I loaded a "for sale by owner" listing into their site, says it takes UP TO hrs to go activeThis is beginning day and no actionI have sent emails and called timesA lady named Emory called and left a mesage telling me to leave complete address and she would take care of iti called back and gave her detailed information, well nothing happened againI called back three more times and until now, still nothingThis site has incorrect and inaccurate info

I purchased my home in March and Zillow promptly published an incorrect sale price that was half my property's value(The house apparently is on two lots and Zillow only published the price of one so its website has an amount that is half of what I purchased my home for)I promptly contacted Zillow, asked them to remove the sale price and I told them that the published price was wrongI have now contacted them at least seven times over the last two years and they still have the wrong price up and will not take that information down
My salary negotiations depend in part on my perceived cost of living; and Zillow makes it look as though my mortgage is half or a third of what my colleagues pay in housing costs--- this is impacting my compensation and Zillow should have no right to publish this kind of personal information anyway

We were approached by Zillow for advertising services on their siteWe have used them in the pastSo, we said noIn return, we received emails in month from Dominic R***He promised that their new concierge service would screen clients before coming throughAs such, we decided to try it againTo date, we have relied emails from clients with businessesIn approaching them, one of which I knew, they said they weren't even on the siteAs such, it was a fake leadFurther, we have been getting numerous BOGUS callsWe were told this was happening because they are dialogng directIgnoring the fact the the 1st bogus lead came direct from their siteWe did monitor one lead that came throughIt followed ALL criteria for their conciergeHowever, concierge sent us a message saying they couldn't handle the leadIt appeared they handed a single lead to multiple agents at onceIt appear that what we were sold was definitely not a change in service but an increase of a conWe

After further investigate, we do see that this individual submitted a For Sale By Owner listing recent We recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on Zillow to help improve listing qualityAs a result, it can take our Listing Verification Team approximately hours to review and post a listing once it is submittedThere have been some delays with this new system site-wide and we have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible. I am absolutely disappointed with the billing services from ZillowI signed up for a month contract and was never mentioned to me by the sales person that it would be renewed automaticallyI paid for months and though I had completed the term of my contract when I get charged again for a 7th month without my consent (I did not wish to renew)I called and they promised a full refund for not making clear that it would automatically renewThen I get an email saying that I owe a prorated amount on top of the extra month I was debited without my consentNow nobody responds my calls or emails

on April4, regarding a listing not showing up on the agent's profile page
2. Zillow Agent Care responded to Ms*** and the Zillow account rep on April 6, with a resolution to the problem
3. *** *** contacted Zillow Agent Care on April 7, regarding two missing virtual tour link and lack of leads being sent to Ms*** through the agent contact form on Ms*** property listing on Zillow
4. Zillow Agent Care responded on April 7, and confirmed that the virtual tour links were working and routing properlyIn addition, Zillow Agent Care sent a test contact upon receipt of the email set forth in above and found that all routings were working properly (see attached screenshot of receipt of the test email in her profile email box in Exhibit A)Ms*** was provided with confirmation on the functionality of the virtual tour links, details on how an agent receive a lead if no agent is selected in the agent contact form and what steps to follow if she did not receive an email notificationI have attached screenshots of this correspondence as Exhibit A to this letter
5. In Ms*** complaint, she states that her phone number has not been by her name and that she requested for her phone number to be addedNone of our records show that this request was madeIf she had requested it, she would have been informed that Zillow only displays the contact phone number for paying Zillow Premier Agents, which Ms*** is not

I have been advertising with zillow for years nowI used to be a big fanThe past year the company has totally changedThe "leads" that I pay $1,a month for are garbageThey are all other agents or buyers with agentsThey are not actual leads at allI am tired of picking up my phone to deal with these annoying callsI tried to cut my spending down to $per month and the account executive tried to tell me that $is nothingThey had me in a month contract at that price and my contract ended days after my billing cycleI fought long enough to get them to prorate the difference and reduce my payments to $but they required me to pay in full for the $1,to have my account changedThis billing cycle they charged me the full $1,again and none of the overpayment was appliedThey write in their contracts that none of the payments are refundable and I am unable to remove my credit cardThey just keep billing and I cant get my money back!!!

In reviewing the property page in question, we have received the MLS listing feed for this home and it is currently listed For Sale by the listing agent: ***

The information regarding the For Sale price of my house is incorrect on Zillow It should be populated by the syndicated feed from *** (and was earlier this year) but is not Both my *** Agent and I have contacted Zillow with no response or resolution Zillow tells *** I am the agent of record but when I try to change the information, it tells me there is another agent of record Zillow needs to get this corrected immediately as it is impacting the pool of potential buyers of my house

I have canceled already 11-23-my Account it was charged again, I never agreed to any buy out proceedings or amounts My Accounts where charged witch I disputed since I never authorize this Charges Please find attached the prove that I have already canceled my Account on 11-23-! not on 12-23-15

I signed up with Zillow services to receive client leads, and I paid an extra premium priceI paid almost $per month on this service that guaranteed me scrubbed real leadsAfter more than three months I received many leads non of them were real and most was out of my area that I was paying forYou see I was charged for my zip code and leads for that zip codeI contacted them asking for my money back and explaining that they are advertizing
