I had signed up to advertise on Zillow.com as a RealtorI gave them my credit card number on June 5th, 2017, over the phone for month of advertisingThe rep, Matt stated that I could get an upgraded service for a little more moneyI declined at the time., but told him I would think about it and he stated he would call me back in a couple days He never called, in the mean time, my bank re-issued new debit cards to all its customers using a new carrier I received a call from Matt on July 31st that I owe money for the month of July; which I never signed up for! They tried to run my credit card a few times without notifying or informing me and it would not go through, so they "claim" they continued to provide me service without payment for days and that I owe a bill of $I dispute that I owe this money and refuse to pay it I would like to advertise with them again for a longer period this time to see how a long-term ad will benefit me; but they will not allow me

The website will not allow me to update the phone number therefore my ad can not be activated!!I have been trying to reach someone here or have someone to respond to my customer inquiries to no avail

We have sent a certified delivery postal letter to Zillow in Seattle demanding that they remove our home from their listings immediately (all inclusive.) Letter sent last weekThey have grossly underestimated their estimated value of our homeZillow is compromising the potential sale of our homeWhen we initially asked them to remove the home from their listings, two weeks ago, they reduced the price of our home, we think as a retributive act or just out of honeryinessThey have refused to reply to our inquiries or to the inquiries of our real estate agents in McKinleyville, CaliforniaWe are residents of Washougal, Washington but the address of the home they are listing is *** *** *** in McKinleyville, Califonia

In April I contacted Zillow Premier Agent after receiving calls and emails that leads were tremendous for dollars investedI had initially budgeted $per month but the account rep told me that to have 20%+ share of the zip code market with a minimum of monthly leads and an ROI (return on investment) of 4%, I would need to invest at least $The agent said that the additional $bonus money he was giving me would get me to this pointThe agent shared screen shots with me showing me lead activity and ROI activityHe told me I need only convert one lead to pay for it all and was confident that with a 4% ROI that would not be an issue
As of September 2017, months laterI was lucky to see "leads" per monthAs of the close of the month contract I have zero ROIIn short, I've taken $3,hard earned dollars (and food for my family) and literally stuffed it in an envelope sent to Zillow with absolutely nothing in return but a premier agent badge on my name in thei

I have notified Zillow several times to remove a fraudlent ad concerning my property address in which they have notIt recently appeared and states my property is foreclosed for over days
I have asked to please send me information on who submitted this ad with their e-mail information so that we can persue further legal action, if nesseccaryBut they have still not repondedRight now my family is being ridiculed in our prestige neighborhood and this is no laughing matter

Terrible customer service! I keep contacting them to find out why in the world they would reject a legitimate and awesome review but there are Inexperience people behind the computer They consistently attach the review guide lines and reasons for rejections (which don't apply to my reviews)
I recently closed two transactions and asked my buyers to write a review That day they each gave me stars and wrote an amazing review for me! I had worked with each customer for months Zillow rejected each review!!! They had no good reason for rejecting them! I even went to the supervisor to complain and nothing was done about it!!! (The emails to him keep sending me an automated response saying, sorry I'm out of town) They said to ask them again to resubmit a review (It is awkward enough to ask a buyer to take the time to write a review for me and then to ask them to rewrite it???? That's ridiculous!!! One of my buyers was so proud of the review he wrote he took a screen show and text it to me There wasn't anything inappropriate or in it at all!!! Not a happy Agent!!!!!! Especially since I'm paying a lot of money here and been working with them for years!!!

Five days ago we listed our home for sale on ZillowThree days ago I added an open houseThen the next day I tried to change the time and add a better pictureThere was a block on my account that "only the listing agent can change the listing." I do not have a listing agentI sent three emails to customer service, called the verification phone number and Zillow corporate to try and fix this problem They have hijacked our listing that doesn't allow us to edit or terminate our relationship with Zillow
We have not gotten any calls from buyers, only real estate agentsThe listing deceptively routes buyers to real estate agents who are not representing our homeWe will never use Zillow again and are relocating soonI am very disappointed with the deception

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: thank you for the copy of your published polices My concern is your product/service and its evaluation, not appraisal as you reference, may be perceived incorrectly by the public since most of the "public" will not read your oipolicoes document nor disclosuresIe the fine print.
The dollar value you have assigned my home (rent and sale) are a gross misrepresentation of my property and I feel like it is damaging its value in a grossly negligent wayPlease take the time to look at its value vs the properties in my neighborhood specifically and you will see the error in your published assessment value
How you calculate your numbers may be proprietary to you as you continue to state , but publishing inaccurate values that effect sale prices and or customer perception and potential interest is another topic entirelyThe value you have assigned publicly is not accurate to the market value of the home in any way and is off by percent of more.
AgainPlease look at my property specific to its address and it's "peers"
I truly don't have the time for this back and forth so please let me know how we can come to a meeting of comparable value.
Revdex.com what can you specifically do to help this matter? Sincerely,*** ***

