I loaded a "for sale by owner" listing into their site, says it takes UP TO hrs to go activeThis is beginning day and no actionI have sent emails and called timesA lady named Emory called and left a mesage telling me to leave complete address and she would take care of iti called back and gave her detailed information, well nothing happened againI called back three more times and until now, still nothingThis site has incorrect and inaccurate info
I am absolutely disappointed with the billing services from ZillowI signed up for a month contract and was never mentioned to me by the sales person that it would be renewed automaticallyI paid for months and though I had completed the term of my contract when I get charged again for a 7th month without my consent (I did not wish to renew)I called and they promised a full refund for not making clear that it would automatically renewThen I get an email saying that I owe a prorated amount on top of the extra month I was debited without my consentNow nobody responds my calls or emails
I purchased my home in March and Zillow promptly published an incorrect sale price that was half my property's value(The house apparently is on two lots and Zillow only published the price of one so its website has an amount that is half of what I purchased my home for)I promptly contacted Zillow, asked them to remove the sale price and I told them that the published price was wrongI have now contacted them at least seven times over the last two years and they still have the wrong price up and will not take that information down
My salary negotiations depend in part on my perceived cost of living; and Zillow makes it look as though my mortgage is half or a third of what my colleagues pay in housing costs--- this is impacting my compensation and Zillow should have no right to publish this kind of personal information anyway
Our house was listed by a real estate broker on 7/13/It was supposed to be on Zillow within a few days maximum It never was It was on Trulia and other independent real estate sites (including Trulia), but not Zillow Zillow is the largest out there and the first that comes up in a google search The agent tried contacting them but got no responseThen we tried listing it under us with the agent as the contact Still didn't go upNow the owner of the agency is going to try doing it through his account We lost almost weeks nowOut neighbor went up for sale about week before us and sold in weeksWe have a newer house and would probably be in contract by now The only resolution at this point is to get it up there but I cannot do anything about the time lost Out house still shows as "Off Market"
In reviewing the property page in question, we have received the MLS listing feed for this home and it is currently listed For Sale by the listing agent: ***
In checking this address on our website, the property in question is not actively listed for sale on our siteThe status of this property is "off market" which means the home is not actively listed for sale or for rent at this timeZillow receives sales and property information from a third-party
data provider that aggregates public records and user-submitted home factsOn rare occasions, this information can get misreported to us by our data-provider which looks to be the case hereAfter verifying with county sales records, we have removed the erroneous sale transaction from our databaseThe updated information will be reflected on the property page within approximately one week as the database refreshes the live website. As mentioned above, Zillow receives property data from county records and homeowner submissionsIf the home facts (like bathroom count) are incorrect, we provide homeowners with the opportunity to edit a number of facts that appear on their property pageBy editing the home facts directly, they can ensure their home information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible. Regarding the Zestimate, this is an estimate calculated using a computer-generated algorithmThe Zestimate is really meant to be a starting point in determining a home’s valueIt is not an official appraisal or a tax assessed value as these can take into account market intricacies that the Zestimate cannotIt is simply an estimate calculated off data available for a homeThe more data we have on a home, the more accurate the Zestimate. Some of the data used in this calculation includes physical attributes, tax assessments, and prior and current transactions. Since the Zestimate algorithm does use past sales as one of the many data points in its calculation, there may be some change in this estimated value over the next few weeks. Please note that we cannot not manually change or remove individual ZestimatesWhile we monitor customer feedback for systematic issues with the algorithm, we do change individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackWe understand that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing dataTo provide more information on a home, we encourage homeowners to include their own estimated value in the ‘Owners Estimate’ section of the property pageThis provides the opportunity for them to explain what they feel their home is worth given its unique features. For more information on the Zestimate, we encourage all of our users to visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/
We bought our house two years ago, and Zillow refuses to remove our home from their list of houses for sale So we have people at our home all the time, thinking our home is for sale And it's listed as a foreclosure, which it definitely isn't being foreclosed on Everyone in our tiny little town thinks we are losing our home to the bank We've tried different real estate agency to help us, but nobody can ever seem to get through to them
I have canceled already 11-23-my Account it was charged again, I never agreed to any buy out proceedings or amounts My Accounts where charged witch I disputed since I never authorize this Charges Please find attached the prove that I have already canceled my Account on 11-23-! not on 12-23-15

