I was under contract with Zillow for months and that contract expired I continued to use Zillow and they renewed the months contract During the second contract, my leads have dropped dramatically - I have a better profile and maintain a 5-star rating so there is no reason it should drop I asked to cancel my contract in April and it took a week to speak to my rep and he told me I had to stay until June Upon further research, I learned that I should be able to cancel with a 20% fee This was not presented and I am still trying to cancel my contract

I filled a complaint on the past to zillow to remove all information regarding my building located at *** *** ** *** ** ***, they promised they will but there is still a FAKE rental listing with description on the page ***

Misrepresented services and provides fake leads and will not stop service agreement and reports to credit

Scam artists at the highest levelThis company is a danger to our countryMisinformation, advertisement, misleading the publicHow companies like this can continue to get away with their shady business dealings is really sad and a hoax

They will not post my listingThere are not any responses to our emailsNo body to contactWe have had similar problems with them before

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent The Zillow website will not allow me to add my FL license to my profile It says that it can not be validated I sent a request through their customer service link on 1/and received a reply that it had been received, but no further action (Your request (***) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.)That was days ago Previously, I had tried to create an account, and did not originally check that I was a RE professional, so tried to delete the account and start over Well that actually locked my email address, so I could not log in or create an account using that email I sent a request to customer service, and that took over weeks for a response I had to sneak into the back door for a PREMIER AGENT, the only ones they will talk to or respond to, and within one day, the issue was resolved I don't want to wait another weeks to get this resolved the csteam email address is useless Customer service is non existent Calls are not returned Issues are not addressed I hate to give negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to bring this to their attention and to get it resolved I have been trying to set up a profile since late November It's mid January now

Hello
Starting from June zillow.com stopped to show the truth values of almost all houses in Canton MA
Imagine, when I try to search the prices of all houses in Canton, I see assessed prices instead of the current ones!
I contacted to them many times via email and phoneHowever, their representatives only promised to fix this issue but never didI requested a manager's contact information, but they never provided it to me - they ignored my repeated requestsThis company has a terrible customer service and never fixes any problemsThey should understand that this information about houses values shown on their map frusrtrating all sellers and buyersPlease, help us to force Zillow to show the truth informationThank you!

To Whom It May Concern:
Adam W*** on our Premier Agent Lenders team will be contacting *** to discuss this issue further

We apologize for any confusionSince Zillow sends many different types of emails, there are a few different places to unsubscribe from individual email types but we also provide a way to unsubscribe from all emails at once in a user's Zillow account on our siteWhen signed in to a Zillow account,
emails can be managed from the subscriptions page Next to each type of email, click on/off as desiredIf a user would like to unsubscribe from all email alerts at one time, click "Unsubscribe from All" at the top of this subscriptions page
As requested, the email address provided in this complaint (***@live.com) has been unsubscribed and removed from our siteIf there is an additional Zillow account, please provide the email address for that account and we can unsubscribe that one on behalf of the individual as well

Zillow recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on our site to help improve listing qualityOnce a listing is submitted, it can take some time for our Listing Verification Team to review and approve the listing so long as it meets our Listing Quality Policy
guidelines (https://www.zillow.com/corp/Quality.htm)There have been some delays with this new system site-wide and we have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible. We were able to successfully post the listing submitted under this accountIf this individual needs assistance in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help

This real estate agent purchased a month advertising package on 09/15/for $252.26/monthAt that point in time, he received and signed an advertising contract which outlines our policies on cancellations, refunds for services provided, and early termination of contractsThese details can be
found in the terms and conditions of the signed contract and additionally on our website: http://www.zillow.com/corp/SATerms.htm To terminate the contract early, we charge an early termination fee equivalent to two months of the cost of advertising. If this agent wishes to terminate his contract early, we ask him to please follow the procedure outlined in Section of the Terms and Conditions of his contract. At this time, we will not be issuing a refund or waiving any early termination fees

The desired resolution for this request was to "fix the Zestimate" for this homeAs we mentioned previously, we cannot make changes to an individual Zestimate in the manner this individual is requestThe Zestimate is produced by an algorithm that utilizes millions of data points available for each individual homeIf the changes to the user-provided home facts are not significant enough to trigger a recalculation, the homeowner may not see a change in the Zestimate
The Zestimate is only meant to be used as a starting point in determining the value of a home and it is not an appraisalAt this point, if this individual wishes to include any additional information about their home, we encourage them to include an owner’s estimate in the Zestimate Details section of their property page
For additional information about Zillow's Zestimates, we encourage all our users to visit this link: ***

