This check that they are referring to has NOTHING to do with the issue at hand I have attached my letter to Staples, which you can clearly see is dated way after the REIMBURSEMENT check was issued That check was sent merely to refund MY money instead of getting a Staples store credit (which was what I was told in the first place"YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK" This company does not live up to the standards of "Customer Satisfaction" or the fact that "The Customer is Always Right" I took the time to type out a two page letter and make copies of all my receipts as proof of the money that I have spent with Staples and they couldn't even take the time to respond I am looking at spending several thousands of dollars over the next 6-months, so any refunds they may offer me now, would merely be a drop in the bucket to what I will be spending later, however, if they do not want my business any longer, I'll be happy to take it elsewhere Thank You! We sincerely apologize for the misinformation that was given to the customer initially regarding the warehouse. Upon research, the item did have a typographical error in the description. Per Staples terms and conditions, we are not honoring the incorrect information that was stated online.

Staples apologizes for any inconvenience experienced by the customer during this attempt to do business with us. We have investigated the customer's complaint and have been able to determine that the shelf pricing displayed in-store was in fact incorrect and that pricing should have been... honored for the customer at the store during that visit. It is our policy to honor that incorrect pricing for the current customer and then to address the pricing issue after. Additionally, as per the customer's complaint, there was a valid price match for $21.99 to our competitor [redacted] ***. We have issued the customer a refund credit of $24.44 to match this price at [redacted] ***. This information has been relayed to the customer.

The customer purchased a year extended warranty that takes effect the date of purchaseThe details on [redacted] state this information and that the extended warranty will cover any issues that are not covered by the manufacturer warranty, such as damage [redacted] confirmed that an email was issued with the full Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase and that the same customer has had previous claims paid out with them for other items and has been advised of the coverage in January Staples issued a refund for a year extended warranty purchased in as a time courtesyHe said he was given incorrect informationThe notes state the customer was advised the warranty is effective on the date of purchase, same as the manufacturerNo further replacements or refunds will be issued

Staples position on the matter remains the sameWe would not be providing other customer's personal information
