  ...then left UDG without calling me. I called to check on the status and no one will return my calls. Early on, their front desk guy, [redacted], offered to "split the difference with me" which seems highly unprofessional and borderline admittance of fault. I see now that this is common with UDG via their [redacted] reviews.Desired Settlement: My insurance company covered this procedure. I want them to stop trying to collect the balance and ensure my credit is not affected by my refusal to pay.

  ...floor inspector to come look at the job and get us something in writing as to what was wrong with the floor so she could have a second opinion, she refused and that's when we parted ways. She has been recently blogging the internet writing negative reviews on as many sites as she can and has also charged back her credit card which she used to pay for the work. We have come to the conclusion that [redacted] possibly is trying to find anything she can in order to not pay for the work we performed in her home. Hopefully this feed back helps.

  ...for them and did it. Needless to say, they did not return. I called and they pretended they had no idea who I was and they were never at my house. I had to pay another $150 to get the mess cleaned up. That tree service told me Cut & Go does his alot and he gets frequent calls to clean up the mess they leave. There are a few reviews around about them. A couple said Cut & Go put a listing on Craigslist for free firewood and gave the homeowner's address. I was lucky they didn't do that.

As far as the comment regarding my daughter being over 18 years old, it is MY insurance they are dealing with, not hers.   ...hose test, and so we have to wait for it to rain heavily again to expose the roof to similar condition. Unfortunately August has been drought dry, with 1 heavy quickie storm here and there. he will not call the owner and discuss anything with him and now he says that he wants to get remaining $450. Even laughably threatened a lien, clearly he hasnt been keeping up with his Yelp, Google, and Revdex.com online reviews our kept the email chains and texts we've exchanged hunting him for repairs!
