  ...Progressive had to call another company and we waited longer. The 2nd time they were told to deliver car to dealer in Norristown. They delivered to the wrong dealer as we watched the driver go by and drop the car at the wrong location while we were on the phone with the hostile dispatch. They hung up and were very unprofessional. My spouse was nothing but courteous and gracious. It's clear they are miserable.
