I have reported a and Incorrect sale history of my property in Jackaon WY, several timesZILLOW never fixes itNever checks the acuracy of VERY IMPORTANT data and never sends me anything except meaningless auto responsesThe listing is now doing more harm than GOODI am very frustrated and very upsetAlso, the value estimate went down after my fsbo listing and is off by about $100,It is off compared to other listing in the same complex, both listed and soldThis is enraging and harmfulI am pulling the ZILLOW listing since they ignore many polite and detailed.requests for correction

I have a rental property listed on zillow and in the description of the house zillow says the house has evaporative cooling, which it does not The house has air conditioning In Arizona, evaporative cooling is not desirable in the summer, especially during monsoon season I feel we are loosing potential renters due to the wrong information
zillow has about how the house is cooled I have emailed zillow regarding this and asked that it be corrected to show the house has A/C and zillow has not responded or corrected the problem I would appreciate if this would be corrected as I feel it is having a negative impact on our advertising of the house I would appreciate if someone would
please contact me other than a generic email stating someone is reviewing this and weeks later no other response and nothing is corrected

This is a ridiculous response. Am I expected to record all my phone conversations? Do you guys actually send notifications that the service was cancelled and do you have a copy of all of them that were sent to everyone over the years? I mean, if I say that I told you guys to cancel the contract and I also told you guys not to automatically renew over the phone, how am I supposed to have proof of that? If you expect all agents to start recording phone calls, that should be in your contracts as well and I don't see that anywhere
I expect a refund for anything outside of the contract I signed because I did not agree to pay for those additional months.Sincerely,*** ***

Through email subscription, they send what looks like homes for sale, but the emails are bait and click...once you click on the ad, you read the description of the "home for sale" and it is either, not a home for sale, a link to ALL homes for sale in that area, or a home for rentI've reported more than a dozen bogus emails to them, but I keep receiving themI'm trying to figure out how to unsubscribe, but I keep getting emailsI used Zillow to list a home for sale many years ago and had no problems now, but it seems they have either lost touch with the people who are posting this listings or they need better vetting practices

I compare the zestimate on my home to some kid posting lies about another person in an attempt to defame ,put down or Bully them and laughing off any responsibility for your actionsI am rejecting this response because:It is simply a disclaimer and disregarding of reality.Publicly Lying about the REAL Value of Property for your own monetary gainsCome over and do your homework on my homes value before slandering me with your lies.In addition to 400' of Pensaukee lake frontage and an artesian well shooting out gallons of great drinking water every minute I have more than double your zestimate in building materialls Electrical hookup and gravel before building this houseHow are you not resposible for this shame?

I have reviewed *** *** account, and our call system to find his phone log regarding cancelling his contractI was unable to find the call/conversation that he is referring toI do see that his account is cancelled now, and he has spoken to
multiple employees regarding a refundAccording to his account notes, since there is no email or call history regarding a request for cancellation, we will not be submitting a refundHave a good day

Zillow started posting my home on it's site when it went on the market to be soldA short while after the house went on the market it was brought to our attention by a potential buyer that Zillow had shown an increase in the purchase price of a million dollars!! These potential buyers said because of the price increase, our home was now out of their budgetWe had NOT increased the price, this was an error on Zillow's websiteFortunately this was brought this to our attention by the potential buyers, or we would have never known!! My agent immediately attempted to contact Zillow by email several times but no successTo quickly remedy the situation he had to go on Zillow's site and open an account so he could change the asking price back to the correct amountIt is not only poor business practice for Zillow not to return emails when such things occur, but I feel Zillow owes me a monetary award as this error was on Zillow's site for at least a weekI have no way of knowing how many

After spending $first month and $the second month as a co marketing lender with a realtor team I trust, our rep, Mike E***, suggest we substantially increase our budget spend to over $split down the middle (or $is a piece)We increased it and received one lead in days as the lender When I spoke directly with Mike, he reminded me of a used car sales man selling subaru's at a pay here pay here lot We more or less tried to pressure us both into staying with zillow and even suggest "we weren't going anywhere" despite the highest cost I've ever paid for 4-leads in my entire life for several tire kickers and a 30k purchase
Mike is an embarrassment to the company and truthfully we should be refunded at least half of what was spent (if not more)He told the realtor team I was working with that they "couldn't cancel" after three days going into the new price in December (which I'd venture to say that wasn't in anyone's agreement)
You need to refine your sys

1) I requested to post a sale of my parcel subdivided from a parental parcel at *** ** *** *** *** **a half year ago or soHowever, this sale information has never been posted in Zillow/Trulia
2) I tried to post a sale of another/remaining subdivided parcel at *** ** *** *** *** **The website does not allow this posting

days ago I spent several house writing up my advertisement and took and uploaded pictures to this web site that claims to let you post your home for sale by owner free of chargeThey claim an ad can take hours to be approved and postedIt's been days, I've called, emailed, tried to repost...etc! And I've gotten no response from anybody! Every day that passes without being advertised is a missed opportunity to sell my homeI've read several complaints about this business, and I hope I'm going to in the least find out how they continue to operate treating customers this way!

The listings on Zillow are not correctThere is a ton of information they advertised on my home that is all falseMy home is NOT for sale and never has beenThey have the square footage wrong, that it sold a year ago for $69,NOT TRUE! I built this home and it's never been sold! This brings down the prices in our areaWhen other people have their home appraised, they see this information and people are loosing home value due to advertisement by ZillowMy daughter is building a house not too far from me and the information on my house was pulled up by her financial institution to use my house as a compIt even states that my house has bathroom, another accusationThey weren't able to use my house as a comp because of the listings by Zillow

Thank you for your quick response Attached you will find a copy of my cell phone records indicating a minute phone call with your company I remember this day, this call, and exactly where I was when I took the call I told the gentleman that I had a new credit card and would cancelling my Zillow account He said that was fine and he would take care of it When an individual representing a company tells a customer they will handle a problem, I expect it to be completed Instead I was charged multiple times and told this minute phone call never took place

Their response in not acceptable because it is certainly self serving to their business and possible business model
They are the only ones hat have control over listing or delisting the homes value and therefore not the consumers challenge but theirs as a business
This "advertisement" of my property, needs to be removed or revised
Again Zillows response to having having no control is not a consumers problem but a problem of the company producing the service of which they provide In other words how can a company that provides the product or service not be liable for their product or service malfunction or misrepresentation per their statement
Ease help me resolve this this issue with Zillow
