Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I do NOT accept your 'canned' response regarding the two cancelled orders, especially your quote to include "We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether." I placed an order for ONE item only and did not make numerous purchases for the productIn fact, this was the first time I have ordered from you onlineI specifically went through the effort to verify each and every bit of my billing information on the phone with customer service when placing the second orderI use the same billing information for banks, IRS, [redacted] ***, [redacted] and the like and have absolutely no problem, whatsoever, receiving documents and packagesI will not be put through another ...you should contact us...responseFrankly, I am disappointed that you did not go out of your way to personally handle my issue and ensure it was shipped to me after receiving my complaint

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience the customer experiencedUnfortunately, the link that the customer had was invalid and not currentWe are unable to price match to ***Their delivery order was cancelled so if they would still like the order they will need to replace online

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience we may have causedThe item the customer was looking to purchase shows as an in store only promotionIn the customer's file that was provided, it shows on the order review screen the price of $399.99, as the coupon that would normally take $off could not be enteredAs a result, we would not be able to honor that pricing for an online order

Staples apologizes for any inconvenience caused to the customerThe minimum purchase requirement needed to earn the Rewards per the program's terms and conditions were not met; therefore, we would be unable to issue an Ink Reward

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by Staples.com and have determined thatsaid answer is unacceptable for Staples.com has maliciously and callouslyneglected to resolve the predicate issues in reference to complaint # [redacted] .A reasonable integrity test is when a federal government agency makes an ordera merchant does not leave deliveries outside the building or even the White House. Then dare claim delivery has been madeStaples and Staples.com aremorally-ethically and legally obligated to credit the orders, especially theoriginal order they cancelled, then illegally charged my [redacted] without my [redacted] or implied authorization or knowledgeStaples.com's response is not only wrong, it is immoral, unethical, and illegal, for the credible fact remains that the shipper admitsin writing that they never delivered the item to a person or received asignatureThe shipper claims to have left the deliveries outside the property, which does "not" constitute deliveryMoreover, no company has thelegal right to charge any human being's credit card without the [redacted] permission of the cardholder, especially on an order that was cancelled by themerchant in writing per an official email received by Staples.comI give myword that I am going to post this fraud online and promise that Staples.comwill lose more customers and sales than the money they are trying to steal frommeStaples.com stole from the wrong person. Not only will I continue to dispute the charges with [redacted] , I willbe posting this serial "fraud" and the Staples.com's employee who isintentionally committing fraud by neglecting to do their job, for commonsensedictates that a shipper claiming to have shipped orders left outside of one'sresidence opens the issue of fraud on the part of the shipper, whichStaples.com cannot guarantee is impossible and not the issue, especiallywithout even trying to secure a signature from the recipient, therefore doesnot constitute deliveryAnd if Staples.com wants, I have no problem inpursuing legal recourse, for no one, especially a greedy [redacted] corporationand an incompetent employee is going to authorize stealing my money.Staples.com does not even have the integrity to call me or respond to my emailresponse by a callous Staples.com employee who is clearly so desperate for hismonkey job talking tough to the Revdex.com as if they work for the government andactually have authorityNoNo company has the right to steal from any humanbeing and this matter constitutes stealing.Either issue the credits or I promise to pursue legal recourse and presentcredible fact that the shipper never delivered the orders and received anauthorized signatureFor I never agreed to make a purchase from any merchantwho can simply claim they delivered any order by leaving it outside one’sproperty for anyone to steal, or without credibly corroborating proof ofdelivery, which requires an authorizing signature as is policy with [redacted] , though Staples.com admits euphemistically that they are going to stealmy money by claiming they will not issue credits simply because they say soNo,this injustice is not going to be tolerated.Staples.com will be losing a lot more in sales and customers for lifeFor wewill never shop with such a greedy company that steals from its customers andwe have an obligation to warn the public, which I promise I will do online forlife.God bless.Mr [redacted]

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience the customer experiencedThe item ordered ran out quicker than expected, so the order was cancelledThe receipt of an email order confirmation is simply a recognition that we have received your requested order, and does not constitute an offer to sellWe reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogetherUnfortunately, as it was a while supplies last item, we are unable to honor the sales price after it is out of stock or backorder the item for you

The customer called the store, and gave me the whole issue of their problemWe came to the conclusion that they had purchased the old warranty from us right before the company made a switch to [redacted] (our new and current warrany company) The issue staples had with them were at times, the turn around time for repairsThe purpose of the warranty through us that we sell is a gauranteed repair or cash reembursment from the insurance companyOnce the item is shipped out to them, staples has nothing to do with the repair or the processI had called several times for the customer to check on the status of their repairThe warranty company told me they were waiting on a part, and that they had actually called and updated the customerThe customer, being upset about the over due time period, was very rude and upset with themI had called the customer back to get further information, but they continued to curse and yell at me and informed me that I wasn't doing my job properly and our customer service was terribleI then told them to have a good day, that was all I could doI since then talked to my District manager who told me all we could do was call the warranty company and see if we could escalate the repair, which we tried but the customer was unwillingAgain, once the computer is sent out, Staples doesn't see or touch the computerOnce the repairs are made or it is non repairable, they issue a cash card to the customer directly, or mail the computer back directly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below It sounds like Staples is refusing to honor the advertised priceSince Staples does not show a limited amount in its advertising and shows a beginning and ending date for the sale they should be bound to honor the advertised price during this saleFurthermore, the day after the sale the item showed up on their website at full priceThis is clearly bait & switch advertising Regards, [redacted]