I am rejecting this response because: Until the value is changed to correct a more accurate number nothing they say will be sufficientThe home Appraised for $386,recently and is now under contract at $385,Their unbiased value is less than 50% accurate value to my specific propertyTheir algorithm does not account for anything that puts value on this propertyIt is simply put inaccurate and causes harm, potentially monetarily to home owners with regards to selling their propertyWhen the value reflects a more accurate number then the resolve will be acceptedUntil then nothing will be sufficient.
Sincerely,

Zillow receives pre-foreclosure and foreclosure data from a third-party that aggregates public records dataOn occasion, this information is misreported to Zillow which looks to be the case here We have taken down the pre-foreclosure listing for this propertyThe status on the property page
is now shown as "off market" which means the home is not for rent or for saleThe change can be viewed here: ***We display property information on Zillow to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationWe receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from each county and from user-provided submissionsProperty data appears on Zillow regardless of if the home is actively listed for sale or for rentOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate and mortgagesFor this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Zillow. We provide homeowners with the opportunity to edit a number of facts that appear on their property pageBy editing the home facts directly, a homeowner can ensure the property information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible but we do not remove entire pages from our database or remove public record informationFor more information, please review our Terms of Use (http://www.zillow.com/corp/Terms.htm) and Privacy Policy (http://www.zillow.com/corp/Privacy.htm)In the event this individual needs to contact us again in the future, our Consumer Care Team can be reached through our Help Center (http://www.zillow.com/help/) or by emailing ([email protected])

We apologize for any confusionAfter the listing was canceled by the realtor, the status on the property page changed from For Sale By Agent to Off MarketProperty data appears on Zillow regardless of if a home is actively listed for sale or not on our siteIf this individual would like to list
the home For Sale By Owner, we encourage them to post a For Sale By Owner listing on our siteThis changes the status back to "for sale." After further investigate, we do see that this individual submitted a For Sale By Owner listing recent We recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on Zillow to help improve listing qualityAs a result, it can take our Listing Verification Team approximately hours to review and post a listing once it is submittedThere have been some delays with this new system site-wide and we have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible. We were able to successfully approve the For Sale By Owner listings submitted under this account: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/***_zpid/Regarding how other websites operate and what information they display, this is outside the authority of ZillowWe do not provide a service that syndicates listings to other company websites or have the ability to change information on another company's website. If this individual would like their listing shown on another company's website, we recommend they contact that specific company directly for assistance or contact a flat-fee MLS listing serviceIf this individual needs assistance regarding Zillow in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help
I had a 6-month contract to pay for leads from Zillow My last instructions to "Matt" (my account rep) were to NOT charge my account again as I did not wish to renew or go month-to-month I kept trying to talk me out of it and finally asked if he could call me back in a week or two I said sure, but as of now, you do not have permission to charge me We never talked again until I called him to complain about being charged which also overdrafted my account
The website will not allow me to update the phone number therefore my ad can not be activated!!I have been trying to reach someone here or have someone to respond to my customer inquiries to no avail
Zillow.com has my home, purchased in as currently FORECLOSED I have been inundated with emails from mortgage companies seeking business, loan consolidation companies, inquiries from friends and relatives regarding the status of my home I BOUGHT the foreclosure in which is in good standing with my lender However, ZILLOW is advertising the WRONG INFORMATION This has caused me undue stress, embarrassment in my community, and unnecessary strife I will never use this site for information again and will certainly steer everyone I know away from it Your information is deceitful at best Zillow is posting OLD, OUTDATED, AND UNTRUE information If you can't keep information gleaned from old public records, DON'T POST IT If I thought there was a way to SUE YOU FOR LIABLE, I WOULD!!! There is no way for a consumer to reach the company to correct inaccurate information and I will continue this complaint with the CFPB
We have sent a certified delivery postal letter to Zillow in Seattle demanding that they remove our home from their listings immediately (all inclusive.) Letter sent last weekThey have grossly underestimated their estimated value of our homeZillow is compromising the potential sale of our homeWhen we initially asked them to remove the home from their listings, two weeks ago, they reduced the price of our home, we think as a retributive act or just out of honeryinessThey have refused to reply to our inquiries or to the inquiries of our real estate agents in McKinleyville, CaliforniaWe are residents of Washougal, Washington but the address of the home they are listing is *** *** *** in McKinleyville, Califonia