I am rejecting this response because: This is Zillow Group's glib response to all consumers who are harmed and damaged by Zillow's nationally published and frequently incorrect Zestimate which they claim "cannot be altered Zillow's CEO, however, in a published interview, available on line, from 2016, that Zestimates can be changed, in minutes (provided Zillow bothers to review data incorrectly entered) Zillow Zestimates, allegedly, are prepared from public information and from property descriptions compiled by the seller's realtor, for public viewing In my case, the property in question, my home, is assessed for tax purposes at 143.3K The assessment is online and a matter of public information, which was updated in The description of the property, uploaded to Zillow describes a three story home, built in 1906, BR, 1/baths, central air, central cooling, with solar panels, owned by owner, added in March, This information remains unchanged, through the present date The property was purchased for 103K, Feb1994.On 6/28/17, the Zestimate Zillow Group published for my property was 187.7K Realtor 1, hired 6/15/17, was fired on 7/5/17, and the MLS listing was removed Realtor was hired on 7/8/17, and the new MLS listing was posted, which was identical to the first in facts, but contained a better verbal description Shortly thereafter, clear, crisp pictures were added days before the open house, on 7/13/17, the new Zillow posting went up, with the new Zestimate of 110K The drop in the Zestimate, therefore, in the space of less than days, dropped almost 80K, despite the fact that the published info and the property, itself, remained unchanged and undamaged Both Realtor and I contacted Zillow Group, the realtor using the realtor portal and I using the consumer portal The realtor got the response BB has received from Zillow Responses Zillow provided to me are attached, as is the 6/28/Zestimate This indicates that the staff person responding to me could not explain the substantial change in the "estimate" ov value, had no power to investigate what caused the change, and had no authority to make a change Zillow's technology group does indeed have the authority to correct all such errors! The staff dealing with disaffected and harmed consumers, is simply there to offer slick answers, which fail to address issues raised. It it reasonable that in the second entry of data to the algorithm, with the change of realtors, information was entered incorrectly, given that the property's basic info remained unchanged, in the less than day interval Conclusion, Zillow Group is STONEWALLING because to admit errors whould harm and damage their response to the two lawsuits which were fined against them, in May, 2017, by other victims Zillow's response has been to hold a contest, offering million for a better algorithm for value estimation Those harmed and damaged, are simply given no redress, by this corporation which posted million in 1st quarter profits, while those of us whose property is our major asset, watch buyers shy away, seeing such a subatantial difference between the Zestimate offered by Zillow and the asking price for the property, which, for me, because of the Zestimate, has been lowered from 194K, to 167.9K Zillow Group has retaliated against me this week, by dropping the Zestimate to 108K Victims, apparently, they believe, cannot challenge corporations without being further punished I have been and continue to be harmed and damaged, as potential buyers compare the low-ball Zestimate to the asking price, while this cash-bloated and arrogant corporation refuses to correct what is an obvious error in data entry This harm and damage needs to be addressed and corrected, now.
Sincerely,

We were approached by Zillow for advertising services on their siteWe have used them in the pastSo, we said noIn return, we received emails in month from Dominic R***He promised that their new concierge service would screen clients before coming throughAs such, we decided to try it againTo date, we have relied emails from clients with businessesIn approaching them, one of which I knew, they said they weren't even on the siteAs such, it was a fake leadFurther, we have been getting numerous BOGUS callsWe were told this was happening because they are dialogng directIgnoring the fact the the 1st bogus lead came direct from their siteWe did monitor one lead that came throughIt followed ALL criteria for their conciergeHowever, concierge sent us a message saying they couldn't handle the leadIt appeared they handed a single lead to multiple agents at onceIt appear that what we were sold was definitely not a change in service but an increase of a conWe

The information regarding the For Sale price of my house is incorrect on Zillow It should be populated by the syndicated feed from *** (and was earlier this year) but is not Both my *** Agent and I have contacted Zillow with no response or resolution Zillow tells *** I am the agent of record but when I try to change the information, it tells me there is another agent of record Zillow needs to get this corrected immediately as it is impacting the pool of potential buyers of my house

I have been advertising with zillow for years nowI used to be a big fanThe past year the company has totally changedThe "leads" that I pay $1,a month for are garbageThey are all other agents or buyers with agentsThey are not actual leads at allI am tired of picking up my phone to deal with these annoying callsI tried to cut my spending down to $per month and the account executive tried to tell me that $is nothingThey had me in a month contract at that price and my contract ended days after my billing cycleI fought long enough to get them to prorate the difference and reduce my payments to $but they required me to pay in full for the $1,to have my account changedThis billing cycle they charged me the full $1,again and none of the overpayment was appliedThey write in their contracts that none of the payments are refundable and I am unable to remove my credit cardThey just keep billing and I cant get my money back!!!

I have been trying to reach a customer service representative by phone and no one will call me back to resolve problems I have e-mailed several times requesting help Zillow's response is a generic one referring me to frequent questions/answers that do not resolve my problem
