I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate being able to return both items together, I am not accepting the "store credit" refund. I paid with a Visa card, and I expect to be refunded as such. Store credit merely forces me to order from you again, pay shipping, etc. This is not acceptable. In addition, your statement of the items being "not as expected" is not accurate. That makes it sound like I changed my mind. One of the items is clearly sized incorrectly. The other is made of an inferior fabric that is itchy. Unless I can get a credit on my Visa card, which was my original method of payment, I cannot accept this as a resolution. Ultimately, I never want to shop Zulily again. Only giving me store credit forces me to

I have based my judgement on this bag being fake due to several reasonsAll Coach bags will have serial number imprinted on the tag, this bag does notCoach only uses zippers with the YKK on them, this does not have themAfter I realized this bag was fake I then contacted Coach to find out who is authorized to sell on their bagsI have reached out to Coach again, they do not have certificates of authenticity for their bags, so whatever document you would be sending is a fake as wellI have never received a certificate on Coach bags when bought from themI have the screen shots from that chat if needed.
The MLK purse for sure was a fakeI am pretty sure that *** ** *** wouldn't tag her purses as "DS Bags" Which I have pictures of that I took as soon as I got the bag.
