  Review: We booked four seats to visit family overseas, it has been three days since received a confirmation however no tickets have been issued.   ...and offer to give her one night free if she would book for a two night visit . Her response was that she would get back to me. She never did. It is too bad the customer lost her initial investment in the purchase of the gift certificate. As a small business owner, I have been very generous, going above and beyond, to extend the-dates: I intend to go any further. We have been in business for 15 years and get rave reviews from all of our customers. I am sorry that we were unable to help her.
