Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was sold a year subscription not a monthly subscription had to do a buyout the salesman is a liar and your company points fingers it's a disgraceI had no choice no one would assist me in this matterI got caught up not reading the contract but I was told my acceptance was recorded which during I asked if it was yearlyI was mislead and it cost me the only thing you can do at this point is refund me my buyoutI was also told my December payment would be refunded which only $has been refunded.
Your sales people do not tell the truth and it's pretty crazy the way you treat the agents who keep you in business

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:As I have stated previously, the high school school data that Zillow is listing for the towns of Lamoine and Hancock Maine is not information that needs to be "updated"It was never correct informationZillow accepts this information from Maponics and greatschools.org and posts it on their website without validating the informationThe high school listed NEVER was assigned to either townMany residents have spent over months attempting to correct this information with all three organizations; none accept accountability for this inaccuracyIt has not been corrected and there is no actual date that has been given for the correctionTherefore, Zillow has made no attempt to resolve this issue
Zillow uses legiimate listings from real estate agencies on their siteThey then add their own information to these listingsThis includes their self created "Zestimate" and school data as well as nieghborhood informationDespite their disclaimers, they do not verify the accuracy of any of this informationThis added information , when incorrect as it generally is with their "Zestimate" and in this case, false school data, causes financial repercussions to the home seller while Zillow still garners profitsThis is not acceptable business practice
And a homeowner is unable to correct any data on Zillow if their home is listed with a legitimate local real estate agent
Zillow has become one of the top real estate listings agencies in the countryThey would be better served to completely get rid of their "Zestimate" and also attempt to verify the other information listed

I submitted my Zillow FSBO listing on Thursday June After not seeing it activated after days and getting no reply (no email) about it, by happenstance I found under “my activities” that there was a form response stating that one of several issues must be changed The only item that appeared to be in violation according to the response was my phone number showing within the details I removed the number and relisted the house on Monday June 5th The communication via your site is very non-human Though I am now receiving emails when there is a response posted, I have still never been told exactly what the problem was/is, and I have not been told it the problem was rectified I have been placing notes in the activity area trying to get answers, but with no response I have left several voice mail messages, but with no response Why isn’t my house listing activated? Also, after reviewing other FSBO’s active on Zillow in my area, more than half of them have the owners’ phone number in with the detailsIt appears that Zillow may want to force FSBO sellers to list with realtors?

Zillow & Trulia are the absolute worst!!! There is no way to contact them by phone, their customer service portal works at the speed of horse carrierTheir site sucks and never has the correct information about our listingsWe pay for a "Premier" account, yet we can't ever get help with anythingOur active listings never syndicate over UNLESS I manually claim the property, in which time it can take up to days for our listings to show as active and allow me to edit themWe have active properties showing as sold, pending, off the market- it is ridiculous! We are missing opportunities because your site is stuck in DOS modeI am so angry I could scream!!! All I want is for our listings to syndicate AND when they do, for them to syndicate correctlyTrulia, owned by Zillow is the same dramaIf I do not hear back from Zillow by phone to resolve all of my issues by 5:00pm PST, I will cancel our account and never look back, and yes that is a threat!

The original desired resolution for this complaint was to remove the foreclosure information about this home, which has already been completed, and we explained that we do not remove entire property pages linked to public record dataThe status on the property page shows as "off market" which means the home is not actively listed for sale at this timeSee screenshot. Regarding the request to remove user-provided information (like photos), we have removed this on the homeowner's behalf as requestedThe homeowner also has the ability to update this information by editing the home factsIf this individual needs assistance updating the user-provided information that appears on the property page, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team through our Help Center: www.zillow.com/helpThere is no further action we can take at this time

On 09/22/my business cell phone rang at 4:PM EST, I picked up the call from telephone number 206-470-and a Sales Person by the name of Dominique was on the lineHe wanted to sell me advertising on Zillow for a local zip code I have on many occasions told him I am not interested Today I let him know that I needed to call him back He began to criticize me and say "oh, you pick up your phone while you are in a meeting???!!!!!!" and began harassing me I told him that I always take my phone because I have listings and a part of my job is to approve showings real time He began to harass me again as he wanted to sell me advertising in Arlington County zip code and I could not talk I finally told him in frustration to never call me again and he threatened to delete my Zillow account which I use for business advertising and his reason was that I "was not a professional real e

The information posted about a property I own is completely false I have reported it to Zillow but the refuse to correct it It is and misleading to consumers I have owned the property since until today Zillow shows it as sold in Both the 3rd party evidence (real estate agent using mls) and country records show no sale of this propertyI know other similar issues at zillow through multiple real estate agents so this is a widespread issue of fraud

Zillow continues to place our home on there listings for other properties for sale If you go to their map search for Madera, Ca you will see our house with units for sale, none of which are our address I have contacted Zillow on numerous occasions to take down the listing for over a year now and it is still there I have proof of emails dating back to May I cannot contact a live agent they will only speak to me through email This has caused a hardship on our family because our location is down a privately owned dirt road We have had to buy a gate with a "dummy lock" to keep out the public coming to see the "land for sale" Now they are bypassing the "dummy lock", which has required us to now purchase an electric gate Our other issue is we are almond farmers and the dust created by the public "looking for land" is now harming our crops because of dust mites I have repeatedly asked Zillow for help but have yet to get anything other than the response "oh we will t

I have not spoken with any Agent on 12/23/at all ! nobody contacted me and I never agree to a buy out , in matter of fact I have send in writing a cancellation where the Account manager agreed to accept the cancellation since the account was underperforming! This is exact the behavior Zillow dose to Agent charging not authorized charges to Credit cards, Ignoring Complaints with arrogant respondsI have cancelled the Account in writing timely (to 12/21/15) and I never agreed to a buy out at any timePlease see attached E mail of cancelation

Zillow has my house on their siteTheir zestimate is $less than market valueThey refuse to change it or delete the listingThis incorrect information will cause anyone who might be interested in the house when I list it to not be interested because the list price will be much higher than the zestimate

I have been monitoring a house for some time; It appears that the house just closed for $204,and that figure held on Zillow for one day ON the next day the realtor reported the sale at $255, Which is the correct number? How can this product be used with this kind of uncertainty?