I had a 6-month contract to pay for leads from Zillow My last instructions to "Matt" (my account rep) were to NOT charge my account again as I did not wish to renew or go month-to-month I kept trying to talk me out of it and finally asked if he could call me back in a week or two I said sure, but as of now, you do not have permission to charge me We never talked again until I called him to complain about being charged which also overdrafted my account

1) The incorrect and completely school data information listed by Zillow on their website in regards to the town of Lamoine ME where my current home is locatedDespite repeated attempts by myself and others in my town, Zillow (and it's data organization Greatschools.org and Maponics) refuse to correct this assigned high school dataZillow is listing a failing high school as assigned to the towns of Lamoine and Hancock METhis is completely and misleading data that is negatively impacting the possible sale of homes in these towns2) The completely misleading, arbitrary, and factless "Zestimate" that Zillow applies to all home listingAgain, despite repeated communications with Zillow in regards the Zestimate that they apply to homes, they refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for it's accuracy or the impact it is having on a home sellerThere is no factual information used when creating this ZestimateBy placing this value on their website and advertising th

I have called and left many, over messages and have sent emails to them trying to resolve a problem with the estimate on my property that they have advertised nationallyThey have damaged the property value of my residency at *** ** *** ** *** *** *** They say my value of my property is $142,when it was bedrooms and baths, when I add the bedrooms and 3/bath it goes to $259,to $279,than the next day they devaluate my property again to $142,always around 11;am my time the damaged they have caused are the price different from day to day even with the bed and 3/bath when I take the bed and 3/bath off it goes to $179,The damage they have done is that realtors in the area are seeing this price fluctuation and no realtor will have anything to do with my propertyIn Texas if you are disabled you can freeze your property taxes in which I did years agoYes I'm disabledThis could be considered discrimination for I

Zillow.com has my home, purchased in as currently FORECLOSED I have been inundated with emails from mortgage companies seeking business, loan consolidation companies, inquiries from friends and relatives regarding the status of my home I BOUGHT the foreclosure in which is in good standing with my lender However, ZILLOW is advertising the WRONG INFORMATION This has caused me undue stress, embarrassment in my community, and unnecessary strife I will never use this site for information again and will certainly steer everyone I know away from it Your information is deceitful at best Zillow is posting OLD, OUTDATED, AND UNTRUE information If you can't keep information gleaned from old public records, DON'T POST IT If I thought there was a way to SUE YOU FOR LIABLE, I WOULD!!! There is no way for a consumer to reach the company to correct inaccurate information and I will continue this complaint with the CFPB

Zillow receives foreclosure listings from third-partiesThis particular listing was sent to Zillow from another website, Hudson & MarshallWe have removed the foreclosure status from Zillow effective immediatelyThank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to
correct itWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in the meantimeIf this individual needs to contact us in the future, they can reach our Consumer Care Team through our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help

I have repeatedly asked Zillow to remove my home from their Web site I purchased the home on Dec 12, the house was appraised at $225.000, which is what I paid for it Zillow, now has lowered their so called Zestimate of my property by almost $75,000, which is incorrect and false I have requested several times that they remove my home or correct their claims to the value of my home I don't care about their computer generated data I want this issue resolved!

I have attempted to contact Zillow numerous times for help in regards to multiple real estate listings, which contain errors and or are mot accurately represented on their websiteZillow holds both real estate professionals and home owners hostage by not responding to any requests for helpTheir solution is to encourage people to either help themselves or to submit a request using their email form, however, no one ever responds or resolves these issuesAs a real estate professional, it is detrimental to my business to have accurate representation on Zillow's website, particularly since Zilllow is popularBoth owners and tenants are upset that this information cannot be changed by me and requires Zillow to change itThere is absolutely NO customer service available from Zillow whatsoever and there is a huge need for such a serviceI am not alone in this complaintA quick *** search of "Zillow complaints" will net a ton of similar examples

When I entered into this contract with Zillow in May, I was given a certain set of expectations about what I would be receiving, to which I agreed to enter a month contract on those termsI was told I would be assigned a business consultant that would be in contact with me on a regular basis to help me grow and expand my business, as well as help me with anything I needed site wiseI was also assured that when a lead clicked to get more information, and I was chosen to be reached out to, that I was the only broker the lead would go to for that specific propertyThe first week of my contract, I was told my business consultant was on an extended vacation -- okay that's fineWhen he got back, we connected to introduce ourselvesNot even a week later, he sent an email to all of his customers letting us know he was leaving the company, in which I replied to the email pleading to connect before he officially left to make sure I knew who I would be passed to moving forwardNo reply fr
