To top it off, if you make a claim, it is their policy that any item claimed for damage becomes their property, despite the fact that you cannot replace anything for that rate of claim payout. I see many people giving 5 star reviews for this business without any comments. Based on my experience with this company, I wonder if this is employees trying to improve their own reviews?
