  ...doing my freelance job and making money.. plus I've lost out on a visit to see family and been extremely inconvenienced. I request a refund of $400, which is a discount from the original flight price ($450) and does not include the $50 cancellation fee. I believe this to be fair after wasting time to deal with a company that has been shown to be deceitful thousands of times online through user reviews. I would also like for the Revdex.com to heavily invest this company and these complaints.

  Review: We booked four seats to visit family overseas, it has been three days since received a confirmation however no tickets have been issued. When I phoned the customer centre several times I was told it would be issued in two hours, not very helpful at all.Desired Settlement: This business should not be operating as it has many bad online reviews against them.

  ...alert. There is already a fee "pending" for faregeek since yesterday. If I haven't heard from faregeek by tomorrow morning, the credit card company will investigate from their end.Desired Settlement: We want to make sure that faregeek is legitimate.   ...and offer to give her one night free if she would book for a two night visit . Her response was that she would get back to me. She never did. It is too bad the customer lost her initial investment in the purchase of the gift certificate. As a small business owner, I have been very generous, going above and beyond, to extend the-dates: I intend to go any further. We have been in business for 15 years and get rave reviews from all of our customers. I am sorry that we were unable to help her.

  ...and I have no idea what this might be. I clicked the link in the email to check on my tracking information and there is nothing, no date, no tracking numbers , nothing. I have asked for my money back and I have not heard anything.
