not appearThe area Zillow listed as city is very much less desirable and greatly impacts our house selling as potential buyers would NOT WANT our house if it was indeed located where Zillow listsZillow absolutely will NOT MAKE THE CORRECTION!! They even sent me a map saying we are not within Cloquet townI repeTedly told them we are RURAL CLOQUET AND THAT IS OUR LEGAL ADDRESS AND ALWAYS HAS BEENThey refuse to make this simple correction, my realtor has even tried to tell them it is CLOQUET AS LISTED

Zillow recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on our site to help improve listing qualityOnce a listing is submitted, it can take some time for our Listing Verification Team to review and approve the listing so long as it meets our Listing Quality Policy
guidelines (https://www.zillow.com/corp/Quality.htm)There have been some delays with this new system site wide and have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible. We were able to successfully approve the For Sale By Owner listing on 5/10/2017: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/***/If this individual needs assistance in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help for faster assistance
